The infrared and electronic excitation spectra of a series of new nickel(II) chelates containing an-diimine (or nitrogenous base, enR) and the anion of a-dione (1,3-ketoenol or 1,3-ketoester,H) were obtained in the solid state and in solution. The composition and the overall structure of the new chelates in the solid state depends on ligand concentration, the substituents within the-dionato moiety and the counterion present. The IR and electronic excitation spectra of [Ni(enR)2
]NO3 and [Ni(enR)(O2NO)] indicate, in conjunction with other physicochemical measurements, bidentate coordination of the ligands, while the spectral shifts reveal replacement of the (O,O)nitrato group by basic solvents. The existence of the nickel(II) in an octahedral environment is confirmed by an X-ray structure analysis of [Ni(dpamH)2acac]NO3 · CH3OH (monoclinic, space groupP2l/n, a=17.296(1),b=7.462(1),c=21.604(3) å,=95.65(1),Z=4, R=0.0534,Rw=0.0600), where dpamH denotes the 2,2-dipyridylamine. 相似文献

A rapid and reliable method is given for the determination of vanadium based on oxidation of the V(IV) with a known excess of bromate to V(V). The unreacted oxidant as well as V(V) are subsequently reduced with sulfurous acid to V(IV). The resulting Br?1 was potentiometrically titrated with Hg(I) using silver amalgam as the indicator electrode. The method finds application to the analysis of some binary and ternary mixtures. 相似文献

A number of oxotitanium(IV) complexes of the type TiOL with bis‐unsymmetric dibasic tetradentate Schiff base (LH2) containing ONNO donor atoms have been synthesized. Mono‐Schiff base (OPD‐HNP) was prepared by the condensation of 1:3 molar ratio of 2‐hydroxy‐1‐naphthaldehyde (HNP) with o‐phenylenediamine (OPD). Dibasic unsymmetric tetradentate diamine Schiff bases were prepared by the reaction of OPD‐HNP with 2‐hydroxyacetophenone, 2‐hydroxypropeophenone, benzoylacetone, acetylacetone and ethylacetoacetate. Further, titanylacetylacetonate was reacted with these ligands to obtain their metal complexes. On the basis of analytical and physiochemical data, the formation of complexes as TiOL was suggested having square pyramidal geometry. Quantum mechanical approach also confirmed this geometry. The assessment of the synthesized ligands and their complexes showed that some behave as good inhibitors of mycelial growth against selected phytopathogic fungi but weak inhibitors against some selected bacteria. The complexes of orotic acid with Co(II), Ni(II), Fe(III), Cu(II), and Cd(II) were prepared and their stoichiometry were determined by elemental analysis. Co(II) and Ni(II) give complexes with orotic acid of 1:1 ratio whereas that of the remaining transition metals give complexes of 1:2 ratio. The stereochemistry of the studied metal complexes has been established by analyses of their electronic spectra and magnetic susceptibilities. The mode of bonding in the studied series of metal complexes was established via, analysis of their infrared spectra. The present analysis leads to the conclusion that all metal ions studied coordinate to orotic acid via N(1) and the adjacent carboxylate group. Thermal decomposition studies of orotic acid complexes have been carried out as to understand the status of water molecules present in these complexes as well as to know their general decomposition pattern. Theoretical investigation of the electronic structure of the studied metal complexes has been carried out. MO computations at the HF-level were performed. Charge density distribution, extent of distortion from regular geometry, dipole moment, and orientation were computed and discussed. 相似文献

A simple green and efficient one‐pot multi‐component synthesis of 1H‐pyrozolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐5,10‐diones and 2H‐indazolo[2,1‐b]phthalazine‐triones has been developed utilizing one‐pot multi‐component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, active methylene reagents, phthalic anhydride, and hydrazine hydrate or alternatively phthalhydrazide in glycerol without catalyst under controlled microwave heating. The current synthetic protocol offers several advantages such as excellent yields, high EcoScale and atom economy, simple working up reactants and products, and the absence of hazardous catalysts or solvents. 相似文献
