The Böckelheide reaction was accomplished with a number of imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine N-oxides, and the N-oxidation of the resulting acetoxy(hydroxy)methyl derivatives of imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine and 6-bromo-1-methylimidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine was studied. The redox properties of 1,4-dioxides of hydroxymethyl and formyl derivatives of quinoxaline were studied by means of EPR spectroscopy and polarography. The electrochemical reduction of the 1,4-dioxides proceeds in several steps with successive deoxidation and the formation of dianions of substituted quinoxalines and is also accompanied by an intramolecular redox process. The experimentally observed hfs constants in the EPR spectra of the anion radicals formed in the reduction are in agreement with the corresponding values calculated by the INDO method.See [1] for communication 1.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 10, pp. 1412–1416, October, 1985.The authors thank I. Two isomeric mono-N-oxides of 2-aminopyrazine and the 1,4-di-N-oxide have been synthesized. A marked fall in the capacity of these compounds for nucleophilic exchange reactions and for rearrangements in acid and alkaline media has been found, which distinguishes them from the corresponding N-oxides of 2-aminoquinoxaline.For part I, see [5].  相似文献

The PMR spectra of pyrazine, its 2-substituted derivatives, and the corresponding N-oxides and N,N-dioxides were investigated. The character of the change in the chemical shifts in the N-oxides and N,N-dioxides of unsubstituted pyrazine indicates the electron-donor effect of the NO group. An additive effect of the NO groups on the chemical shifts of the ring protons is observed in pyrazine N,N-dioxide. An appreciable interaction of the substituent with the N(1)O group and a weak interaction with the N(4)O group occur in N-oxides and N,N-dioxides of 2-substituted pyrazines. A significant increase in the ortho and meta spin-spin coupling constants of the ring protons is noted when the nitrogen atoms are oxidized. Nickel(II) dicarboxylates of unsaturated carboxylic acids (maleic (MalA), itaconic (ItA), acetylenedicarboxylic (ADCA), allylmalonic (AlMalA), glutaconic (GlutA), cis,cis-muconic (MucA) acids) were synthesized and characterized by thermal analysis and IR spectroscopy. The synthesized dicarboxylates were subjected to thermolysis, and the obtained nanocomposites were studied by transmission and scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The synthesized metallopolymer nanocomposites were NiO and metallic Ni nanoparticles distributed over a stabilizing matrix. The formation enthalpy of dicarboxylates (ΔНr°) was calculated by the PM3 semi-empirical quantum-chemical method. The nanoparticle size was determined, and a relationship between the average nanoparticle diameter (davg) and ΔНr° was established. The microstructure and magnetic characteristics of the obtained nanocomposites, namely, the maximum and residual magnetization and the coercive force, were studied.  相似文献

The anion radicals formed in the electrochemical reduction of 2,3-dimethyl-quinoxoline and its N,N′-dioxide, the 6-methoxy and 6-chloro derivatives of the N,N′-dioxide, and the preparation quinoxidine in DMF were studied. Polarographic analysis showed that the first step in the reduction is a one-electron step and is reversible for all of the compounds except quinoxidine. However, the EPR spectra of the primary anion radicals were recorded only for 2,3-dimethylquinoxaline and its 1,4-dioxide. For the remaining compounds we were able to obtain anion radicals of only the reduction products, the structures of which in a number of cases were established from the EPR spectra. Solvent extraction of rhenium from sulfuric acid solutions with aminophenol-class reagent N-(2-hydroxy-5-nonylbenzyl)-β-hydroxyethylmethylamine was studied. Solvent extraction stoichiometry was established. The structure of rhenium complex formed in solvent extraction with N-(2-hydroxy-5-nonylbenzyl)-β-hydroxyethylmethylamine was proposed on the basis of data of IR spectroscopy.
