We report a measurement of the spin-echo decay of a single electron spin confined in a semiconductor quantum dot. When we tip the spin in the transverse plane via a magnetic field burst, it dephases in 37 ns due to the Larmor precession around a random effective field from the nuclear spins in the host material. We reverse this dephasing to a large extent via a spin-echo pulse, and find a spin-echo decay time of about 0.5 micros at 70 mT. These results are in the range of theoretical predictions of the electron spin coherence time governed by the electron-nuclear dynamics.  相似文献

A route to various substituted phosphine phosphonic acid compounds of the general form Ar(2)PC(6)H(4)PO(OH)(2) (Ar = Ph, o-MeC(6)H(4), o-MeOC(6)H(4)) has been investigated. These compounds were employed as bidentate anionic [P,O] ligands in neutral palladium complexes. The [P,O] chelating coordination was determined by X-ray crystallography of a representative palladium complex. Furthermore, the bifunctional ligand Ph(2)PC(6)H(4)PO(OH)Ph represents the first example of a chelating anionic [P,O] ligand resulting from the combination of a phosphine and a phosphinate moiety.  相似文献

A new method for the determination of low concentrations of chlorate in natural waters is described. Chlorate is analyzed by ion-chromatography followed by an osmate-catalyzed postcolumn reaction of chlorate with iodide and UV-detection of triiodide. The new osmate catalysis allows to carry out the oxidation of iodide by chlorate at pH 3 instead of 6 M HCl for the uncatalyzed reaction. A detection limit of 5 nM (0.4 microgram/l) chlorate is achieved. The method also allows the simultaneous determination of chlorite, bromate, and nitrite at the low microgram/l level.  相似文献

Extensive new high-temperature, high-resolution FTIR emission spectroscopy measurements for the five common isotopomers of GeO are combined with previous diode laser and microwave measurements in combined isotopomer analyses.
