We report herein the first all-donor aromatic [2]catenane formed through dynamic combinatorial chemistry, using single component libraries. The building block is a benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene derivative, a π-donor molecule, with cysteine appendages that allow for disulfide exchange. The hydrophobic effect plays an essential role in the formation of the all-donor [2]catenane. The design of the building block allows the formation of a quasi-fused pentacyclic core, which enhances the stacking interactions between the cores. The [2]catenane has chiro-optical and fluorescent properties, being also the first known DCC-disulphide-based interlocked molecule to be fluorescent.An all-donor [2]catenane has been synthesised via dynamic combinatorial chemistry. It features stacked benzodithiophenes which are quasi-pentacyclic through hydrogen bonding. 相似文献

TiO2 -Au aerogels containing different amounts of gold nanoparticles of different sizes (5 and 16 nm) were successfully synthesized using a sol-gel procedure, and were tested for salicylic acid photodegradation under UV irradiation. The structure and morphology of the obtained materials were investigated using X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements. UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to study the optical properties. The effects of the gold nanoparticles on the TiO2 crystallization process were twofold, as follows: (i) the number of crystallized zones was strongly related to the concentration of the gold nanoparticles, and (ii) the smaller gold particles increased the time taken for the crystallization of the samples. It was found that the noble metal-doped samples exhibited higher degradation rates compared with bare titania. It was found that the most active photocatalyst in each studied system was the sample with the highest concentration of gold nanoparticles. Additionally, the highest degradation rate value was obtained with the smallest Au nanoparticles (46.4 10-3 μmol/(L·s). 相似文献

AbstractOver the last years, thin layer chromatography (TLC) has become an increasingly important tool in the analysis of natural compounds, being used not only as a simple method of separation, identification, and quantitative determination of natural constituents, but also as a method for evaluating the potential applications of the separated compounds, different bioassays being compatible with TLC. This is due to the TLC advantages, of which could be mentioned: the possibility to simply, quickly, and flexibly analyze many samples in parallel, without the need for special steps of sample purification, obtaining visual results, and the possibility of multiple detections, all of these being achieved at very low costs. Considering these, the aim of this study is to give an overview on the application of TLC in evaluation of different biological activities of natural compounds, focusing on antioxidant, enzymatic, antimicrobial, and hormonal activities. 相似文献

Four acceptor–donor–acceptor (A–D–A)-type molecules bearing indacenodithiophene as donating central core and various end-capping acceptor units have been designed and synthesised as n-type materials suitable for organic solar cells (OSCs). New silicon magnetite ferrofluids were prepared by dispersing siloxane-coated magnetite particles in polydimethylsiloxane with low or high molecular weights. Ferrofluids are stable colloidal dispersions of ultra fine covered magnetite particles, which may be selected for a specific application. We demonstrated new methods of stabilizing the magnetic particles by reacting the hydroxyl groups on the surface of magnetite particles with terminal ethoxy groups of polydimethylsiloxane, followed by their dispersion in silicon fluids. The new silicon ferrofluids were tested from the morphology, magnetic properties/losses, and rheological properties point of view. 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to develop a new simple, fast and economical method for simultaneous quantitative determination of methylxanthine compounds based on TLC combined with image analysis. To obtain certain results, both extraction and chromatographic separation were optimized. The optimum extraction conditions were maceration in ethanol-water 8:2, v/v. The chromatographic separations were done on the silica gel F(254) TLC plates developed with chloroform-dichloromethane-isopropanol, 4:2:1 v/v/v. Detection was performed under UV lamp at 254?nm and the evaluation of the chromatographic plate was based on digital processing of chromatographic images. The developed TLC method was validated for parameters such as specificity, linearity and range, LOD and LOQ, precision, robustness and accuracy. This method was then applied for determination of caffeine, theobromine and theophylline in different types of tea, commercially available. Moreover, the content of methylxanthines detected and determined in commercial tea samples can be used as chemical marker in quality control. 相似文献

Nanosized cobalt aluminate (CoAl2O4) was prepared by thermolysis of heteronuclear coordination compound, namely [Al2Co(C2O4)4(OH2)6]. The synthesized precursor was characterized by chemical analysis, vibrational spectra and thermal analysis. The cobalt aluminate obtained after a heating treatment of the precursor at 700 °C was characterized by IR, XRD, TEM coupled with SAED measurements. Two types of carbon-based electrodes, glassy carbon and boron-doped diamond electrodes were decorated with the obtained cobalt aluminate in order to enhance the electroanalytical performance for the tetracycline (TC) detection in the aqueous solutions. Cyclic voltammetry technique was used to determine the effect of the nanosized CoAl2O4 on the electrochemical oxidation of TC and as consequence, for TC detection at both carbon-based electrodes. The obtained cobalt aluminate exhibited the electrocatalytic activity toward TC detection in direct relation with the type of the carbon substrate, which allowed enhancing the electroanalytical parameters of TC detection in the aqueous solution. 相似文献
