Polymer–bitumen binders for the highway engineering were obtained by the addition of a ternary ethylene–propylene rubber to a bitumen. The addition of a vulcanizing agent to a polymer–bitumen composition caused the structuring of the system through cross-linking of rubber molecules in the bitumen matrix that was confirmed by the study of structural viscosity of the polymer–bitumen compositions, as well as molecular mobility by the methods of NMR-relaxation and pulsed field gradient NMR-relaxation (self-diffusion).  相似文献

The effect of the peroxide modifying system on the molecular, structural, and morphological characteristics of polypropylene/EPDM/talc composites was examined. Introduction of the modifying system into the composite formulation results in the formation of compatibilizing copolymeric components improving the morphology of talc-filled composites and increasing the number of elastomeric phase particles of 0.4 µm size, optimum for polypropylene/EPDM composites.  相似文献

The solubility, polarity, compatibility of the components of dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers: natural rubber, polypropylene, and layered filler, which determine the composition and properties of composites were computed. On the basis of calculations components for dynamic thermoplastic composites were selected and composite materials with improved physical and mechanical properties were developed.  相似文献
