The angular variations of the five-fold differential cross section obtained by using different wave functions of helium are
compared with experimental data. It is found that in the coplanar geometry two kinematical arrangements, (i) equal energy
sharing between the two ejected electrons with one of them ejected along the momentum transfer direction and the other along
varying direction and (ii) the Bethe ridge condition with fixed sum of ejected electron energies and varying angle between
them, are very sensitive to e-e correlations contained in the target wave function. This comparison has been used to show
that open-shell class of wave functions better incorporate e-e correlations than the closed-shell class. 相似文献

The scaled factorial moments and the multifractal moments have been investigated in differentη-intervals to study the dynamical fluctuation of pions produced in 200 AGeV32S-Ag/Br interaction. In order to investigate the detail characteristics of intermittency behaviour, theF-moments are extracted up to the eighth order of moments in differentM-intervals. Micellar enhanced ultrafiltration (MEUF) of different phenolic derivatives including meta-nitrophenol (MNP), catechol (CC), para-nitrophenol (PNP), and beta-napthol (BN) in their binary mixture has been studied. A 1:1 ratio of the mixture of (i) MNP with CC and (ii) PNP with BN is taken for the MEUF experiments using a cationic surfactant, namely, cetyl(hexadecyl)pyridinium chloride (CPC). An organic polyamide membrane with molecular weight cutoff of 1000 is used. Experiments are conducted using an unstirred batch cell and a continuous cross-flow cell. The effects of various operating conditions, e.g., concentrations of surfactant and solute in the feed, transmembrane pressure drop, and cross-flow rate (for cross-flow experiments) on the permeate flux and the observed retention of each solute have been studied in detail. The retention of solutes without using the surfactant varies from 3 to 15% only at a typical feed solute concentration of 0.09 kg/m3, whereas, under the same operating pressure (345 kPa), retention at the end of the experiment increases to about 66 to 99.8% depending on the nature of solute in the batch cell using surfactant micelles (10 kg/m3). Retention of solutes is less in the case of the two-component feed solution compared to the single-component feed solution. An increase in flux to the range of 9 to 16% is realized in cross-flow experiments compared to batch cell flux after one hour of operation. 相似文献

The aim of this brief report is to study the behaviour of sheath structure in a multi-component plasma with dust-neutral collisions.
The plasma consists of electrons, ions, micron size negatively charged dust particles and neutrals. The sheath-edge potential
and sheath width are calculated for collisionally dominated sheath. Comparison of collisionless and collisionally dominated

Theoretical total cross sections for the double charge transfer in proton-helium collisions are analysed using the four-body
boundary corrected continuum intermediate state approximation in the energy range of 30 to 500 keV. We have also obtained
differential double capture cross sections as a functions of projectile scattering angle. The intermediate continuum state
of each of the active electron has been taken into account in this formalism. Our calculated results are compared with the
