铱(III)离子催化铈(IV)离子氧化四氢糠醇的动力学及机理

在酸性介质中用氧化还原滴定法研究了铈(IV)离子在痕量铱(III)离子催化作用下，于298~313 K区间氧化四氢糠醇(THFA)的反应动力学. 结果表明，反应对铈(IV)离子为一级，对铱(III)离子也为一级，对四氢糠醇的表观反应级数为正分数. 准一级速率常数kobs随[H+]增加而增大，而随[HSO₄－]增加而减小. 在氮气保护下，反应能引发丙烯腈聚合，说明在反应中有自由基产生. 通过kobs与[HSO₄－]的依赖关系，找到本反应体系的动力学活性物种是Ce(SO₄)₂，并计算出平衡常数，速控步骤的速率常数及相应的活化参数.     

Synthesis and Expression in Escherichia coli of a Human Neutrophil Activating Protein-1/Interleukin-8 Gene

The complete gene coding for human neutrophilactivating protein-1/interleukin-8 was synthesized using a semi-chemical semi-enzymatic method. The synthetic gene was then overexpressed in Escherichia coli under the temperature-regulated control of the P_RP_L tandem promoters. As determined by SDS-PAGE and densitometry, the overexpressed protein comprised up to 18.5% and 10.9% of the total soluble protein in E. coli cells grown in shake flasks and in batch fermentation, respectively. The recombinant NAP-1/IL-8 was then purified to>95% homogeneity by gel filtration and cation exchange chromatography. The purified protein appeared as a single band on the SDS-PAGE gel and possessed potent chemotactic activity in the concentration of <10 ng/ml, as assayed by the agarose plate method. Synthesis of Novel Naphthoquinone Fused 1, 3-Dithioles

2, 3-Dichloro-1, 4-naphthoquinone 3 reacts with 1, 1 -dithiolates 2, prepared from the reaction of CH-acids and carbon disulfide, to give 2-methylidene-4, 10-dioxonaphtho [2, 3-d]-1, 3-dithioles 4. The similar reaction of 3 and dithiocarbamates 6 affords 2-imino-4, 10-dioxonaphtho [2, 3-d] dithioles 7.     

Catalytic Asymmetric Addition of Diorganozinc Reagents to Pyrazole-4,5-Diones and Indoline-2,3-Diones

The catalytic enantioselective diorganozinc additions to cyclic diketones including pyrazolin-4,5-diones and isatins have been developed. In the presence of morpholine-containing chiral amino alcohol ligand, the corresponding chiral cyclic tertiary alcohols were produced in good to excellent yields (up to 97 %) and enantioselectivities (up to 95 % ee). The notable feature of this protocol includes its mild reaction conditions, Lewis acid additives free and broad functional group tolerance.

农林院校校外实验教学基地分类考评机制及考评指标改革研究——大学化学校外实践基地实证分析*

针对大学化学校外实践教学基地建设和运行过程中的基地与高校的协同管理机制,实践教学基地软硬条件建设和资源配置及实践教学与理论学习的连贯性等问题,在OBE理论指导下,探究分类考核机制,在实证中构建分层次考评模型及考评指标,并建立适合于农林高校的化学校外实践教学基地的分类考评指标体系。     

多齿胺膦钌配合物催化苯乙酮的氢转移氢化

利用Ｃ２－对称的双胺双膦钌（Ⅱ）配合物ＲｕＣｌ２（Ｐ２Ｎ２Ｈ４）为催化剂，研究了苯乙酮的氢转移还原反应。在苯乙酮、钌配合物和异丙氧基钾的摩尔比为２００：１：１２的条件下，于６５℃反应２ｈ后，苯乙酮的转化率高达９９％。讨论了苯乙酮的氢转移氢化机理。     

混合式教学模式下仪器分析双语教学探究

探讨了混合式教学模式下仪器分析的双语教学情况,主要包括：教学设计、资源库建设、新型教学模式构建与教学方法实践、课堂教学考评、教学团队建设等。以期进一步拓宽学生的国际化视野,提升学生运用外语获取仪器分析前沿知识和自主综合学习能力,提高课堂教学效果和课程国际化水平。     

STEAM教育跨学科思维评价研究——基于化学师范生的实证分析

跨学科思维是个体在解决复杂问题时,基于学科知识间的内在联系寻找问题解决方案的思维方式。基于SOLO分类理论和STEM教育的“融合斜面”构建跨学科思维评价框架,采用NVivo12分析软件依据“STEAM金字塔结构框架”对93位化学师范生的STEAM项目的任务分解资料进行编码和统计,分析化学师范生跨学科思维发展水平。以期为进一步寻求化学师范生跨学科思维高水平发展的策略提供参考。     

氯气的制取与性质实验绿色化设计

针对氯气有毒及其与金属反应易于泄露等实验不足,设计了氯气制取、氯气与金属反应和氯水成分探究的全封闭实验。其中,氯气与金属的反应采用原位电加热的方式,加热速度快,金属在氯气中的燃烧现象明显,且能快速识别产物,有效地消除了因加热带来的氯气泄露问题;氯水成分的探究是通过青霉素瓶在封闭条件下进行的。整个实验仪器常规,装置简单,药品用量少,操作容易,现象明显,安全无污染,非常适合课堂演示。
