The constrained dipeptide surrogates 5- and 7-hydroxy indolizidin-2-one N-(Boc)amino acids have been synthesized from L-serine as a chiral educt. A linear precursor ∆4-unsaturated (2S,8S)-2,8-bis[N-(Boc)amino]azelic acid was prepared in five steps from L-serine. Although epoxidation and dihydroxylation pathways gave mixtures of hydroxy indolizidin-2-one diastereomers, iodolactonization of the ∆4-azelate stereoselectively delivered a lactone iodide from which separable (5S)- and (7S)-hydroxy indolizidin-2-one N-(Boc)amino esters were synthesized by sequences featuring intramolecular iodide displacement and lactam formation. X-ray analysis of the (7S)-hydroxy indolizidin-2-one N-(Boc)amino ester indicated that the backbone dihedral angles embedded in the bicyclic ring system resembled those of the central residues of an ideal type II’ β-turn indicating the potential for peptide mimicry.  相似文献

We have undertaken a kinetic study of heterogeneous ozone decomposition on alpha-Fe2O3 (hematite) and alpha-Al2O3 (corundum) aerosols under ambient conditions of temperature, pressure, and relative humidity in order to better understand the role of mineral dust aerosol in ozone loss mechanisms in the atmosphere. The kinetic measurements are made in an environmental aerosol reaction chamber by use of infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopic probes. The apparent heterogeneous uptake coefficient, gamma, for ozone reaction with alpha-Fe2O3 and alpha-Al2O3 surfaces is determined as a function of relative humidity (RH). The uptake of ozone by the iron oxide surface is approximately an order of magnitude larger than that by the aluminum oxide sample, under dry conditions. At the pressures used, alpha-Fe2O3 shows clear evidence for catalytic decomposition of ozone while alpha-Al2O3 appears to saturate at a finite ozone coverage. The measured uptake for both minerals decreases markedly as the RH is increased. Comparison with other literature reports and the atmospheric implications of these results are discussed.  相似文献

The corrosion behaviour of silanated AA2198-T851 alloy substrates with and with no manufacturing-process induced near-surface deformed layer (MPI-NSDL) has been investigated. Two methods (alkaline etching + desmutting and mechanical polishing) were employed in removing the MPI-NSDL. Silanization was performed using 2-bis-triethoxysilylethane. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), salt spray test, and microscopy techniques were employed in the investigation of the corrosion behaviours. The studies revealed that polishing appeared to be the best silanating pre-treatment (compared with degreasing and etching + desmutting) for the new generation AA2198-T851 Al-Cu-Li alloy, and this was reflected in the EIS spectra. The etched + desmutted and the degreased surface with MPI-NSDL did not respond well to silanization and presented more pitting sites per square millimeter. However, the severity of corrosion per pit was more on the polished sample compared with the other two. Also, the corrosion mechanisms were different for the three cases.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive, selective, rapid, rugged, reproducible and specific liquid chromatography?Ctandem mass spectrometry (LC?CMS/MS) method was used for quantitative estimation of rizatriptan (RZ) in human plasma using rizatriptan-d 6 (RZD6) as internal standard (IS). Chromatographic separation was performed on Ascentis Express RP Amide C18, 50 × 4.6 mm, 2.7 ??m column with isocratic mobile phase composed of 10 mM ammonium formate:acetonitrile (20:80 v/v) at flow rate of 0.5 mL min?1. RZ and RZD6 were detected with proton adducts at m/z (amu) 270.2 ?? 201.2 and 276.1 ?? 207.1, respectively, in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) positive mode. Liquid?Cliquid extraction was used and validated over a linear concentration range of 0.1?C100.0 ng mL?1 with correlation coefficient r 2 ?? 0.9981. The limit of quantification (LOQ) and limit of detection (LOD) were found to be 0.1 ng mL?1 and 12.5 fg, respectively. Intra- and inter-day precision were within 1.7?C3.1% and 2.8?C3.7%, and accuracy within 96.0?C101.7% and 99.7?C101.4% for RZ. Drug was found to be stable throughout three freeze?Cthaw cycles. The method was successfully employed for analysis of plasma samples following oral administration of RZ (10 mg) in 25 healthy Indian male human volunteers under fasting conditions.  相似文献
