Estimating the observation parameters of a switching Poisson stream at random moments

1-Nucleosides of 5-substituted 4-chloro-1,2,3-triazoles

1-Nucleosides of 5-substituted 4-chloro-1,2,3-triazoles were produced by glycosylation of the corresponding triazoles by the method of fusion with tetra-0-acyl-D-ribofuranose in the presence of bis-p-nitrophenyl phosphate. Application of isotope dilution method for mass- and alpha-spectrometric determination of burn-up and uranium,plutonium and transplutonium element content in VVER-440 spent fuel

In this report the procedures and the methodology of our versions of alpha- and mass-spectrometric techniques for destructive analysis of VVER spent fuel are discussed. These techniques allow the determination of the content of americium and curium isotopes with relative error 3–5%, that of plutonium isotopes with error ≤1% and of uranium isotopes ?0.3–0.4%. They allow one to determine the fuel burn-up using¹⁴⁸Nd monitor with relative error not exceeding 2% at confidence level P=0.95. The investigation was directed at the increase of sensitivity of analysis to ensure that the amount of analysed material should be equivalent to ～1 mg of irradiated uranium at mean burn-up values. These techniques are based on the isotope dilution method.     

Synthesis of nucleosides of substituted 3-hydroxypyrazoles

Transformations of 3,4-bisindolylmaleimides with differently bonded indole and maleimide moieties under the action of protic acids: A quantum chemical study

Intramolecular cyclization reactions of 3,4-bis(indol-3-yl)maleimides 1, 3-(indol-1-yl)-4-(indol-3-yl)maleimides 2, and 3,4-bis(indol-1-yl)maleimides 3 under the action of protic acids were studied in order to estimate the parameters of the interaction between protonated and unprotonated indole moieties. Geometric parameters, charge distributions, energy characteristics, and information concerning the frontier orbitals of bisindolylmaleimides 1–3 were obtained from density functional B3LYP/6-31G(d) quantum chemical calculations. Alternative pathways of protonation of bisindolylmaleimides with differently bonded indole and maleimide moieties were studied and pathways of cyclization of corresponding conjugated acids leading to polyannelated compounds were analyzed. All the key intermediates of the cyclization reactions correspond to stationary points on the potential energy surfaces (minima and transition states). Analysis of the potential energy surfaces revealed almost linear dependences of the activation energies of the cyclization reactions under study on the distances between the reaction centers, on the angle of approach of intramolecular electrophile, and on the energy gap (energy difference between frontier orbitals). The key role in the cyclization reactions is played by structural similarity between the starting indoleninium cations and the activated complexes of the reactions under study. Alkylation of 6-(3-Indolyl)indolo[2,3-b]carbazole

The methylation and allylation of 6-(3-indolyl)indolo[2,3-b]carbazole were studied, and its trimethyl and mono-, di-, and triallyl derivatives were obtained.     

Synthesis of 6H-pyrrolo[3',4':2,3][1,4]diazepino[6,7,1-hi]indole-8,10(7H,9H)-diones using 3-bromo-4-(indol-1-yl)maleimide scaffold

Series of 3-arylalkyl- or 3-alkylamino-4-(indol-1-yl)maleimides and bis(indol-1-yl)maleimides were synthesised. The cyclization of the 3-substituted 4-(indol-1-yl)maleimides under the action of acids resulted in the formation of diazepine[1,4] derivatives with indoline and maleimide nuclei annelated. These compounds readily produced the corresponding indolomaleimidodiazepines[1,4] after dehydrogenation.

Synthesis of 1-N-(β-D-Glucopyranosyl)- and 1-N-(1-Deoxy-2,3,4,5,6-penta-O-acetyl-D-galactit-1-yl)ascorbigens

The 1-N-carbohydrate-containing ascorbigens 1-N-(-D-glucopyranosyl)ascorbigen and 1-N-(1-deoxy-2,3,4,5,6-penta-O-acetyl-D-galactit-1-yl)ascorbigen were synthesized.
