采用微波水热法,以醋酸镉(Cd(CH3COO)2.2H2O)为镉源,硫脲(CS(NH2)2)为硫源,制备出了具有单分散球形形貌的CdS纳米晶。应用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、能量色散谱仪(EDS)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等测试手段对样品的物相、形貌、元素组分及吸光性能进行了表征,并以罗丹明B溶液的降解脱色反应来考察了其的光催化活性。结果表明:随着S/Cd物质的量比(nS/nCd)逐渐增大,产物会出现由刺球链状向分散球形过渡的规律性变化。在一定的nS/nCd比的条件下可以合成出大小均匀、分散性较好的六方相CdS纳米球。样品对可见光有较强吸收,存在着一定的红移现象。在可见光照射下,硫化镉单分散纳米球具有更高的光催化活性。 相似文献

采用疏水纳米粉体压片法和岩心吸附法构建了具有微纳米结构的表面,测试了这些表面的接触角,拍摄了水滴在吸附纳米粒子的岩石表面的滚动过程照片,采用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)检测了表面的微结构.实验结果表明:无机纳米粒子经弱疏水性材料修饰后,其表面润湿性由强亲水变为强疏水;疏水纳米粒子吸附表面的接触角均大于120°,滚动角约7°,显示出超疏水特性;SEM照片显示,这些超疏水表面是具有不规则微纳米结构的气固复合面,符合Cassie-Baxter的复合表面模型.

采用微波水热法,以CdCl2·H2O和Na2S2O3·5H2O为镉源和硫源,在不同的S/Cd物质的量比条件下合成了CdS微晶。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、EDS、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对样品的物相、形貌和元素组分进行了分析。结果表明:随着S/Cd物质的量比的增大,产物CdS的形貌发生规律性变化,由四面体结构逐渐转变为准球形结构;准球形结构具有分级结构,是由更小的纳米晶组装而成;光致发光性质研究结果表明,所得的CdS微晶具有较好的蓝光发射性能。 相似文献

Pseudostellaria heterophylla is used in China not only as a functional food but also as an herb to tonify the spleen, enhance immunity, and treat palpitation. Our previous investigation showed that a fraction enriched in glycosides obtained from the roots of P. heterophylla possessed pronounced protective effects on H9c2 cells against CoCl2-induced hypoxic injury. However, the active compounds responsible for the observed effects were still unknown. In the current investigation, pseudosterins A–C (1–3), three new alkaloids with a 1-ethyl-3-formyl-β-carboline skeleton, together with polydatin, have been isolated from the active fraction. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and quantum chemical calculations. The four compounds showed cardioprotective effects against sodium hydrosulfite-induced hypoxia-reoxygenation injury in H9c2 cells, with the three alkaloids being more potent. This is also the first report of alkaloids with a β-carboline skeleton isolated from P. heterophylla as cardioprotective agents. 相似文献

The focusing of a radially polarized beam without annular apodization ora phase filter at the entrance pupil of the objective results in a wide focus and low purity of the longitudinally polarized component. However, the presence of a physical annular apodization or phase filter makes some applications more difficult or even impossible. We propose a radially polarized and amplitude-modulated annular multi-Gaussian beam mode. Numerical simulation shows that it can be focused into a sharper focal spot of 0.125λ2 without additional apodizations or filters. The beam quality describing the purity of longitudinally polarized component is up to 86%. 相似文献
