利用状态反馈的方法，实现了耦合映像格子中时空混沌的稳定控制.反馈方式可以是没有延迟的，也可以是有延迟的；控制方式可以是连续的，也可以是脉冲的.数值模拟结果证明了状态反馈方法的有效性. 关键词： 耦合映像格子 时空混沌 状态反馈控制

使用超声估计肌肉疲劳的初步研究

表面肌电信号把神经肌肉活动和肌肉收缩联系起来，已被视为一种估计肌肉疲劳比较客观的方法，但也存在一些不足。另一方面，超声已广泛应用于医学诊断和研究，在骨骼肌方面也有不少研究报道，但还未见文献报道超声用于肌肉疲劳的估计。本文介绍一套自行开发的新的同步连续采集B超图像、力矩和肌电信号的采集系统，并利用它对肱二头肌的肌肉疲劳进行了估计。试验表明在30秒的肌肉疲劳过程中，肌肉厚度会以非线性的方式增加。

手性芳酰胺类分子钳的设计与微波合成

以间苯二甲酸为隔离基, 酰胺键桥联L-氨基酸甲酯构成手臂, 在微波辐射下合成了具有不同手性中心和裂穴的新型手性芳酰胺类分子钳. 结构均经¹H NMR, IR及元素分析确证, 并考察了其对芳香胺类化合物和D/L-氨基酸甲酯的识别性能. 初步研究表明, 这类分子钳受体不仅对中性小分子具有优良的识别性能, 其结合常数(K_a)可达2.66×10³ L•mol^－1, 而且对D/L-氨基酸甲酯亦具有良好的手性识别能力.     

Mechanical properties of BPDA-ODA polyimide fibers

An aromatic polyimide was synthesized via a one-step polycondensation reaction between biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) and 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA) in p-chlorophenol. The polyimide (BPDA-ODA) solution dopes were spun into fibers by means of dry-jet wet spinning. The as-spun fibers were drawn and treated in heating tubes for improving the mechanical properties. The thermal treatment on the fibers resulted in a relatively high tensile strength and modulus. Thermal mechanical analysis (TMA) was employed to study the linear coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). Thermal gravimetry analysis (TGA) spectra showed that the BPDA-ODA fibers possessed an excellent property of thermo-oxidative degradation resistance. The sonic modulus E_s of the polyimide fibers was measured.     

手性5-l-(艹孟)氧基丁内酯并[3,4-d]-3-取代基-异(口恶)唑啉类化合物的合成

研究了手性元5-(R)-(l-(艹孟)氧基)-2(5H)-呋喃酮与取代苯甲醛肟以次氯酸钙作为氧化剂进行的区域选择性原位1,3-偶极环加成反应,同步生成两个新的手性中心,得到了一系列光学纯丁内酯并[3,4-d]-3-取代基-异(口恶)唑啉类化合物;应用波谱学手段及X射线单晶衍射法确证了产物的绝对构型,并对产物的核磁共振氢谱规律性加以总结.     

Synthesis and antitumor activity of camptothecin- 4β-triazolopodophyllotoxin conjugates

Abstract

Two new compounds (9 and 10) having a camptothecin (CPT) analog conjugated to the 4β-azido-4-deoxypodophyllotixin analog by untilizing the copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloadditon (CuAAC) reaction, and were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against a panel of five human cancer cell lines (HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480) using the MTT (3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiahiazo-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay. Two novel conjugates shown weak cytotoxicity, compound 10 showed highly potent against HL-60 cell line tested, with IC₅₀ value 17.69?±?0.19?μM. This compound suggested its potential as anticancer agents for further development.

Effect of deuteron density distribution on the deduction of screening potential from the D(d,p)T reaction in Be metals

The D(d,p)T reaction in Be metal environments has been measured to investigate the electron screening effect in metals in an energy region of from 5.5 keV to 10 keV in a center of mass system(CMS)at a temperature of 121 K.The depth distribution of deuteron density in Be metals has an impact on the observed reaction yields.A model of deuteron density distribution in metal has been proposed to obtain the original yields.A screening energy of(116±46)eV has been obtained with the assumed deuteron density distribution model.
