The approximate analytical solutions of the Dirac equation under spin and pseudospin symmetries are examined using a suitable approximation scheme in the framework of parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method. Because a tensor interaction in the Dirac equation removes the energy degeneracy in the spin and pseudospin doublets that leads to atomic stability, we study the Dirac equation with a Hellmann-like tensor potential newly proposed in this study. The newly proposed tensor potential removes the degeneracy from both the spin symmetry and pseudospin symmetry completely. The proposed tensor potential seems better than the Coulomb and Yukawa-like tensor potentials. 相似文献

An approximate bound state solution of the three-dimensional Schrödinger equation for potential family was obtained together with the corresponding wave function, after which the Fisher information for a potential family was explicitly obtained via the methodology of expectation value and radial expectation value. Some uncertainty relations that are closely related to Heisenberg-like uncertainty were obtained and numerical results were generated to justify the relations and inequalities. Finally, we have numerically studied the Fisher information for two special cases from the result of the potential family that has applications to prototype systems. It was deduced that the Fisher information of the potential family and that of the two special cases exhibit similar features. 相似文献

Scattering and Bound States of the Dirac Particle for q-Parameter Hyperbolic Pöschl-Teller Potential
The one-dimensional Dirac particle for equal scalar and vector asymmetric q-parameter hyperbolic PöschlTeller potential (qHPT) is solved in terms of hypergeometric functions. The scattering and bound states are obtained by using the properties of the equation of continuity of the wave functions. We calculat in details the transmission and reflection coefficients. 相似文献
