We report on band-dependent quasiparticle dynamics in the hole-doped Ba-122 pnictides measured by ultrafast pump-probe spectroscopy. In the superconducting state of the optimal and over hole-doped samples, we observe two distinct relaxation processes: a fast component whose decay rate increases linearly with excitation density and a slow component whose relaxation is independent of excitation strength. We argue that these two components reflect the recombination of quasiparticles in the two hole bands through intraband and interband processes. We also find that the thermal recombination rate of quasiparticles increases quadratically with temperature in all samples. The temperature and excitation density dependence of the decays indicates fully gapped hole bands and nodal or very anisotropic electron bands. 相似文献

four groups. Each group is controlled by a PID controller. It is verified that the cluster actuation and the sensing based
on PID control suppress the structural modes under consideration, and no spillover effects are observed

In this paper, we study \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over the ring \(R=\mathbb {Z}_4+u\mathbb {Z}_4\) where \(u^{2}=1\), for \(\lambda =3+2u\) and \(2+3u\). Two new Gray maps from R to \(\mathbb {Z}_4^{3}\) are defined with the goal of obtaining new linear codes over \(\mathbb {Z}_4\). The Gray images of \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over R are determined. We then conducted a computer search and obtained many \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over R whose \(\mathbb {Z}_4\)-images have better parameters than currently best-known linear codes over \(\mathbb {Z}_4\). 相似文献

Photolimuniscence (PL) spectra of TlGaS2 layered crystals were studied in the wavelength region 500‐1400 nm and in the temperature range 15‐115 K. We observed three broad bands centered at 568 nm (A‐band), 718 nm (B‐band) and 1102 nm (C‐band) in the PL spectrum. The observed bands have half‐widths of 0.221, 0.258 and 0.067 eV for A‐, B‐, and C‐bands, respectively. The increase of the emission band half‐width, the blue shift of the emission band peak energy and the quenching of the PL with increasing temperature are explained using the configuration coordinate model. We have also studied the variations of emission band intensity versus excitation laser intensity in the range from 0.4 to 19.5 W cm‐2. Gamma-rays with energies above the neutron binding energy in 137Xe have been observed at 3907 and 3994 keV in the decay of 137I. Their combined intensity amounts to about 25% of the delayed neutron intensity and demonstrates that γ-ray widths are an important factor in defining the magnitude and energy distribution of the delayed neutron spectrum. 相似文献

Delayed neutrons and high-energy γ-rays following decay of 87Br have been studied to characterize the β-decay to and the decay of neutron unbound levels in 87Kr. The principal part of the neutron spectrum appears due to some 20–30 individual transitions and for seven of these, decay by γ-ray emission has been demonstrated. The β-strength function derived from these data and the decay scheme at lower energies is dominated by a broad resonance located near the neutron binding energy which can be identified with the main strength of a single-particle transition. The fluctuations in the reduced β-transition probabilities are found to be in accord with the Porter-Thomas distribution and the observed level density just above the neutron binding energy is consistent with the Gilbert and Cameron prediction after accounting for fluctuation in the β-decay transition probabilities. 相似文献

One of the most important problems of coding theory is to construct codes with best possible minimum distances. Recently, quasi-cyclic (QC) codes have been proven to contain many such codes. In this paper, we consider quasi-twisted (QT) codes, which are generalizations of QC codes, and their structural properties and obtain new codes which improve minimum distances of best known linear codes over the finite fields GF(3) and GF(5). Moreover, we give a BCH-type bound on minimum distance for QT codes and give a sufficient condition for a QT code to be equivalent to a QC code. 相似文献

We present a method of measuring the absolute phase in heterodyne-detected transient grating experiments. The method permits direct and sensitive characterization of the amplitude and phase of the grating parameters.
