ABSTRACT Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) was separated from the whole blood of freshly slaughtered animals. This BSA was graft copo-lymerized with poly (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and characterized. The infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and percentage of grafting of the composites were studied. The graft copolymers have better physico-chemical properties and, therefore, could be more useful in their field of application. 相似文献

We studied the behaviour under decoherence of four different measures of the distance between quantum states and classical states for the harmonic oscillator coupled to a linear Markovian bath. Three of these are relative measures, using different definitions of the distance between the given quantum states and the set of all classical states. The fourth measure is an absolute one, the negative volume of the Wigner function of the state. All four measures are found to agree, in general, with each other. When applied to the eigenstates |n〉, all four measures behave non-trivially as a function of time during dynamical decoherence. First, we find that the first set of classical states to which the set of eigenstate evolves is (by all measures used) closest to the initial set. That is, all the states decohere to classicality along the ‘shortest path’. Finding this closest classical set of states helps improve the behaviour of all the relative distance measures. Second, at each point in time before becoming classical, all measures have a state n? with maximal quantum-classical distance; the value n? decreases as a function of time. Finally, we explore the dynamics of these non-classicality measures for more general states. 相似文献

Control of the cell cycle could be applicable in new approaches for cancer chemotherapy. The cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK's) and their corresponding complexes with cyclins are regulatory enzymes for which we have discovered a novel small molecule series of inhibitors, with potencies in the nanomolar range and good selectivity for the CDK's versus other kinases. We will discuss structure-based drug design efforts with crystal structures of complexes with certain CDK's. Cellular effects and some preliminary examination of in vivo cancer efficacy by these inhibitors will also be discussed. 相似文献

合成了系列新型手性联萘化合物1~9和具有不同手性空腔的新型刚性联萘卟啉14~17.利用元素分析、UV-Vis,MS(HRMS),IR,1HNMR,13CNMR及旋光分析等手段进行了表征.由于卟啉配合物的手性空腔大小不同,不同金属(Fe,Zn,Mn)的取代反应表现出很大的差异.用1HNMR对其中代表性的联萘化合物6,8和手性卟啉14,16的结构特点进行了讨论.以亚碘酰苯为氧源,将手性铁卟啉15和17应用于苯乙烯衍生物环氧化反应,催化结果表明该类催化剂具有高的对映选择性和催化稳定性,拥有合适手性空腔尺寸的15对苯乙烯的对映选择性为e.e.93%,转化率96%,在转化数为10000时仍保持了e.e.82%值. 相似文献
