The self-assembly of highly stable zirconium(IV)-based coordination cages with aggregation induced emission (AIE) molecular rotors for in vitro bio-imaging is reported. The two coordination cages, NUS-100 and NUS-101, are assembled from the highly stable trinuclear zirconium vertices and two flexible carboxyl-decorated tetraphenylethylene (TPE) spacers. Extensive experimental and theoretical results show that the emissive intensity of the coordination cages can be controlled by restricting the dynamics of AIE-active molecular rotors though multiple external stimuli. Because the two coordination cages have excellent chemical stability in aqueous solutions (pH stability: 2–10) and impressive AIE characteristics contributed by the molecular rotors, they can be employed as novel biological fluorescent probes for in vitro live-cell imaging.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to develop a new deproteinization method to extract amoxicillin from human plasma and evaluate the inter‐ethnic variation of amoxicillin pharmacokinetics in healthy Malay volunteers. A single‐dose, randomized, fasting, two‐period, two‐treatment, two‐sequence crossover, open‐label bioequivalence study was conducted in 18 healthy Malay adult male volunteers, with one week washout period. The drug concentration in the sample was analyzed using high‐performance liquid chromatography (UV–vis HPLC). The mean (standard deviation) pharmacokinetic parameter results of Moxilen® were: peak concentration (Cmax), 6.72 (1.56) µg/mL; area under the concentration–time graph (AUC0–8), 17.79 (4.29) µg/mL h; AUC0–∞, 18.84 (4.62) µg/mL h. Those of YSP Amoxicillin® capsule were: Cmax, 6.69 (1.44) µg/mL; AUC0–8, 18.69 (3.78) µg/mL h; AUC00–∞, 19.95 (3.81) µg/mL h. The 90% confidence intervals for the logarithmic transformed Cmax, AUC0–8 and AUC0–∞ of Moxilen® vs YSP Amoxicillin® capsule was between 0.80 and 1.25. Both Cmax and AUC met the predetermined criteria for assuming bioequivalence. Both formulations were well tolerated. The results showed significant inter‐ethnicity variation in pharmacokinetics of amoxicillin. The Cmax and AUC of amoxicillin in Malay population were slightly lower compared with other populations. In this paper, we study the connected subgraph polytope which is the convex hull of the solutions to a related combinatorial optimization problem called the maximum weight connected subgraph problem. We strengthen a cut-based formulation by considering some new partition inequalities for which we give necessary and sufficient conditions to be facet defining. Based on the separation problem associated with these inequalities, we give a complete polyhedral characterization of the connected subgraph polytope on cycles and trees.  相似文献

We report a high-energy optical parametric oscillator (OPO) synchronously pumped by a 7.19 MHz, Yb:fiber-amplified, picosecond, gain-switched laser diode. The 42-m-long ring cavity maintains a compact design through the use of an intracavity optical fiber. The periodically poled MgO-doped LiNbO(3) OPO provides output pulse energies as high as 0.49 μJ at 1.5 μm (signal) and 0.19 μJ at 3.6 μm (idler). Tunability from 1.5 to 1.7 μm and from 2.9 to 3.6 μm is demonstrated, and typical M(2) values of 1.5 × 1.3 and 2.8 × 1.9 are measured for the signal and idler, respectively, at high power.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, specific and reliable high‐performance liquid chromatographic assay of meloxicam in human plasma has been developed using a C18 reversed‐phase analytical column. Reversed‐phase chromatography was conducted using a mobile phase of 0.02 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted to pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid)–acetonitrile–triethylamine (35:65:0.05, v/v) with UV detection at 354 nm. The drug in human plasma was deproteinized using a combination of methanol and chloroform. This method is simple, rapid and consistent with a high recovery of meloxicam in human plasma ranging from 93.29 to 111.09%. Regression analysis for the calibration plot for plasma standards obtained for the drug concentrations between (25–4000) ng/mL indicated excellent linearity (r ≥ 0.9997). The proposed method was applied to study the bioequivalence between Mobic (original) and Melocam (generic) products. The study was conducted on using two tablets (4 × 7.5 mg) of each of the commercial product and the reference standard in a two‐way open randomized crossover design involving 20 volunteers. Area under the concentration–time curve, peak concentration (Cmax) and time to reach Cmax were 72,868.61 ng h/mL, 2133.93 ng/mL and 4.06 h for Mobic, and 78,352.52 ng h/mL, 2525.18 ng/mL and 3.61 h for Melocam. We report a tunable synchronously pumped fiber Raman laser (SPFRL) in the near-infrared (NIR) and visible wavebands pumped by a pulsed, all-fiber PM 1060 nm master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) and its frequency-doubled output, respectively. The seed was adaptively shaped to deliver rectangular output pulses, thereby enabling selective excitation of individual Raman Stokes lines. Using filtered synchronous feedback of the desired Raman Stokes line, the linewidth of the SPFRL was reduced by a factor of 4 and the extinction ratio of the desired Raman Stokes was improved by more than 3 dB relative to a simple single-pass conversion scheme. A continuous tuning range of 2.2 THz was obtained for each of the Raman Stokes orders in the visible (spanning from green to orange-first to fifth Stokes lines). A larger 5.0 THz tunable range was achieved in the NIR spectral region.  相似文献

A new, simple and rapid capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) method, using a cationic polymer-coated capillary to reverse electroosmotic flow, is proposed and validated for the separation and simultaneous quantification of 11 gibberellins (GAs). Under optimum conditions, a baseline separation of 11 GAs, including GA1, GA3, GA4, GA5, GA6, GA7, GA13, GA19, GA20, GA24 and GA53 was accomplished within 25 min using 70 mM ammonium formate/formic acid buffer (pH 3.8) and 2% (v/v) acetonitrile with -25 kV as the separation voltage. Satisfactory results were obtained in terms of linearity (R2 between 0.984 and 0.995), precision (RSD of migration time below 0.8%) and sensitivity (LOD between 0.31 and 1.02 microM). Furthermore, a novel solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure was developed for the pre-concentration and purification of GAs using Oasis MAX cartridges. The combination of SPE and CE-MS approach was applied to screen for endogenous GAs present in coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) water sample. To illustrate the applicability of the method, GA1 and GA3 were successfully detected and quantified in coconut water. Finally, the GA1 and GA3 identities were further unequivocally confirmed by CE-tandem MS experiments operating in the multiple reaction monitoring mode.  相似文献
