Thermal oxidative degradation of a composition based on a polyester resin and tetramethylammonium chloride

Thermal oxidative degradation of a composition based on a polyester resin modified with rosin and tetramethylammonium chloride and its use as a flux for low-temperature solder pastes were studied.     

N-alkylation of dimethylaniline using 1,3,2-oxaphosphalenes

Photochemical,thermal, and thermocatalytic reactions of diphenyldiazomethane with dimethyl thiophosphite

Conclusions The direct photolysis of diphenyldiazomethane in dimethyl thiophosphite gave the product of P-H insertion. The thermal reaction leads to the N-dimethoxythiophosphorylhydrazone of benzophenone and O,O-dimethyl S-(diphenylmethyl) thiophosphate. Reactions of β-Ketophosphonates and Enamine Phosphonates with Electrophilic Reagents

Abstract

The direction of the reactions of β-ketophosphonates and enamine phosphonates strongly depends on the structure of substrates and electrophiles. Regio- and stereoselectivity on the reaction of anionic P-ketophosphonates depends on the nature of cation and solvent. The yield of O-products increases substantially when going from alkylation to acylation, and in particular to phosphorylation.     

Diazoalkanes in the Reactions with Dialkyl (Thio)-Phosphites

Abstract

The photochemical, thermo-catalytical and thermal reactions of diazoalkanes with dialkyl (thio)phosphites were studied.

Thus, the photolysis of dimethyldiazomalonate and methyl-diazoacetate with dialkyl(thio)phosphites gives P-H insertion products only upon triplet-sensitized conditions (i), whereas diphenyldiazomethane gives P-H insertion products upon direct photolysis as well (ii). The investigation of 31 the reaction mechanism is based on CIDNP ³¹P method. The catalytical reactions (iii) are a convenient method of preparing (thio)phosphonates.     

New Synthetic Approach to Phosphonium Salts Derived from 4,5-Bis(diphenylphosphino)-1-phenylpyridazin-6-one and Quantum-Chemical Calculations of Their Formation

4,5-Bis(diphenylphosphino)-1-phenylpyridazin-6-one reacts with ethyl iodide, 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,2-dibromomehtane, and o-dibromobenzene to give the corresponding bis-phosphonium salts which, depend- ing on the halogen derivative, can undergo further transformations involving cleavage of the PÄC bond in the -position with respect to the carbonyl group.
