Differential scanning calorimetry has been applied to the study of the solid system cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone/trimethoprim.Different results have been systematically obtained on co-ground and not co-ground mixtures, suggesting some type of interaction to take place between components as a consequence of co-grinding.A simple phenomenological model of the interaction is proposed, which quite satisfactorily agrees with thermal data.
Zusammenfassung Das feste System von vernetztem Polyvinyl-pyrolidin/Trimethoprim wurde mittels DSC untersucht. Unterschiedliche Ergebnisse wurden systematisch für zusammen und nicht zusammen verriebene Mischungen gefunden, was auf eine Wechselwirkung zwischen Komponenten beim Verreiben hindeutet. Ein einfaches phänomenologisches Modell dieser Wechselwirkung wird vorgeschlagen, das mit thermischen Daten befriedigend übereinstimmt.

5(Benzothiazol-2-yl)-4-hydroxyisophthalaldehyde (BHI), an intense ESIPT containing molecule in mixed media loses its properties due to resonance-assisted H-bond (RAHB) in absolute water. Due to resonance-assisted H-bond the o-aldehyde is more reactive than the other one. With addition of cysteine/homocysteine into this solution the o-aldehyde group gets transformed into thiazolidine/thiazine ring, respectively, and the phenolic proton becomes free enough for transfer to nitrogen of the benzothiazole ring in excited state, that is, the ESIPT of BHI is turned on. Thus we can detect cysteine/homocysteine in water as well as in live cells.  相似文献

First‐principles DFT calculations are carried out to study the changes in structures and electronic properties of two‐dimensional single‐layer graphene in the presence of non‐covalent interactions induced by carbon and boron fullerenes (C60, C70, C80 and B80). Our study shows that larger carbon fullerene interacts more strongly than the smaller fullerene, and boron fullerene interacts more strongly than that of its carbon analogue with the same nuclearity. We find that van der Waals interactions play a major role in governing non‐covalent interactions between the adsorbed fullerenes and graphene. Moreover, a greater extent of van der Waals interactions found for the larger fullerenes, C80 and B80, relative to smaller C60, and consequently, results in higher stabilisation. We find a small amount of electron transfer from graphene to fullerene, which gives rise to a hole‐doped material. We also find changes in the graphene electronic band structures in the presence of these surface‐decorated fullerenes. The Dirac cone picture, such as that found in pristine graphene, is significantly modified due to the re‐hybridisation of graphene carbon orbitals with fullerenes orbitals near the Fermi energy. However, all of the composites exhibit perfect conducting behaviour. The simulated absorption spectra for all of the graphene–fullerene hybrids do not exhibit a significant change in the absorption peak positions with respect to the pristine graphene absorption spectrum. Additionally, we find that the hole‐transfer integral between graphene and C60 is larger than the electron‐transfer integrals and the extent of these transfer integrals can be significantly tuned by graphene edge functionalisation with carboxylic acid groups. Our understanding of the non‐covalent functionalisation of graphene with various fullerenes would promote experimentalists to explore these systems, for their possible applications in electronic and opto‐electronic devices.  相似文献

The synthesis of 1H-indazoles from o-aminobenzoximes is achieved via N–N bond formation using triphenylphosphine, I2, and imidazole. Selective formation of oxime-phosphonium ion intermediate in the presence of the amino group is the driving force for this reaction. The nucleophilicity of the arylamino group and electrophilicity toward the N–O bond of oxime also control the reaction. The reaction proceeds at a faster rate with good to excellent yield under this mild reaction condition and is amenable to scale-up.  相似文献

We have developed a FRET-based ratiometric fluorescent probe for the detection of CN using a fluorescein–Zn–naphthalene ensemble (NFH·Zn2+). The sensing mechanism was ascribed by displacement approach. The chemosensor exhibits high selectivity and sensibility for CN. The speculation was supported by fluorescence emission spectra, UV–vis spectrum, 1H NMR titration experiments, and mass spectra. The interconversion of probe NFH and NFH·Zn2+ via the complexation/decomplexation by the modulation of Zn2+/CN mimics INHIBIT gate. In addition, it also shows an excellent performance in ‘dip stick’ method.  相似文献

BackgroundThe recent pandemic by COVID-19 is a global threat to human health. The disease is caused by SARS-CoV-2 and the infection rate is increased more quickly than MERS and SARS as their rapid adaptation to varied climatic conditions through rapid mutations. It becomes more severe due to the lack of proper therapeutic drugs, insufficient diagnostic tool, scarcity of appropriate drug, life supporting medical facility and mostly lack of awareness. Therefore, preventive measure is one of the important strategies to control. In this context, herbal medicinal plants received a noticeable attention to treat COVID-19 in Indian subcontinent. Here, 44 Indian traditional plants have been discussed with their novel phytochemicals that prevent the novel corona virus. The basic of SARS-CoV-2, their common way of transmission including their effect on immune and nervous system have been discussed. We have analysed their mechanism of action against COVID-19 following in-silico analysis. Their probable mechanism and therapeutic approaches behind the activity of phytochemicals to stimulate immune response as well as inhibition of viral multiplication discussed rationally. Thus, mixtures of active secondary metabolites/phytochemicals are the only choice to prevent the disease in countries where vaccination will take long time due to overcrowded population density.  相似文献

Herein, we demonstrate that a bioinspired assembly of silica nanoparticles with polyamines as structure‐directing agents similar to that known for the biosilicification of diatoms can pave the way for the efficient encapsulation of sulfonated copper–phthalocyanine in a hybrid microcapsule structure, in which the organic component provides a capable environment for its catalytic activity in epoxidation reactions and the nanoassembled structure imparts stability.  相似文献

DFT calculations have been carried out to describe the pathway of a sodium ion along the stacking direction of a tubular structure set up by five cyclopeptidic units, which can be considered a suitable model of a hollow tubular structure of indefinite length. A lattice of points inside the tubular structure is defined and the DFT interaction energy values with a sodium ion are obtained. The data allow predicting a zigzag path of the ion inside the hosting structure.  相似文献
