Sonochemical synthesis and electrochemical characterization of α-nickel hydroxide: precursor effects

Sonochemical degradation of urea was employed to synthesize alpha-nickel hydroxide from different nickel salts. Utilization of ultrasound yielded products with properties significantly different than the products obtained by thermal degradation of urea. The effect of intercalating chloride, nitrate, acetate, and sulfate anions on morphology and electrochemical performance was studied. The sulfate-intercalated sample had the smallest interlayer spacing when obtained by the sonochemical method, contradicting all the previous thermal synthesis results. The specific capacitance trend also differed from the literature values, and the value for the sulfate-intercalated sample was larger than that of acetate- and nitrate-intercalated samples. Ultrasonic synthesis increased the specific capacitance of the sulfate-intercalated sample significantly. This sample was also the most reversible and had the highest charge efficiency. 相似文献

In the present study, the voltammetric and impidimetric detection of microRNA‐21, mir‐21 from cell lysates was investigated for the first time by using graphene modified disposable pencil graphite electrodes (GME). The surface characterization of GME was performed via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Upon passive adsorption of inosine substituted antimicroRNA‐21, antimir‐21 probe, InP, onto the surface of GME and then solid phase hybridization of InP with mir‐21, the target, the electrochemical detection was performed by using Differential Pulse Voltammetry (DPV) and EIS techniques. This developed biosensor, GME has presented a 2.77 times lower detection limit of 2.09 µg/mL (3.12 pmol) with respect to unmodified pencil graphite electrode (GE). Moreover it is capable of analyzing mir‐21 in the cell lysates of mir‐21 positive breast cancer cell line (MCF‐7) contrast to mir‐21 negative hepatoma cell line (HUH‐7). The proposed electrochemical yes‐no system does not require any purification and/or amplification step prior to fast detection of mir‐21 from real samples. 相似文献

Three novel fully substituted urea derivative cyclotriphosphazene compounds 5–7 were synthesized by alkyne-azide 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of propargyl substituted ureas 2–4 with hexaazide substituted cyclotriphosphazene 1 in the presence of Cu(I) catalyst. All compounds were characterized with spectroscopic techniques such as FT-IR, 1H, 13C, and 31P nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectroscopy. Also, the usefulness of compounds 5–7 as anion carriers was investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. For this purpose, 1H NMR spectra of compounds 5–7 were recorded in the presence of tetrabutylammonium fluoride in DMSO-d6. It was determined, that the urea protons in the compounds interact with fluoride. 相似文献

We report the infrared spectra of HCl, (HCl)2, and H2O-HCl in liquid helium nanodroplets in the frequency region between 2680 and 2915 cm(-1). For the HCl monomer a line width of 1.0 cm(-1) (H35Cl) corresponding to a lifetime of 5.3 ps was observed. The line broadening indicates fast rotational relaxation similar to that previously observed for HF. For (HCl)2 the free HCl as well as the bound HCl stretching band has been observed. The nu2+ bands of (HCl)2 could be rotationally resolved, and rotational constants were deduced from the spectra. We observed both the allowed and the symmetry forbidden transition. However, the forbidden "broken symmetry" tunneling transition of the mixed dimer shows an intensity that is considerably enhanced compared to the gas phase. Upon the basis of the present measurements we were able to calculate the tunneling splitting in the excited state. The tunneling splitting is found to be reduced by 28% compared to the gas phase. Transitions from the ground state to the Ka=1 level of the free HCl stretch (nu1) are recorded and show considerable line broadening with a line width of 2 cm(-1). The excited state Ka=1 has an additional rotational energy of about 10 cm(-1), thereby allowing fast rotational relaxation by coupling to helium excitations. In addition we observed the HCl stretch of the HCl-H2O dimer, which exhibits an unusually large width (1.7 cm(-1) for H35Cl)) and large red shift (8.5 cm(-1)), compared to the gas-phase values. The large-amplitude motion originating from the libration mode of the HCl-H2O complex is supposed to act as a fast relaxation manifold. 相似文献
