Summary This paper deals with the two-dimensional static punch problems in the presence of friction for a periodically layered half-space. Within the framework of the homogenized model of linear elasticity with microlocal parameters [8–11] the exact solutions of the considered problems are obtained. The case of the indentation of the composite body by a rigid rectangular punch has been discussed in detail.

Übersicht In dieser Arbeit wird das zweidimensionale statische Stempelproblem mit Reibung für einen periodisch geschichteten Halbraum betrachtet. Im Rahmen eines Homogenisierungsmodells der linearen Elastizitätstheorie mit mikropolaren Parametern werden die exakten Lösungen der betrachteten Probleme gewonnen. Im Detail wird das Eindringen eines rechteckigen starren Stempels behandelt.

We analyze a system of two different types of Brownian particles confined in a cubic box with periodic boundary conditions. Particles of different types annihilate when they come into close contact. The annihilation rate is matched by the birth rate, thus the total number of each kind of particles is conserved. When in a stationary state, the system is divided by an interface into two subregions, each occupied by one type of particles. All possible stationary states correspond to the Laplacian eigenfunctions. We show that the system evolves towards those stationary distributions of particles which minimize the Renyi entropy production. In all cases, the Renyi entropy production decreases monotonically during the evolution despite the fact that the topology and geometry of the interface exhibit abrupt and violent changes.  相似文献

One‐stage synthesis of N‐substituted 2‐amino‐5‐(2,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles is described. The compounds were prepared by the reaction of the sulfinyl bis(2,4‐dihydroxythiobenzoyl) (STB) with 4‐substituted 3‐thiosemicarbazides. STB was obtained from 2,4‐dihydroxybenzenecarbodithioic acid and thionyl dichloride. The structure of compounds was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and EI‐MS data.  相似文献

The paper presents a method for determination of effective absorption coefficient of irradiation during action of a pulsed laser. For this purpose the solution of some axisymmetrical boundary value problem of heat conduction for half-space and the experimentally obtained polymorphous zones of transformation in the exposed materials are applied. Bee products have been known for centuries for their versatile healing properties. In recent decades they have become the subject of documented scientific research. This review aims to present and compare the impact of bee products and their components as antimicrobial agents. Honey, propolis, royal jelly and bee venom are bee products that have antibacterial properties. Sensitivity of bacteria to these products varies considerably between products and varieties of the same product depending on their origin. According to the type of bee product, different degrees of activity were observed against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, molds and dermatophytes, as well as biofilm-forming microorganisms. Pseudomonas aeruginosa turned out to be the most resistant to bee products. An analysis of average minimum inhibitory concentration values for bee products showed that bee venom has the strongest bacterial effectiveness, while royal jelly showed the weakest antibacterial activity. The most challenging problems associated with using bee products for medical purposes are dosage and safety. The complexity and variability in composition of these products raise the need for their standardization before safe and predictable clinical uses can be achieved.  相似文献

In this paper we present a design of a compact, low power diode-pumped CW Nd:YAG laser operating at 946 nm with intracavity blue light generation at 473 nm for battery operated applications. The nonlinear crystal used in the experiment is a BiBO crystal cut for phase-matching type I. Using 0.8 W of pumping power, 20-mW stabile output power of blue light was achieved. The second harmonic generation conversion efficiency was 2.5%.  相似文献

ZnO nanopowders doped with Mn2+, Ni2+, Co2+ and Cr3+ ions have been synthesised for the first time using a solvothermal reaction with microwave heating. The nanopowders were produced from a solution of zinc acetate and manganese (II), chromium (III), nickel (II) and cobalt (II) acetates, using ethylene glycol as a solvent. The content of Ni2+, Co2+ and Cr3+ ions in the solution and in the solid phase were close to each other up to 5 mol%. The doping level of Mn2+ ions in the solid is about 50% of that in the solution. No phases or compounds other than ZnO were detected by X-ray diffraction with Mn2+, Co2+ and Ni2+ doping. With Cr3+ ions a small amount of chromium oxide was found. None of the powders displayed any luminescence after doping. The Mn2+-doped powder displayed a paramagnetic behaviour. ESR and magnetisation investigations have revealed that no clustering of Mn2+ ions occurred up to a doping level of 3.9 mol%. The average grain size of powders doped with Ni2+, Cr3+, Co2+ and Mn2+ for a 10 mol% ion content in the solution was about 20 nm and the grain size dispersion 30%. With increasing dopant content the grain size decreased. It appears that the solvothermal process employed allows relatively high doping levels of the transition metal ions to be achieved without any dopant clustering or oxide precipitation.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to develop an LC method for honeybee venom analysis, using cytochrome c as an internal standard. The SynChropack C8 6.5 μm, 4.6 × 100 mm column was applied. The bee venom was separated by linear gradient 5–80% B at 30 min (eluent A—0.1% TFA in water, eluent B—0.1% TFA in acetonitrile:water (80:20)). The flow rate of mobile phase was maintained at 1 mL min?1, injection volume: 40 μL, separation temperature: 25 °C. The analysis was monitored at 220 nm. Several honeybee venom constituents were separated and the content of four of them (apamine, mast cell degranulating peptide, phospholipase A2 and melittin) were determined. By applying this methodology differences in chemical composition of honeybee venom were evaluated. In order to confirm the data obtained, the following steps and parameters were taken into account for the validation of the method: selectivity, precision (injection repeatability, analysis repeatability), accuracy (recovery), linearity and operating range, limit of detection and limit of quantitation. All steps of validation proved that the developed analytical procedure was suitable for its intended purpose (standardization). Due to its simplicity, the developed method can be easily automated and incorporated into routine operations both in the bee venom identification, quality control and assay tests.  相似文献

One‐stage synthesis of 5‐substituted (alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, heteroalkyl, alkoxy‐, aryloxy)‐2‐(2,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles is described.
