The optical and electrical properties of inverted emulsions based on sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT) containing nanoparticles of cadmium sulfide are studied. The particle size of the synthesized samples is determined from UV spectroscopy data. The state of solubilized water in invert emulsions is found to change in the presence of cadmium sulfide due to the formation of aqua complexes. The shape of AOT micelles and the structures formed by drying the invert AOT emulsions are shown to be affected by the degree of hydration and the solubilization of CdS particles. 相似文献

The effect the degree of hydration has on optical and electrophysical properties of water/AOT/n-hexane system is studied. It is found that AOT reverse micelles form aggregates whose dimensions grow along with the degree of hydration and temperature. Aggregation enhances their electrical conductivity and shifts the UV spectrum of AOT reverse emulsions to the red region. Four states of water are found in the structure of AOT reverse micelles. 相似文献

Substitutional solid solutions in the ZnTe-CdSe system were synthesized by isothermal diffusion. Within the composition range 100-68 mol % ZnTe, they crystallize in the cubic sphalerite structure; and at ZnTe contents below 26 mol %, in the wurtzite hexagonal structure. The cubic-to-hexagonal structure transition occurs within the composition range 26–68 mol % ZnTe. The atomic concentrations of chemical elements on the oxidized surface of grains of the solid solutions and in their bulk differ. X-ray powder diffraction and electron microscopic studies showed that, with decreasing specific geometric surface area of grains, the average sizes of coherent scattering regions increase. 相似文献

Concentration dependences of the UV spectrum, refractive index, specific electrical conductivity, boiling point, pH, surface tension, and heats of dissolution of a water–acetone system on the amount of acetone in the water are studied. It is found that the reversible protolytic interaction of the components occurs in all such solutions, resulting in the formation of hydroxyl and acetonium ions. It is shown that shifts of the equilibrium between the molecules and ions in the solution leads to extreme changes in their electrical properties. It is concluded that the formation of acetone solutions of water is accompanied by heat absorption, while the formation of aqueous solutions of acetone is accompanied by heat release. 相似文献

Semiempirical calculations by the PM3 method were used to optimize the structural fragments of the precursors of synthetic humic and fulvic acids.
