Magnetoelastic properties of Nd6Fe13Cu intermetallic compound are reported. To study the magnetoelastic behaviour of this compound, the thermal expansion as well as the longitudinal (λl) and transverse (λt) magnetostriction were measured by using the strain gauge method in the selected temperature range of 80-500 K under applied magnetic fields up to 1.5 T. An anomaly and invar-type effects are observed in the linear thermal expansion and α(T) curves at the Néel temperature. The linear spontaneous magnetostriction decreases sharply by approaching the Néel temperature and also shows the short-range magnetic ordering effects when antiferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition occurs. In the low field region, the absolute values of the anisotropic magnetostriction are small and then start to increase with applied magnetic field. Each isofield curve of the anisotropic magnetostriction passes through a minimum and then approaches to zero with increasing temperature. This magnetostriction compensation arises from the difference in the magnetoelastic coupling constants of the sublattices in this compound.  相似文献

We numerically analyze the interaction of small-amplitude phonon waves with standing gap discrete breather (DB) in strained graphene. To make the system support gap DB, strain is applied to create a gap in the phonon spectrum. We only focus on the in-plane phonons and DB, so the issue is investigated under a quasi-one-dimensional setup. It is found that, for the longitudinal sound waves having frequencies below 6 THz, DB is transparent and thus no radiation of energy from DB takes place; whereas for those sound waves with higher frequencies within the acoustic (optical) phonon band, phonon is mainly transmitted (reflected) by DB, and concomitantly, DB radiates its energy when interacting with phonons. The latter case is supported by the fact that, the sum of the transmitted and reflected phonon energy densities is noticeably higher than that of the incident wave. Our results here may provide insight into energy transport in graphene when the spatially localized nonlinear vibration modes are presented.  相似文献

In present paper, the non-equilibrium Green function (NEGF) method along with the density functional theory (DFT) are used to investigate the effect of width on transport and electronic properties of armchair graphyne (γ-graphyne) nanoribbons. The results show that all the studied nanoribbons are semiconductor and their band gaps decrease as the widths of nanoribbons increase, which will result in increasing current at a certain voltage. Also our results show the promising application of armchair graphyne nanoribbons in nano-electrical devices.  相似文献

A new approach to stochastic ordering of fuzzy random variables is investigated in this paper. The traditional definitions of stochastic ordering, hazard rate ordering, and also mean residual life ordering were extended and proposed the unified indexes to ranking fuzzy random variables. Finally, we study the stochastic ordering of fuzzy order statistics by using our proposed approach and established some properties.  相似文献

Abstract

In a recent paper [(2017) Mol. Cryst. Liq. Cryst., 658, 186–197], Kumari et al. studied the optical, photoluminescence and dielectric properties of the benzoyl valine acentric crystal. The refractive index of the samples is calculated based on the reflectance spectra and obtained values were used to calculate other optical parameters such as the electric susceptibility, optical and electrical conductivity. It is shown in this comment that the authors have used a wrong approach to calculate the reflectance spectra of the samples and consequently, the mentioned optical parameters are incorrect.  相似文献

We studied the thermal expansion and magnetostriction of polycrystalline samples of GdMn6Sn6 intermetallic compound with hexagonal HfGe6Fe6-type structure in the temperature range of 77-520 K. The thermal expansion measurement of the sample shows anomalous behavior around its TC=434 K and TM=309 K, possibly the point of collapse-like reduction of Mn moments. In addition, the isofield curves of anisotropic and volume magnetostriction reveal anomalies around paramagnetic to ferrimagnetic phase transition. The obtained experimental results are discussed in the framework of two-magnetic sublattices by bearing in mind the lattice parameter dependence of interlayer Mn-Mn exchange interaction in this layered compound. From the temperature dependence of magnetostriction values and considering the magnetostriction relation of a hexagonal structure, we attempt to determine the signs of some of the magnetostriction constants as well as a comparison of their orders of magnitude for this compound.  相似文献

In this study, density functional theory calculations are used to estimate enthalpy of sublimation, enthalpy of formation and crystal density of some important derivatives of 1,2,4,5-tetrazine and 1,4 N-oxide 1,2,4,5-tetrazine. These data were used for predicting their detonation properties including heat of detonation, detonation pressure, detonation velocity, detonation temperature, spark sensitivity, deflagration temperature and power of energetic using appropriate methods. The results show that the title compounds exhibit high positive solid-phase enthalpy of formation. It is found that detonation pressure and detonation velocity of these compounds are high because of the large values of crystal density and solid-phase enthalpy of formation. Detonation temperature and spark sensitivity of some derivatives are higher than octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine as one of the high-performance explosives.  相似文献
