Treatment of trifluoroacetaldehyde N,O-acetal with diazoacetate in the presence of a Lewis acid furnished CF3-substituted aziridinecarboxylates in good yields. Both cis and trans isomers were obtained stereoselectively by the proper choice of the ester substituents. Hydroxylamines gradually undergo oxidation to their oximes on being dissolved in organic solvent (e.g. methanol). This phenomenon was followed by (1)H-NMR and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The oxidation rate was estimated from the peak area observed on the mass chromatogram at the protonated molecule or fragment ion on LC-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI)-MS. TiO2 nanowire-nanoparticle hetero-structured films were prepared via a sol–gel method and coated on glass substrates by dipping method for photocatalytic activity. In this study 0, 1, 3, and 5 mol% of Ni doped were studied. One-dimensional TiO2 nanowires (NWs) were prepared by hydrothermal treatment with TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) which are commercially available. XRD, FESEM, DRS, and XPS were used to characterize the prepared nanowire-nanoparticle hetero-structures films. 3%Ni doped TiO2 hetero-structured film (TNi3) had the highest photocatalytic activity on the degradation of methylene blue (MB). TNi3 films provided about 4.3 times of degradation rate compared to undoped TiO2 (T). It revealed that TNi3 film resulted in shifting the absorption wavelength towards narrowing the energy band gap and small crystallite size. Therefore, the TNi3 film exhibited a photocatalytic activity on the degradation of MB under visible light irradiation greater than undoped film. 相似文献

High-pressure phase transition of Ta2NiO6 with the trirutile-type structure was investigated from the viewpoint of crystal chemistry. A new quenchable high-pressure phase was found in the pressure range higher than 7 GPa and 900°C. The high-pressure phase has an orthorhombic cell (a=4.797(1) Å, b=5.153(2) Å and c=14.85(1) Å and space group; Abm2), and it is more dense by 9.6% than the trirutile-structured phase. Infrared spectra of the trirutile-type phase and the high-pressure phase show that Ni2+ ions in the high-pressure phase are still in octahedral sites. The crystal structure of the high-pressure phase is considered as a cation-ordering trifluorite-type structure, which can be stabilized by a crystal field effect of Ni2+ ions. 相似文献

In this paper we present a new acoustic-resonance microscopy, Electromagnetic-Resonance-Ultrasound Microscopy (ERUM), to measure the localized elastic stiffness of a solid material. It visualizes the resonance-frequency shift of vibrating piezoelectric crystal (langasite, La3Ga5SiO14) excited by an electric field from a solenoid coil. The acoustic coupling is made only at the tip of the crystal touching the specimen surface. Being based on the calibration for the specimen's effective stiffness, the local elasticity is determined from the resonance frequencies of the crystal with the Rayleigh-Ritz method. An approximate model for the specimen's effective stiffness predicts the shift of resonance frequencies, for which the conventional Hertz-contact model is improved. As an illustrating example, the mapping of Young's modulus of a duplex stainless steel is presented, which shows good agreement with the existing study. 相似文献

An experimental system for the study of ion-induced nucleation in a SO(2)/H(2)O/N(2) gas mixture was developed, employing a soft x-ray at different pressure and temperature levels. The difficulties associated with these experiments included the changes in physical properties of the gas mixture when temperature and pressure were varied. Changes in the relative humidity (RH) as a function of pressure and temperature also had a significant effect on the different behaviors of the mobility distributions of particles. In order to accomplish reliable measurement and minimize uncertainties, an integrated on-line control system was utilized. As the pressure decreased in a range of 500-980 hPa, the peak concentration of both ions and nanometer-sized particles decreased, which suggests that higher pressure tended to enhance the growth of particles nucleated by ion-induced nucleation. Moreover, the modal diameters of the measured particle size distributions showed a systematic shift to larger sizes with increasing pressure. However, in the temperature range of 5-20 °C, temperature increases had no significant effects on the mobility distribution of particles. The effects of residence time, RH (7%-70%), and SO(2) concentration (0.08-6.7 ppm) on ion-induced nucleation were also systematically investigated. The results show that the nucleation and growth were significantly dependent on the residence time, RH, and SO(2) concentration, which is in agreement with both a previous model and previous observations. This research will be inevitable for a better understanding of the role of ions in an atmospheric nucleation mechanism. 相似文献
