采用阳离子聚苯乙烯微球作为模板,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,氨水为催化剂,制备了中空TiO_2微球.采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及比表面测定仪对其形貌和结构进行了表征,并考察了模板粒径、钛源用量以及催化剂用量对中空TiO_2微球形貌的影响.通过物理共混法将其引入至聚丙烯酸酯乳液中并成膜,研究了复合薄膜的保温性能、抗紫外性能及力学性能.结果表明,锐钛矿相中空TiO_2微球模板粒径、钛源用量以及催化剂用量影响中空TiO_2微球的空心尺寸、壁厚及壳层致密性.中空TiO_2微球可显著提升聚丙烯酸酯薄膜的保温性能、抗紫外性能和力学性能.采用不同粒径的模板制备的中空TiO_2微球对复合薄膜的各项性能均有影响,其中模板粒径为140 nm时复合薄膜性能最优,光反射率提升63%,导热系数降低27%,且在波长小于360 nm范围内,紫外透过率几乎为0,抗张强度增加100%,断裂伸长率提升62%.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective fluorescence ratiometric sensor membrane for 2,3,3'-trichlorobiphenyl has been achieved, via depositing polypyrrole nanotubes (PPyNTs, the fluorescence indicator) in nano-porous anodic aluminium oxide (NPAAO) template and subsequently immobilizing fluorescein isothiocyanate (as an internal reference) onto the inner walls of the PPyNTs embedded in the NPAAO.  相似文献

Polystyrene-poly(acrylic acid)/poly(allylamine hydrochloride) polyelectrolyte multilayer was found to be instable and apt to reconstruct in the pure water. By depositing polystyrene-poly(acrylic acid)/poly(allylamine hydrochloride) multilayer on the polystyrene-poly(acrylic acid) hybrid CaCO(3) templates, novel polyelectrolyte capsules could be prepared after the removal of the templates. The resultant capsules could keep their three-dimensional (3D) spherical shape after being dried at room temperature, dramatically different from the conventional polyelectrolyte capsules based on nonhybrid templates by layer-by-layer procedure. The instable polyelectrolyte multilayer, hybrid templates, and assembly cycles were demonstrated to be three indispensable factors responsible for the formation of this type of 3D stable capsules. The formation mechanism was also discussed in this study.  相似文献

Two kinds of crystalline zirconium phosphate, - and -ZrP were prepared by direct method, and characterized by means of X-ray powder diffractometry, thermogravimetric analysis and pH titration. The total exchange capacity of -ZrP and -ZrP for Na+ ions determined by pH titration was 8.80 mmol/(g Zr(HPO4)2·6H2O) and 3.80 mmol/(g NH4ZrH(PO4)2·H2O), respectively. The thermodynamic equilibrium constant of exchange reactions on -ZrP and on -ZrP at 25.0°C is 2.5 and 1.1, respectively. Although UO 2 2+ in solution is more preferred by -ZrP than by -ZrP, the selectivity of -ZrP for UO 2 2+ decreases with decreasing pH value while less effect of pH on the amount of UO 2 2+ ions exchanged to -ZrP has been found. It is also interesting to find out that both H+ and NH 4 + ions in -ZrP can be replaced by UO 2 2+ ions existed in concentrated solution.  相似文献

An easy procedure for preparing microspheres containing CdSe/CdS core-shell quantum dots (QDs) was demonstrated. The luminescent properties of this microsphere were characterized by fluorescence microscopy and fluorescence spectrophotometry. Scanning electron microscopy was also used in this study. Laser confocal microscopy was carried out to describe the distribution of QDs in the microsphere. Especially, the stability of microspheres was investigated. It was found that the getting microsphere was very stable in water and showed values for physiological conditions. The inherent stability of the spheres, as well as their photostability, allows them to be used in biological applications.  相似文献

Sanguisorba tannins are the major active ingredients in Sanguisorba ofJicinalis L. (Rosaceae), one of the most popular herbal medicines in China, is widely prescribed for hemostasis. In this study, three kinds of tannins extract from Sanguisorba officinalis L. (Rosaceae), and the metabolites in vivo and in vitro were detected and identified by high-pressure liquid chromatography, coupled with linear ion trap orbitrap tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC–LTQ–Orbitrap). For in vivo assessment, the rats were administered at a single dose of 150 mg/kg, after which 12 metabolites were found in urine, 6 metabolites were found in feces, and 8 metabolites were found in bile, while metabolites were barely found in plasma and tissues. For in vitro assessment, 100 μM Sanguisorba tannins were incubated with rat liver microsomes, liver cytosol, and feces, after which nine metabolites were found in intestinal microbiota and five metabolites were found in liver microsomes and liver cytosol. Moreover, the metabolic pathways of Sanguisorba tannins were proposed, which shed light on their mechanism.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode modified with platinum nanoparticle-decorated carbon nanotubes (Pt-CNT/GCE) was prepared. The electrochemical behaviors for the catalysis oxidations of hydrogen peroxide and cysteine were studied. Size-controlled, low-dispersed calcium carbonate microparticles were synthesized in the presence of the amphiphilic block copolymer polystyrene-b-poly(acrylic acid) (PS-b-PAA) by modulating the concentration of block copolymer in the reactive system. This type of hybrid microparticles have acid-resistant properties. By investigating the aggregation behaviors of PS-b-PAA micelles by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the mechanism of hybrid calcium carbonate formation illustrated that the block copolymer served not only as "pseudonuclei" for the growth of calcium carbonate nanocrystals, but also forms the supramicelle congeries, a spherical framework, as templates for calcium carbonate nanocrystal growth into hybrid CaCO(3) particles. Moreover, this pilot study shows that the hybrid microparticle is a novel candidate as a template for fabricating multilayer polyelectrolyte capsules, in which the block copolymer is retained within the capsule interior after core removal under soft conditions. This not only facilitates the encapsulation of special materials, but also provides "micelles-enhanced" polyelectrolyte capsules.  相似文献
