Fullerenes are a direct link between atoms with discrete electronic energy levels and solids with a band structure and a well-defined surface. In this paper, we report on a quantum mechanical treatment of charge transfer and ionization in the ion-ion collision system 3He2+ + C 60 + . This approach considers under- and over-barrier transitions through the one-dimensional barrier between the collision partners. The calculated cross sections for charge transfer compare favorably with experimental data measured in the center-of-mass energy range from 27 to 196 keV employing the crossed beams technique.  相似文献

A new method is discussed for the solution of many-level charge-exchange problems. The results provide the distribution of the final electronic states over the angular quantum numbers in analytical form. The obtained Z oscillations (Z is the ion charge) of the cross sections are found to be in good agreement with recent experimental data.  相似文献

A method for the preparation of nanoand submicron spherical particles of magnetite which form agglomerates was described. At varying the reaction conditions, the particles of -50—200 nm were obtained and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, IR-spectroscopy, X-ray analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The scheme (zero approach) of the magnetite formation in the studied system was proposed. The investigation of magnetic properties proved that the obtained particles related to the hard magnetic materials. Curie temperature for the particles with different sizes was detected.  相似文献

Ionic liquids with N-decylpyridinium cation and inorganic anions SO 4 2– , NO 3 , SCN, NO 2 , BF 4 were synthesized. The structure and composition of the synthesized compounds was proved by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Electroconductivity of aqueous solutions of new ionic liquids was studied, critical concentrations of micelle formation was determined, and thermal stability in air in the temperature range 25–500°С was investigated.  相似文献

A method for measuring contact pressures based on the measurement of irreversible changes in a surface microrelief by the speckle photography technique is presented. The analytic dependence between the change in the contrast of the carrying Young’s fringes and the relative area of change in the microrelief is considered. An example of a contact interaction between a cylinder end and a flat slab, the latter with a specially produced regular roughness on its contact surface, is used to experimentally verify the relation between the irreversible change in the roughness, the change in the contrast of the holographic interference fringes, and the change in the contrast of the carrying Young’s fringes. It is shown that the sensitivity of correlation speckle photography is higher than the sensitivity of the correlation holographic interferometry technique.  相似文献

An analysis is made of a contactless method of recording the vibrations of a rough surface using the speckle effect. Dependences of the percent modulation of the photodetector electric signal on the vibration amplitude and the parameters of the optical system are given and this optical dependence is checked experimentally. Results of a spectral analysis of the vibrations of an electric motor casing are presented for illustration purposes. The phase composition of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with encapsulated iron atoms was studied by 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy. The synthesis of CNTs was shown to stabilize iron atoms as both thermodynamically stable iron carbide and oxide phases and phases not characteristic under synthesis conditions (γ-Fe and γ-Fe2O3). In addition, an analysis of the data obtained led us to suggest the existence of Fe-CNT atomic complexes in interlayer positions. CNTs and iron-containing phases were shown to be stable when subjected to prolonged annealing in air at temperatures up to 670 K.  相似文献

The tight-binding method is used to analyze the ionization of a hydrogenlike atom by an intense monochromatic laser field. The orthogonal and normalized basis in which the solution of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation is expanded contains unperturbed wave functions of the discrete spectrum and generalized Coulomb wave functions of the continuum. In the solution of the coupled equations we make use of the fact that the bound-free and free-free transitions are efficient in different regions of complex time. Simplified equations are constructed and investigated. Results of calculations for ionization of a hydrogen atom from its ground state and of the energy distribution of the electrons in strong and superstrong linearly polarized fields are presented. It is shown that in this case the ground state decays completely, and free-free transitions play a defining role in the dynamics of the process. It is established that the total probability of population of the upper Rydberg states abutting the continuum does not exceed 0.05. The range of applicability of the approach is discussed. A comparison with numerical results obtained by other authors is given.  相似文献
