The reactions of 1,4-dioxane-substituted closo-decaborate anion ([B10H9O2C4H8]–) with metal acetylenides, diethyl malonate, ethyl acetoacetate, triethyl orthoformate, acetylacetone, and malonodinitrile were studied. The reactions were shown to be accompanied with substituent ring opening and attachment of the corresponding pendant functional group. Modeling methods were used to analyze tie motions of a train of dislocations through a dislocation forest. Differences were found in this motion in the basal plane of hep crystals and in the {11} plane in crystals of the NaCl type. We consider the process whereby, under the action of external stresses, a screw dislocation passes through an infinite row of immobile screw dislocations that is parallel to the dislocation, with allowance for the stress field generated by the row. We determine the ranges of impact parameters, within which the dislocation can stop or can climb a dislocation of the row without cross slip of through double cross slip. Simulation has given statistical relationships for the early stage of slip-band development. Dislocation multiplication is considered within the framework of a double transverse slip model. There is a relationship between the number of loops at the surface and that within the crystal. A method is given for determining the times for source formation and loop generation, and numerical estimates are made from the published experimental data. 相似文献

The initial stage in the development of a glide band in NaCl crystals is simulated. The process of double cross slip of segments of screw dislocations was examined according to the scheme proposed by Wiedersich. A quantitative estimate of the parameters characterizing the development of the glide band is made: structures and rate of expansion of the band, average slip distance of the dislocations, dislocation density, and others.
