搭建了真空沿面闪络实验平台,在实验平台上对聚苯乙烯交联材料进行了真空沿面闪络性能测试,探讨了材料的真空沿面闪络电压强度与材料结构、材料内部微量杂质的关系。实验结果表明:随着聚苯乙烯材料交联程度的增加,其真空沿面闪络电压强度先增加后减少;聚苯乙烯交联材料分子链结构对其真空沿面闪络电压强度有重要影响;材料的真空沿面闪络电压强度还与交联材料内部异质分子数量有关系,微量异质结构的分子将导致沿面闪络电压强度的下降。  相似文献

将V2O5溶胶电泳沉积在ITO导电基片上制备V2O5薄膜.运用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对薄膜的结构进行分析,通过紫外-可见光透射光谱和循环伏安法分别测试其光学和电化学性能.实验结果表明,电泳沉积V2O5薄膜具有致密的显微结构,薄膜厚度均匀、与基片的粘附性很好;循环实验中,薄膜呈现黄色到绿色的可逆变化,最大的透射率变化达到30%左右;薄膜具有很好的注入/退出可逆性和循环稳定性,50次循环效率仍能达到88.02%,并且循环后的薄膜与ITO导电玻璃的粘附性仍然很好,没有溶解现象;应用交流阻抗法计算Li+在V2O5薄膜着色过程的扩散系数为5.10×10-12cm2/s,表明该薄膜可以作为电致变色材料得到应用.  相似文献

V2O5 thin films were successfully prepared on ITO substrate with electrophoresis deposition (EDP) through V2O5 sol. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used for studying the structure of the films. The optical and electrochemical properties were measured by the transmittance spectra and cyclic voltammetry measurements, respectively. It is found that V2O5 thin films deposited by EDP are a compact microstructure with finer adhesive force with ITO substrate and the thickness is uniform. During the cycle experiment, the films exhibited reversible two-color (yellow at oxidation and green at reduction) with a maximum transmittance change of around 30%. Moreover, the films had an excellent cycle for lithium intercalation/deintercalation and good cycle stability, the cycle efficiency for the 50th cycle was 88.02% and the films still had fine adhesive force with ITO substrate with no dissolving over more than 50 cycles. The Li+ diffusion coefficient in V2O5 thin film was 5.10×10-12 cm2/s by the electrochemical impedance spectra method. All results indicate that V2O5 thin films by the electrophoresis deposition may be suitable for the use in the electrochromic devices.  相似文献

绝缘体真空沿面闪络成为制约脉冲功率技术高电压、大电流和小型化发展应用的主要因素之一。在PTS装置的真空环境中,绝缘材料在受到软X射线辐照的情况下,其绝缘性能受到很大影响。因此为了提高PTS中交联聚苯乙烯的绝缘性能,同时更深刻地认识沿面闪络的机理,通过研究软X射线对于交联聚苯乙烯的辐照作用,观测到了不同辐照次数对于沿面闪络性能的影响。实验表明:未受到辐照的样品其真空沿面闪络性能高于软X射线辐照过的样品,而受14次钨丝阵辐照的样品其真空沿面闪络性能略高于受2次铝丝阵辐照的样品。同时,从软X射线对于绝缘体表面的辐照机理很好地解释了这种实验现象。  相似文献

Mixed-dimensional perovskite engineering has been demonstrated as a simple and useful approach to achieving highly efficient and more-durable perovskite solar cells (PSCs), which have attracted increasing research interests worldwide. In this work, 1D/3D mixed-dimensional perovskite has been successfully obtained by introducing DMAI via a two-step deposition method. The additive DMA+ can facilitate the crystalline growth and form 1D DMAPbI3 at grain boundaries of 3D perovskite, leading to improved morphology, longer charge carrier lifetime, and remarkably reduced bulk trap density for perovskite films. Meanwhile, the presence of low-dimension perovskite is able to prevent the intrusion of moisture, resulting in enhanced long-term stability. As a result, the PSCs incorporated with 1D DMAPbI3 exhibited a first-class power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 21.43% and maintained 85% of their initial efficiency after storage under ambient conditions with ~45% RH for 1000 h.  相似文献

Raman-scattering measurements have been used to study the microstructure of vanadium oxide nanotubes (VOx-NTs). The Raman spectra of VOx-NTs reflect the various (group) vibrations of V-O type and lattice vibration of the layered structure as well as organic group vibration of the residual organic template. Moreover, it is confirmed that the residual organic template can be removed by irradiation of laser under the preservation of the tubular morphology, which provides the possibility for favoring the scaling-up of removing the residual organic template in the structure of VOx-NTs.  相似文献

为了研究缠绕角度对玻璃纤维增强复合材料管(GFRP)扭转性能的影响和给在实际应用中提供依据,本文研究采用湿法缠绕成型工艺制得了具有不同缠绕角度的GFRP管.通过测试缠绕管的破坏扭矩来分析影响复合材料缠绕管扭转性能的各项因素,并与理论计算值进行了比较.研究结果表明,缠绕管扭转破坏的主要形式为面内剪切破坏.当缠绕角度在25°至60°范围内变化时,随着缠绕角度的增大,复合材料缠绕管的壁厚逐渐减小,抗剪性能逐渐减弱且扭转破坏形式有分层情况出现.当缠绕角是25°时,缠绕管的抗扭性能最佳,最大扭矩为118N.m,对应的扭转强度为209MPa.  相似文献
