The volatile compounds obtained by hydrodistillation of the aerial parts of Rosmarinus officinalis cultivated at the Algerian Sahara were analyzed by GC/MS. Thirty compounds were characterized representing 98.2% of the essential oil with 1,8-cineole (29.5%), 2-ethyl-4,5-dimethylphenol (12.0%) and camphor (11.5%) as the major components.  相似文献

By means of molecular dynamics simulations based on realistic n-body potentials we investigate structural and dynamical features inherent to the energetic collision of a silver cluster (Ag19) on the Pd(100) substrate. Both the system and the impact energy (Ei = 95 eV) adopted have been chosen to parallel an experimental study of size selected Ag cluster deposition on Pd(100). Our results indicate that the experimental cross section obtained via thermal energy atom scattering at the same collision energy is well reproduced by the simulations.The modeling allows to rationalize the collision outcome in terms of defect production and cluster atoms implantation. The adsorbed structures have an heterogenous nature and are mostly two-dimensional.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the analysis of optical and electrical characteristics of positive streamers (namely the emitted light and current signals, electric field, velocity and electrical charge) propagating in mineral oil, tetra-ester and toluene, in a point-plane electrode arrangement, under alternating current voltage. Correlations are established between the different characteristics of streamers especially between the velocity and the current derivative indicating that the streamers present also a certain inductive nature, contrarily to the generally used assumptions where streamers propagating are considered of only resistive and capacitive nature. The frequency spectra of the current pulses are also investigated and enlighten all similarities and differences between the studied oils. Each type of discharge can be well identified in relation with the nature of the liquid by the analysis of the frequency behaviour of the corresponding currents or emitted lights. The behaviour of each current streamer is found to be highly influenced by the liquid temperature of evaporation and its electronic affinity.  相似文献

Electrochemical investigations on aluminium alloy corrosion in a sodium chloride solution have been performed by potentiostatic and potentiodynamic (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) methods. Measurements have been obtained after mechanical polishing or electrochemical stripping in deaerated or not solution. All the results are strongly depending on the pretreatments that are undergone in the laboratory before the experimental measurements. Mechanical polishing induces huge effects on the surface of the analysed samples and a long time is necessary to avoid the effects of this treatment; instead, an electrochemical cleaning does not modify the surface and results can be regarded more rapidly as significant of the surface with higher reproducibility.  相似文献

This work focused on the identification of natural, economical, and efficient supports for immobilization of Candida rugosa lipase (CRL) to catalyze the resolution of (±)-menthol. To this purpose, CRL has been immobilized on natural montmorillonite from Algeria (Maghnite-H), ion-exchange resins (Amberjet®1200-H and Amberjet®4200-Cl), and diatomaceous earth (Celite®545). After a preliminary screening of supports, the immobilization of CRL led to a markedly improved enantioselectivity. Excellent enantioselectivity (E ≥ 134) was achieved by the four supported lipases (E = 68 for free enzyme). Compared to the three other supports tested, higher enantioselectivity was observed with Maghnite-H used as immobilization matrix. In this work, the effects of solvent, reaction time, and temperature, on the conversion as well as on enantioselectivity were investigated. The maximum of conversion (% C = 43%) with high enantiomeric excess of products (eep > 99) was obtained when the reaction is catalyzed by CRL immobilized on Maghnite-H at 30 °C for 24 h, and using toluene as selected solvent. Immobilized CRL on Maghnite-H exhibited good thermostability over a wide temperature range (30–90 °C) compared to the free one. These results suggest that CRL immobilized on Maghnite-H has good potential as biocatalyst for the production of (1R)-(?)-menthyl acetate.  相似文献

A numerical vibroacoustic model that can manage multilayered plates locally covered with damping patches is presented. All the layers can have an on-axis orthotropic viscoelastic behavior. Continuity of displacements and transverse shear stresses at each interface is enforced, which permits to write the entire displacement field in function of the displacements of the--common--first layer, leading to a two-dimensional plate model. The problem is then discretized by Rayleigh-Ritz's method using a trigonometric basis that includes both sine and cosine functions in order to treat various boundary conditions. The excitation can be of mechanical kind (concentrated or distributed forces) or of acoustic kind (plane wave of any incidence, diffuse field, etc.). The model permits to compute different vibroacoustic indicators: the mean square velocity of the plate, the radiation efficiency, and the transmission loss. Comparisons between the present model and numerical results from literature or finite element computations show that the model gives good results in both mechanical and acoustical aspects. Then, a comparison of the effects of different distributions of patches is presented. The role of the surface covering rate is first discussed, followed by a study involving different geometries for the same surface covering rate.  相似文献

In this paper, we calculate the band gap and the band discontinuities of a GaN y AsBi x structure lattice matched to GaAs substrate using the conduction and the valence band anticrossing models at the same time. The results obtained show a good agreement with experiment. The nitrogen and the bismuth concentrations leading to a wavelength emission of 1.55 μm have been determined (x = 3.5%, y = 2%). This structure shows a good electron confinement resulting in a high characteristic temperature.  相似文献
