Meerwein reaction of arenediazonium chlorides with acrolein gave 3-aryl-2-chloropropanals which were brought into cyclocondensation with thiourea. The resulting 2-amino-5-benzyl-1,3-thiazoles were acylated with carboxylic acid chlorides and phthalic anhydride to afford, respectively, 2-acylamino-5-benzyl-1,3-thiazoles and N-(5-benzyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)phthalimides. 相似文献

Meerwein reactions of arenediazonium bromides with methyl and ethyl acrylates gave 3-aryl-2-bromopropionic acid esters which were subjected to cyclocondensation with N-(2-pyridyl)- and N-(6-methyl-2-pyridyl) thioureas to obtain 5-R1-benzyl-2-(R2-2-pyridylimino)thiazolidin-4-ones. 3-Chloro-2-chlorocarbonylbenzo[b]thiophenes were obtained on oxidation of Meerwein reaction products, viz. 3-aryl-2-halopropionic acids and their esters, with thionyl chloride in the presence of N-benzyl-N-methylmorpholinium chloride. Disubstituted thioureas were synthesized by the reaction of these compounds with ammonium thiocyanate and aromatic amines, and were cyclized by interaction with iodoacetic acid with the formation of 4-thiazolidinone derivatives. The same cyclization in the presence of aromatic aldehydes leads to the formation of the corresponding 5-arylidene-substituted 4-thiazolidinones. 相似文献

Reaction of 5-methyl-1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbocylic acid chlorides with tryptamine derivatives afforded substituted 1-aryl-N-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamides. At heating these compounds in toluene in the presence of POCl3 and P2O5 Bischler-Napieralski cyclization occurs giving 1-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-4,9-dihydro-3H-β-carbolines that can be transformed into β-carboline and tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives. 相似文献

Diazotization of 1-(aminophenyl)-1H-tetrazoles and subsequent treatment of the diazonium salts with sodium azide gave 1-(azidophenyl)-1H-tetrazoles which were brought into cyclization with ethyl acetoacetate and cyanoacetanilide to obtain 1,2,3-triazole derivatives. Catalytic arylation of furan-2-carbaldehyde with arenediazonium salts was studied. The yields of 5-arylfuran-2-carbaldehydes were found to depend on the solvent, catalyst, and anion in the arenediazonium salt. Redox catalysis and generation of aryl radicals are not sufficient conditions for the reaction to occur. The reaction is successful only under conditions ensuring formation of complex intermediates. A mechanism involving two Cu2+ ? Cu+ catalytic series and generation of furan-2-carbaldehyde was proposed. 相似文献
