The formulation of a freeze-dried sulphide colloid kit, to be directly labelled with technetium is based on the preparation of tin/II/ sulphide precolloid, stabilized with carboxy methyl cellulose. The formation kinetics of the labelled colloid assessed by GCS-method showing a fast reduction of99mTc-pertechnetate, forming reduced99mTc-colloid with subsequent build-up of the labelled sulphur colloid. This is assumed to be due to the formation of99mTc/V/ to be bound to sulphide precolloid of the kit. The blood clearance data of the labelled colloid in rabbits showed two exponential disappearance phases of radioactivity from blood with biological half times of 3 and 67 min. The results of organ distribution in mice show that more than 85% of the administered activity is accumulated in the liver indicating a high colloidal yield of optimal particle size. The dynamic studies of the labelled colloid achieved in normal subjects using gamma camera indicate a rapid blood clearance and high liver uptake with low surrounding tissue background.This work was performed under the auspices of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization and presented in part at the Fifth International Symposium on Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry, Tokyo, August 1984.  相似文献

The present note deals with the effects of radiative heat transfer and free convection in MHD for a flow of an electrically conducting, incompressible, dusty viscous fluid past an impulsively started vertical non-conducting plate, under the influence of transversely applied magnetic field. The heat due to viscous dissipation and induced magnetic field is assumed to be negligible. The governing linear partial differential equations are solved by finite difference technique. The effects of various parameters (like radiation parameter N, Prandtl number Pr, porosity parameter K) entering into the MHD Stokes problem for flow of dusty conducting fluid have been examined on the temperature field and velocity profile for both the dusty fluid and dust particles.  相似文献

The present investigation deals with a simple preparation of new formulation of tin?Csucralfate freeze-dried kit (F.D.K.), to be directly labeled with 99mTc at optimal pH value of 7.0. The lyophilized form containing 100?mg sucralfate and 11.3?mg dihydrated stannous chloride. Other optimal pH values of the preparation were found to be from 4.0 to 11.0. The range of sucralfate amount studied (50?C500?mg) not affected the radiochemical purity of the labeled complex. The radiochemical purity and the stability of the labeled preparation that assessed by filtration were more than 95%. 99mTc sucralfate was radiochemical stable up to a specific activity of 1,000?mCi per gram which was more stable than earlier published value (700?mCi per gram) without any radiolytic decomposition. The biological behavior of 99mTc-pertechnetate was evaluated in two groups of animals, the first group (neither fasted nor ulcerated) and the second group (fasted and ulcerated mice). The data of organ distribution of 99mTc?Csucralfate in ulcerated fasted mice showed that more than 99% of the administered dose was accumulated in the stomach (87.92%) and intestine (11.43%). The radioanalytical results together with the in vivo-biological behavior of the labeled preparation demonstrate it??s stability, efficacy and usefulness in medical applications for the detection of gastrointestinal ulcers.  相似文献

Abstract— The properties of a pulsed ruby laser beam focused through a triocular microscope were studied in relation to microsurgery. Quantitative studies on 'model tissues' with different absorbencies at 6943 Å revealed that the spot diameter of the focused microbeam was dependent upon several factors. It decreased with (1) a decrease in the absorption by the object at 6943 Å; (2) a decrease in the energy of the microbeam; and (3) an increase in the magnification of the microscope. The existence of the 'tube of effect' in the optical path of the focused micro-beam was realized by irradiating the object at different planes. The depth of the tube of effect increased with (1) increase in laser energy or (2) decrease in magnification. By employing certain plant species ( Spirogyra praetensis Transeau, Ulva lactuca Linnaeus, Porphyra miniata (Lyngbye) C. Agardh and Elodea sp.) the reaction of the protoplasm to the laser microbeam in terms of 'primary damage' and 'secondary damage' was defined. Based on these experimental data the concept of minimal visible spot size in laser microsurgery and its limitations are discussed.  相似文献

A convenient experimental method for measuring the thermal conductivity of uranin (fluorecein sodium, C20H10O5Na2) is described. Two similar blocks of uranin, produced from a strong uranin/water solution, were exposed to one-dimensional steady-state conduction. It was found that, for a mean bulk temperature ranging from ambient up to 55°C, the uranin has a constant thermal conductivity of 0.43 W/mK. An efficient and compact double-pass optical fiber amplifier is demonstrated using a newly developed hafnia bismuth erbium co-doped fiber(HBEDF) as a gain medium. The HBEDF is fabricated using a modified chemical vapor deposition in conjunction with solution doping. The fiber has an erbium ion concentration of 12500 ppm.At the optimum length of 0.5 m, the HBEDF amplifier(HBEDFA) achieves a flat gain of 26 d B with a gain variation of less than 1.5 d B within a wavelength region from 1530 to 1560 nm when the input signal and pump power are fixed at-30 d Bm and 140 m W, respectively. On the other hand, at the input signal power of-10 d Bm,the HBEDFA also achieves a flat gain of 14.2 d B with a gain variation of less than 2.5 d B within a wide wavelength region from 1525 to 1570 nm. Compared with the conventional zirconia erbium co-doped fiber based amplifier,the proposed HBEDFA obtains a more efficient gain and lower noise figure. For an input signal of-30 d Bm, the gain improvements of 6.2 d B and 4.8 d B are obtained at 1525 nm and 1540 nm, respectively.  相似文献

The paper investigates the effects of heat transfer in MHD flow of viscoelastic stratified fluid in porous medium on a parallel plate channel inclined at an angle θ. A laminar convection flow for incompressible conducting fluid is considered. It is assumed that the plates are kept at different temperatures which decay with time. The partial differential equations governing the flow are solved by perturbation technique. Expressions for the velocity of fluid and particle phases, temperature field, Nusselt number, skin friction and flow flux are obtained within the channel. The effects of various parameters like stratification factor, magnetic field parameter, Prandtl number on temperature field, heat transfer, skin friction, flow flux, velocity for both the fluid and particle phases are displayed through graphs and discussed numerically.  相似文献

A new method to prepare novel semi-rigid multidentate ligands containing nitrogen atom, to coordinate with rhenium and technetium, was established. The method was based on formylation of substituted anilines, followed by Mannich reaction with glycine and paraformaldehyde. The method was very promising to design ligands of various molecular structures (L1–L5) to coordinate with rhenium metal ions. The complexes were prepared through ligand exchange with the complex ReOCl3(PPh3)2, giving new complex of the structure ReOCl3L(1–5). The prepared ligands and complexes were identified by the use of UV–vis, and infrared absorption spectrometric techniques, elemental analysis, molecular weight determination by depression of freezing point. These ligands were labeled with 99mTc pertechnetate, and the labeling efficiency of the complexes was measured using a well type scintillation gamma counter equipment and obtained a good yield.  相似文献

Zr and Ti have been substituted in the system Y1−x M x Ba2Cu3O7−δ(M=Zr, Ti,x=0.05,0.1). We find that theT c value is unchanged, ∼90K for Zr substitutions up to 10% and in the case of Ti substitutions theT c drops significantly. These changes may arise from their site preference.  相似文献

Excess molar volumes at 303.15 K for the binary mixture of ethylene glycol+, diethylene glycol+, triethylene glycol+ and tetraethylene glycol+ γ-butyrolactone were determined from precise density measurements over the whole mole fraction range. The excess molar volumes are positive over the whole mole fraction range for ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol systems. For triethylene glycol and tetraethylene glycol systems, VE curves are sigmoid with a positive lobe at low mole fraction of glycol and a negative lobe at high mole fraction. The excess molar volumes VE, results are interpreted qualitatively in terms of several opposing effects.  相似文献
