An X-band EPR study on a Na_3(CrMo_6O_(24)H_6)·8H_2O single crystal diluted by its isomor-phic compound Na_3(AlMo_6O_(24)H_6)·8H_2O at room temperature is reported. Using the least squares-fitting method to simulate the EPR data for principal planes, the Hamiltonian parameterswere obtained. The principal values of the g tensors are g_(ZZ) = 1.904, g_(XX)= 1.973, g_(YY)=1.933. The zero field splitting tensor parameters are D = 0.275 cm~(-1), E = 0.05 cm~(-1). The fielddependence of Cr~(3+) energy levels with field at different angles from the principal axes whenthe field is along the principal planes is calculated based on these experimental parameters.The isofrequency plots of calculated field vs. angle are also shown. They agree well with theexperimental results.  相似文献

It is proved that the apparent transverse velocities β_(app) and the spectral powers at 10GHz P_(10) of the cores of known superluminal sources are correlated. An interpretation ofthis result within the framework of the relativistic jet model shows that the jet Lorentzfactor γ depends on the intrinsic luminosity of the sources. The probable existence of twosubpopulations of the superluminal sources is shown by a linear regression analysis. "Small"sources f i.e. the sources without extended emission or with a distance from the core tothe outer edge of the lobe<20 kpc, show lower β_(app) than the "large" objects; this can beinterpreted as an orientation effect. Since all BL Lac objects belong to the "small" class,this result sheds new light on such a question as why these sources have lower apparent ve-locities than the "classical" superluminal quasars.  相似文献

The paper reports the formation and crystal structure of dihydronitidine, expounds thereasons and conditions of easily formed oxynitidine, and discusses anticancer mechanism ofnitidine (cation). The crystallographic parameters of dihydronitidine are: space group P2_(1/n),a= 12.54(1), b = 9. 148(5), c = 14.748(8)A, β= 92. 12(6)°,Z =4. 4108 independent reflec-tions were collected within the range of 3°≤2θ≤54°, of which 2137 intensity data with I≥3σ(I) were used in the structural determination. The crystal structure has been refined byfull matrix least-square method to a final R of 0.050.  相似文献

Protoplasts were isolated from embryogenic calli derived from immature embryos ofwheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Jinan 177). The protoplasts were cultured in NMB mediumsupplemented with 1mg/L 2,4- D and 500mg/l casein hydrolysate (CH). The regenerated cellsfrom protoplasts divided to form somatic embryos directly. The somatic embryos grown to1.5- 2 mm in size directly developed into complete plants on solid MB medium without hor-mones.  相似文献

Di-region theory, the theory for the mechanism of carcinogenesis, has been extendedsuccessfully on the quantitative Structure-carcinogenic activity relationship (QSCAR) of 63aromatic amines. A quantitative equation for the QSCAR of aromatic amines has been estab-lished by the mechanism conception of the specialized di- functional alkylation between thenitrenium ion of the amino group and the epoxide of the aromatic ring. The agreementbetween calculation and experiment comes up to 98%. Thus, it can now express the puzzlingvariation of the carcinogenicity of aromatic amines, as a comprehensible structure-chemicalreactivity relationship.  相似文献

In our experiment, three groups of seedlings of SDP Pharbitis nil cv. violet were sepa-rately treated with three different photoperiods (1,16 h dark period--SD; 2, continuous illumi-nation--CL; 3, 16 h dark treatment with 10 min white light in the middle of the dark period--NB). By analysing proteins in the cotyledons from three groups with 2-D PAGE, we found nodifference in protein pattern between the three groups at 0 or 8 h after photoperiodic treatments.At 24 h after the treatments, a specific protein(MW:19 kD; pI: 4.5)appeared only in the cotyledonsof the seedlings which endured SD. This protein disappeared at 72 h after SD. ActinomycinD could inhibit flowering and the specific protein occurrence when applied to cotyledonsprior to SD, but it had no inhibition effect on flowering as well as the specific proteinoccurrence when applied to cotyledons after SD. Chloroamphenicol, a protein synthesisinhibitor, inhibited flowering when applied to cotyledons prior to or immediately after SD,but it did not i  相似文献

The climatic change since the Little Ice Age recorded in the Dunde Ice Cap is presentedin this paper. There have been three cold periods and three warm periods since 1400AD.Among them, the coldest one was in the 17th century. Many evidences verified the three coldand warm variations recorded in the Dundc Ice Cap. But it was found from the comparison between the Dunde Icc Cap climatic record and thewinter temperature record in Shanghai that there was a temporal dfference in climatic changebetween East China and West China. The general trend is that the cooling and warmingprocesses in West China were earlier than that in East China. In the Dunde Ice Cap, it isnow in an anomalous warm period, while it is not as warm as in Dunde Ice Cap recordaccording to the winter temperature in Shanghai. In addition to the possible cause of temporaldifference in climatic change between West China and East China, another possible cause isthat the greenhouse effect of CO_2 may already be recognizable in the Dunde Ice Cap a  相似文献

In order to systematically investigate the effects of simulated weightlessness on thefunction state of human brain, 15° head-down tilt (HDT) was used to simulate weightless-ness, and the response changes of event-related EEG power spectra, medium-frequencysynchronous potentials and slow-waves were examined in the present study. It was foundthat HDT had characteristic effects on the above EEG responses, suggesting that the ef-fects mainly occurred in the brain's regulatory system, therefore, resulting in changes ofthe brain function state.  相似文献

The concentration, source of manganese and iron in ferromanganese nodules and therelation between nodules and sedimentary environments are discussed in detail by asynthetical study on chemical information of ferromanganese nodules and correspondingsediment, pore water and geological, biological (bacteria) information in 26 stations fromthe North Pacific region (7- 13°N, 178- 165°W). The result shows that (i) the concen-tration and distribution characteristics of magnese and iron in ferromanganese nod-ules differ in different types of nodules, however, the concentration decreases with theincrease in grain sizes of nodules; (ii) the source of iron in different types of nodulesis basically the same, i. e. the slow sedimentation of overlying water; (iii) manganesein nodules comes mainly from the diffusion of Mn~(2+) in the pore water, and Mn~(2+) fromthe reduction of Mn~(4+) in sediments by the medium of bacteria. This paper introduced briefly the research results on lichenometry of the Holoceneglacial fluctuations in the headwater of the Urumqi River, in the central TianshanMountains and discussed the histories of the Holocene glaciers and the climate. It isconsidered that lichenometry is one applicable method for dating the mid- and late-Holocene deposits in the cold and mountainous regions. Rhizocarpon geographicum (L.)DCand Xanthoria elegans (Link.) Th. Fr. could be used for dating the deposits of about 4500and 500 a B.P. respectively. There existed at least four periods of glacial advances whichoccurred before about 5700, 4100, 2800 and 403- 74 a B. P. respectively with the firstperiod the longest. Little Ice Age includes three stages of glacial advances which endedbefore about 403, 208 and 74 a B. P. respectively with the second stage the maximum.During the general Holocene warming processes, there existed at least four cold peri-ods which ended before about 5700, 4100, 2800 and 420- 91 a B.P. respectively,  相似文献
