L-半胱氨酸自组装膜电极对硒的电催化及分析应用

利用L 半胱氨酸自组装膜修饰金电极 (L CysAu/SAMs) ,用于含Se 溶液的测定。在 0 .1mol/LH2 SO4介质中 ,经 - 0 .30V(vs.SCE)富集 3min后 ,在 0 .0～ 1 .3V范围内 ,进行循环伏安扫描 ,发现该修饰电极对Se 的氧化还原较裸金电极有明显的电催化作用。探讨了其电化学行为 ,选用Se 在 0 .80V处的氧化峰为分析信号 ,以 1 .5次微分线性扫描伏安法对硒进行定量分析 ,线性范围为 1 .0× 1 0 -8～ 1 .0× 1 0 -6mol/L ,检出限为 1 .0× 1 0 -9mol/L。所建立的方法用于北芪样品中痕量硒的测定 ,获得满意的结果。     

Quick assessment methodology for reliability of solder joints in ball grid array (BGA) assembly—Part I: Creep constitutive relation and fatigue model

In this study, a new unified creep constitutive relation and a modified energy-based fatigue model have been established respectively to describe the creep flow and predict the fatigue life of Sn−Pb solders. It is found that the relation successfully elucidates the creep mechanism related to current constitutive relations. The model can be used to describe the temperature and frequency dependent low cycle fatigue behavior of the solder. The relation and the model are further employed in part II to develop the numerical simulation approach for the long-term reliability assessment of the plastic ball grid array (BGA) assembly. 甲苯咪唑与曙红Y相互作用的共振瑞利散射、倍频散射和荧光光谱及其分析应用

在pH值3.4~3.9的Britton-Robinson(BR)缓冲介质中,甲苯咪唑(MBZ)与曙红Y(EY)反应形成1:1的离子缔合物,体系反应不仅导致荧光光谱的猝灭,还使共振瑞利散射(RRS)和倍频散射(FDS)显著增强,最大的RRS峰位于326 nm处。 荧光猝灭法、RRS法、FDS法的检出限分别为32.31、7.24和11.65 μg/L,其中RRS法的灵敏度最高。 实验讨论了反应的最佳条件以及共存物质的影响。 该方法用于甲苯咪唑片剂以及尿样中MBZ的测定,结果令人满意。     

Quick assessment methodology for reliability of solder joints in ball grid array (BGA) assembly—Part II: Reliability experiment and numerical simulation

In the present study, a facility, i.e., a mechanical deflection system (MDS), was established and applied to assess the long-term reliability of the solder joints in plastic ball grid array (BGA) assembly. It was found that the MDS not only quickly assesses the long-term reliability of solder joints within days, but can also mimic similar failure mechanisms in accelerated thermal cycling (ATC) tests. Based on the MDS and ATC reliability experiments, the acceleration factors (AF) were obtained for different reliability testing conditions. Furthermore, by using the creep constitutive relation and fatigue life model developed in part I, a numerical approach was established for the purpose of virtual life prediction of solder joints. The simulation results were found to be in good agreement with the test results from the MDS. As a result, a new reliability assessment methodology was established as an alternative to ATC for the evaluation of long-term reliability of plastic BGA assembly. Sesquiterpene coumarins from the roots of Ferula sinkiangensis and Ferula teterrima

Three new natural sesquiterpene coumarins, isofeterin (1), lehmannolol (3), sinkianone (4), and one known compound, lehmannolone (2), were isolated from the roots of Ferula teterrima and Ferula sinkiangensis. Their chemical structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including X-ray crystallography and CD spectrum measurements for determining the absolute configuration of compound 2.     

5-甲基-3-喹喔啉-2-基-4-乙氧羰基异噁唑及其衍生物的合成

以α-氯代喹喔啉-2-甲醛肟(3)与乙酰乙酸乙酯的钠盐经1,3-偶极环加成制得关键中间体5-甲基-3-喹喔啉-2-基-4-乙氧羰基异噁唑(4). 以化合物4为原料在不同条件下, 合成了一系列新的1,3,4-噁二唑啉(7), 1,2,4-均三唑的Mannich碱衍生物10a～10f, 11a～11f, 12a～12f. 化合物的结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR和MS确认, 并对其波谱性质进行了讨论.     

HL—1M装置1998年物理实验进展报告

报道了ＨＬ－１Ｍ装置１９９８年度物理实验的进展情况。主要包括等离子体密度极限,中性束注入加热,离子回旋共振加热,低温杂波离子加热,多发弹丸注入,超声分子束注入等实验的情况。     

Astrophysical S-factors from asymptotic normalization coefficients

S-factors for direct capture reactions can be found at astrophysical energies from asymptotic normalization coefficients which provide the normalization of the tail of the overlap function. For example the overlap for ⁸B → ⁷Be+p defines the S-factor for ⁷Be (p, γ)⁸B. Peripheral transfer reactions offer a technique to determine these asymptotic normalization coefficients. As a test of the technique, the ¹⁶O(³He, d)¹⁷F reaction has been used to determine asymptotic normalization coefficients for transitions to the ground and first excited states of ¹⁷F. The S-factors for ¹⁶O(p, γ)¹⁷F calculated from these ¹⁷F → ¹⁶O+p asymptotic normalization coefficients are found to be in very good agreement with recent measurements. Following the same technique, the ¹⁰B(⁷Be, ⁸B)⁹Be and ¹⁴N(⁷Be, ⁸B)¹³C reactions have been used to measure the asymptotic normalization coefficient for ⁷Be(p, γ)⁸B. This result provides an indirect determination of S ₁₇(0).     

中国环流器新一号装置总体联调

本文介绍中国环流器新一号装置工程总体联合调试的内容和主要结果。该装置总体联调是非常成功的，获得了重复性很好，环电流平顶宽的稳定平稳的放电波形，这对物理实验的开展非常有利。
