在Mn髤模板作用下,2,6-diacetylpyridine(DAP)及合适链状胺化合物通过[1+1]环缩合反应,合成了3个大环席夫碱配合物,并进行了红外、元素分析、质谱及电导率等表征及研究。测得了配合物[MnL1(CH3CN)](ClO4)2的晶体结构,中心离子呈现出稍微扭曲的五角锥配位构型。研究了配合物对S.aureus(ATCC 6633),B.cereus(ATCC 7064),C.xerosis(ATCC 373)(gram-positive bacterial strains),E.coli(PTCC 10009),K.pneuomoniae(MTCC 109),and P.vulgaris(lio)(gram-negative bacterial strains)的抗菌活性。结果显示[MnL3](ClO4)2抗菌活性明显优于[MnL1(CH3CN)](ClO4)2and[MnL2](ClO4)2。在25℃条件下0.1 mol·L-1 KCl溶液中,通过电位计量法测定了化合物的质子化常数。 相似文献

Ultrasound as a green process and an alternative energy source was investigated for the ecobenign synthesis of novel diindolylmethanes from various synthesized aldehydes with indoles in short reaction time and high yield. The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields, simple procedure, mild conditions, and reduced environmental consequences. A novel CdTe quantum dots‐modified carbon paste electrode (QDMCPE) was fabricated and used to study the electrooxidation of dopamine and uric acid and their mixtures by electrochemical methods. Using square wave voltammetry (SWV), a highly sensitive and simultaneous determination of dopamine and uric acid was explored at the modified electrode. SWV peak currents of dopamine and uric acid increased linearly with their concentrations in the ranges of 7.5×10?8–6.0×10?4 M, and 7.5×10?6–1.4×10?3 M, respectively. Finally this new sensor was used for determination of dopamine and uric acid in some real samples. 相似文献

An efficient strategy for the synthesis of benzamides from acetamides and aryl iodides using 1 mol% Pd (OAc)2 as catalyst and Cr (CO)6 as CO‐precursor is described. This new synthetic methodology displays high functional group tolerance on both substrates and avoids the need for ligands, reducing agents, or other additives. The corresponding products were obtained in good to excellent yields at atmospheric pressure under mild reaction conditions. 相似文献

Iron‐doped multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (Fe/MWCNTs) is an efficient, ecofriendly and reusable heterogeneous nanocatalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of heterocyclic compounds including bis‐spiro piperidines, piperidines, dihydro‐2‐oxopyrroles, pyrazoles and diazepines at room temperature with good to excellent yields. The heterogeneous nanocatalyst was fully characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and FT‐IR analysis. Also, the structures of all prepared compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT‐IR, mass spectrometry (MS) and elemental analysis. The major advantages of these protocols are mild and green reaction conditions, short reaction times, clean reaction, operational simplicity, easy purification and good to excellent yields with the reusable heterogeneous nanocatalyst. The catalyst was ten recycled without significant loss of activity. 相似文献

A one-pot four-component reaction of an aliphatic or aromatic amine, diketene, an aromatic aldehyde and 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst has been developed. In this reaction, a new class of fully substituted pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-carboxamide derivatives is produced under mild reaction conditions and in good yields at ambient temperature. 相似文献
