The influence of the parameters and conditions of sodium sulfide-induced reaction of polyol synthesis of silver nanoparticles on the yield of cube-shaped particles and the optical properties of colloids is studied. The protocol proposed by Skrabalak et al. for the synthesis of nanocubes in small volumes (Nature Protocols, 2007, vol. 2, p. 2182) is taken as an initial variant for optimization. The effects of the reagent concentrations, degree of ethylene glycol oxygenation, the presence of impurities, reaction time, and temperature are studied. Suspensions containing nanoparticles with different shapes and sizes, including polydisperse particles of irregular shapes, silver nanocubes with a yield of 0 to 97%, nanoprisms, and nanorods, can be produced by varying the synthesis parameters. The key parameters controlling the yield of nanocubes are the degree of ethylene glycol oxygenation and the presence of trace amounts of ions of other metals (not silver). It is established that variations in the reaction time make it possible to vary the sizes of nanocubes in the range of 30–60 nm. Suspensions with high contents of cube-shaped particles are shown to exhibit three maxima in the plasmon extinction resonance spectrum at wavelengths of 350, 390, and, depending on the particle size, 435–470 nm.  相似文献

In order to study the microscopic nature of the phase separation in lanthanum manganites, experimental investigations were made of the optical, electrical, and magnetic properties of La1?δMnO3 and La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 lanthanum manganite single crystals. The infrared absorption spectra revealed two bands at 0.14 eV and 0.35 eV whose intensity was sensitive to the magnetic order. The different temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity (semiconducting) and the transmission (metallic) below the Curie ferromagnetic temperature indicates that an insulator-metal transition takes place in various regions of the insulating matrix, i.e., phase separation occurs. Characteristic features of the properties and the nature of the phase separation in these compounds can be explained using a model of polar (hole [MnO 6 8? ] JT and electron [MnO 6 10? ] JT ) pseudo-Jahn-Teller clusters which form centers of charge nonuniformity in the crystal.  相似文献

The quadratic law of laminar flow through porous media at high Reynolds numbers, which is well confirmed by the multiple experimental data, is shown to give rise to three fundamental paradoxes. All them can be resolved by assuming the singular structure of flow. The singularity is produced by the formation of jet brunches which invade the stagnant zones and sharply loss their kinetic energy. The numerical simulation confirms this effect. The nitration of 4-(5-R-2-thienyl) but-3-en-2-ones (R = H, CH3, C2H5) with a nitrating mixture and group I and III metal nitrates in concentrated sulfuric and trifluoroacetic acids, as well as in the presence of aluminum chloride, was investigated. Nitration with a nitrating mixture and potassium, sodium, lithium, copper, and aluminum nitrates in sulfuric acid takes place in the heterocyclic ring to give a mixture of nitro ketones. Nitration in trifluoroacetic acid and in the presence of aluminum chloride proceeds with the formation of a single -nitro ketone. The structures of the substances obtained were proved by means of the IR and PMR spectra.
