A synthesis of molybdenum incorporated mesoporous aluminophosphate with long-chain n-alkylamine as template material had been prepared under non-aqueous condition. These materials were extensively characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen sorption isotherms, nuclear magnetic resonance of 27Al and 31P (NMR), inductive coupled plasma (ICP), electron spin resonance (ESR), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA). Morphology of the materials had been observed by using transmission electron microscope (TEM) that revealed the mesoporous materials possessed wormhole-like structures. Alkaline solvent extraction using n-butylamine/ethanol had been efficiently removed the n-alkylamine from the mesoporous samples which yielded BET surface areas around 550-730 m2/g. BJH analysis showed a narrow pore size distribution which increased with increasing of the carbon chain length of alkylamine (template). Valence state and coordination of the molybdenum in the obtained samples were investigated by using ESR and FTIR where it was found that Mo4+ and Mo6+ molybdenum species existed in the molybdenum incorporated mesoporous aluminophosphate in tetrahedral coordination.  相似文献

The oxygen storage capacity of CeO2, Ce0.9Pr0.1O2, Pt?Rh/CeO2 and Pt?Rh/Ce0.9Pr0.1O2 was investigated by conventional GC pulse method and transient pulse techniques. It is shown that incorporation of PrOy into CeO2 matrix strongly promotes oxygen storage capacity (OSC) measured using the transient pulse technique. The improvement of OSC at low temperature is observed in Pt?Rh loaded onto CeO2 and Ce?Pr catalysts.  相似文献

The efficient synthesis of 2,3-dihydro-1-benzothiepine derivatives 4 has been developed. The intramolecular Claisen type reaction of the new products, 4-(o-formylphenylthio)butyrate 9, with alcoholate in dialkylcarbonate as a solvent afforded 4 in good yields. According to this new procedure, we have accomplished the practical preparation of CCR5 antagonist 1 as a candidate for oral HIV-1 therapy.  相似文献

A new reforming process was studied using Ni/SiO2 with a hydrogen-permeating membrane reactor. Nickel catalyst supported on SiO2 is highly active for CH4?H2O?O2 reaction in membrane reactor and the reaction close to CH4+0.35O2+1.3H2O→CO2+3.3H2 proceeds at 873 K. Since the selectivity to carbon and CO2 increased and decreased with decreasing contact time respectively, it is considered that the reaction was started by decomposition of CH4 followed by oxidation of C and water shift reaction. Therefore, the reaction mechanism was different from so-called autothermal reforming (ATR) reaction.  相似文献

A combination of sulfanyl radical addition-cyclization of dienes connected with hydroximates and subsequent conversion of the resulting cyclic hydroximate to the lactones provides a novel method for the construction of alpha,beta-disubstituted gamma-lactones. Upon treatment with thiophenol in the presence of AIBN, dienes connected with hydroximates smoothly underwent sulfanyl radical addition-cyclization to give cyclic cis- and trans-hydroximates. Hydrolysis of cyclic hydroximates gave the desired cis- and trans-lactones in high yield. This method was successfully applied to the practical synthesis of (+/-)-oxo-parabenzlactone.  相似文献

Abstract

L-Ascorbic acid (AA), known as vitamin C, can form browning products by a non-enzymatic process during storage and the browning products cause deterioration of agricultural products. In the browning reaction, a red pigment, 2,2´-nitrilodi-2(2´)-deoxy-L-ascorbic acid ammonium salt (NDA), is generated from AA via L-scorbamic acid (SCA) as an intermediate. However, the biological activities of SCA and NDA have not yet been clarified. In this study, we assayed the antioxidant activities of SCA and NDA using ABTS radical cation and their neurite outgrowth-enhancing activities in PC12 cells. SCA showed stronger radical-scavenging activity than that of AA, while NDA hardly showed any activity. SCA and NDA enhanced the neurite outgrowth induced by dibutyryl cyclic AMP after their incorporation into cells in the same manner as that of AA. The results indicated that SCA has antioxidant activity and that SCA and NDA have neurite outgrowth-enhancing activity.  相似文献

Chemoselectivity in the methylalumination reaction of unsymmetrical ethers, amines, and sulfides bearing two different terminal alkenyl groups, a 13-tetradecenyl group and an allyl, 4-pentenyl or 6-heptenyl group was examined. The methylalumination of the allyl derivatives proceeded with complete chemoselectivity to afford only the 13-tetradecenyl-monomethylated products. In the methylalumination reactions of the 4-pentenyl and the 6-heptenyl derivatives, in addition to the 13-tetradecenyl-monomethylated products, and dimethylated products were also obtained. However, as in the case of the allyl derivatives, monomethylation to the shorter 4-pentenyl or 6-heptenyl group was not observed, except in the case of 6-heptenyl 13-tetradecenyl amine. The unique selectivity was rationalized upon how readily the intramolecular ligand exchange reaction between intermediate zirconocenium-alkene and zirconocenium-heteroatom complexes could occur.  相似文献
