A measurement of the analyzing power A(y) of the p-->d--> (p p) + n reaction was carried out at the ANKE spectrometer at COSY at beam energies of 0.5 and 0.8 GeV by detection of a fast forward proton pair of small excitation energy E(pp) < 3 MeV. The S-wave dominance in the fast diproton is experimentally demonstrated in this reaction. While at T(p) = 0.8 GeV the measured analyzing power almost vanishes, it rises to nearly unity at T(p) = 0.5 GeV for neutrons emitted at theta(c.m.)(n) = 167 degrees. The results are compared with a model taking into account one-nucleon exchange, single scattering, and Delta(1232) excitation in the intermediate state. The model describes fairly well the unpolarized cross section obtained earlier and the analyzing power at 0.8 GeV; it fails to reproduce A(y) at 0.5 GeV.  相似文献

High electrochemical reactivity is required for various energy and sensing applications of graphene grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Herein, we report that heterogeneous electron transfer can be remarkably fast at CVD‐grown graphene electrodes that are fabricated without using the conventional poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) for graphene transfer from a growth substrate. We use nanogap voltammetry based on scanning electrochemical microscopy to obtain very high standard rate constants k0≥25 cm s?1 for ferrocenemethanol oxidation at polystyrene‐supported graphene. The rate constants are at least 2–3 orders of magnitude higher than those at PMMA‐transferred graphene, which demonstrates an anomalously weak dependence of electron‐transfer rates on the potential. Slow kinetics at PMMA‐transferred graphene is attributed to the presence of residual PMMA. This unprecedentedly high reactivity of PMMA‐free CVD‐grown graphene electrodes is fundamentally and practically important.  相似文献

4He-p collisions at two values of4He momenta 8.6 GeV/c and 13.6 GeV/c as well as the3He-p collisions at 13.5 GeV/c have been studies using the one-meter JINR hydrogen bubble chamber. Total, elastic, topological and reaction cross sections have been measured. The cross sections have been determined on a sample of minimum biased events.  相似文献

The reactions4Hep pp+X,3Hep pp+X and4Hep ddp have been investigated and the correlation function has been measured for protons and deuterons with small relative momenta. Strong positive correlation has been observed for protons related mainly to the final state interactions in1S0 state. The root mean square radius of the proton source calculated from the correlation function has been found to be equal to (1.7±0.3) fm and (2.1±0.3) fm for4He and3He respectively. It agrees with the known radii of these nuclei.We would like to thank Dr R. The pp-->ppphi reaction has been studied at the Cooler Synchrotron COSY-Jülich, using the internal beam and ANKE facility. Total cross sections have been determined at three excess energies epsilon near the production threshold. The differential cross section closest to threshold at epsilon=18.5 MeV exhibits a clear S wave dominance as well as a noticeable effect due to the proton-proton final-state interaction. Taken together with data for ppomega production, a significant enhancement of the phi/omega ratio of a factor 8 is found compared to predictions based on the Okubo-Zweig-Iizuka rule.  相似文献

A method of direct determination of the deuteron D-state probability from the experiment, based on the dpppn reaction analyzis is suggested. Using the known results on the vector analyzing power in elastic NN-scattering, the values of the overall nucleon polarization and the deuteron vector polarization have been obtained. The probability of the deuteron D-state is estimated to be w D = 0.078 ± 0.046.  相似文献

The dp → nnpπ+, dp → ppnπ0 and dp → pppπ- reactions at 3.33 GeV/c deuteron momentum on the proton target were studied in order to search for a ΔΔ configuration in the deuteron. The frequent backward emission of the (pπ+), (nπo) and (pπ?) systems in the deuteron rest frame was observed. The origin of the effect was analysed from the point of view of a possible ΔΔ admixture in the deuteron wave function. Some other sources which may contribute to the signal are indicated.  相似文献

A sample of “non-spectator” events in the pionless deuteron breakup at a 3.3 GeV/c momentum has been investigated by means of a 1 m HBC at the JINR, Dubna. The two-proton invariant mass spectrum in the charge exchange channel exhibits two enhancements for masses of 2,010 MeV/c2 and 2,160 MeV/c2. Theoretical calculations taking into account one-pion exchange diagrams and virtual pion absorption by the deuteron have been carried out. It has been shown that the enhancement atM pp=2,010 MeV/c2 can be explained if some kind of singularity near theN-N threshold is required. The observed maximum atM pp=2,160 MeV/c2 is caused mainly by intermediate Δ production and pion absorption on the deuteron.  相似文献

The differential cross section and deuteron analysing powers of the p → {pp}n charge-exchange reaction have been measured with the ANKE spectrometer at the COSY storage ring. Using a deuteron beam of energy 1170MeV, data were obtained for small momentum transfers to a {pp} system with low excitation energy. A good quantitative understanding of all the measured observables is provided by the impulse approximation using known neutron-proton amplitudes. The proof of principle achieved here for the method suggests that measurements at higher energies will provide useful information in regions where the existing np database is far less reliable.  相似文献
