In the title compound, [Ni(N3)2(C6H6N2O)2], the NiII atom lies on an inversion centre. The distorted octahedral nickel(II) coordination environment contains two planar trans-related N,O-chelating picolinamide ligands in one plane and two monodentate azide ligands perpendicular to this plane. Molecules are linked into a three-dimensional framework by N—H...N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by modified procedure and characterized by means of IR, [1H] and [13C] NMR spectroscopy. The structure was also determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD). 3-Ferrocenylpropanoic acid crystallizes as orange prisms in the triclinic space group P with a = 7.645(1) Å, b = 7.953(1) Å, c = 9.961(1) Å, = 81.67(1), = 68.43(1), = 83.76(1), V = 556.3(1) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0435. In the ferrocene skeleton, Fe-C distances are in the range 2.033(2)–2.052(2) Å and C C distances in the range 1.412(5)–1.431(3) Å. The angle defined by ring centers and Fe atom is 177.7(1). The cyclopentadienyl rings are twisted from the eclipsed conformation by 8.3(2) (average value). In the structure was observed strong intermolecular hydrogen bond of 2.670(3) Å forming cyclic dimers of the R2 2 (8) type.  相似文献

A series of cyano- and amidino-substituted imidazo[4,5-b]pyridines were synthesized using standard methods of organic synthesis, and their biological activity was evaluated. Biological evaluation included in vitro assessment of antiproliferative effects on a diverse selection of human cancer cell lines, antibacterial activity against chosen Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains, and antiviral activity on a broad panel of DNA and RNA viruses. The most pronounced antiproliferative activity was observed for compound 10, which contained an unsubstituted amidino group, and compound 14, which contained a 2-imidazolinyl amidino group; both displayed selective and strong activity in sub-micromolar inhibitory concentration range against colon carcinoma (IC50 0.4 and 0.7 μM, respectively). All tested compounds lacked antibacterial activity, with the exception of compound 14, which showed moderate activity against E. coli (MIC 32 μM). Bromo-substituted derivative 7, which contained an unsubstituted phenyl ring (EC50 21 μM), and para-cyano-substituted derivative 17 (EC50 58 μM) showed selective but moderate activity against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).  相似文献

Mono‐ ( 3a – 3e and 4a – 4e ) and bis‐ferrocene ( 5a – 5e and 6a – 6e ) conjugated 5‐substituted uracil derivatives that are bridged by 1,2,3‐triazole linker were synthesized. The impact of ferrocene unit and spacer between ferrocene and triazole on radical scavenging potency was observed. Bis‐ferrocenyl uracil derivatives exhibited better antiproliferative activities than their mono‐ferrocenyl analogs. Bis‐ferrocenyl methyl‐ ( 5b ) and halogen‐substituted ( 5e , 6c , and 6d ) uracil derivatives showed pronounced and selective cytostatic activities on colon adenocarcinoma (CaCo‐2) and Burkitt lymphoma (Raji) cells, with higher potency and selectivity than the reference drug 5‐fluorouracil. Generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in CaCo‐2 and Raji cells when treated with compounds 5b , 5e , and 6d was observed. Bis‐ferrocenyl 5‐chlorouracil 6c induced significant disruption in mitochondrial membrane potential that is accompanied by activation of apoptosis in CaCo‐2, Raji, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (CCRF‐CEM) cells, while 6d caused mitochondrial dysfunction and apoptosis induction in CaCo‐2 and Raji cells. Potent antiproliferative activity of 6c and 6d could be associated with mitochondrial membrane potential disruption accompanied by apoptosis induction. Our findings highlighted 6c and 6d with potent and selective antiproliferative activity on CaCo‐2, Raji, and CCRF‐CEM cells that may be associated with targeting cancer cell mitochondria, as a molecular target.  相似文献

Compounds 1-3, composed of two guanidiniocarbonylpyrrole moieties linked by oligoamide bridges and differing in number and type of basic groups, were prepared. The sites and degree of protonation of 1-3 depend strongly on the pH value. The interactions of these compounds with several double-stranded (ds) DNA and dsRNA were investigated by means of UV/Vis and CD spectroscopy as well as isothermal titration microcalorimetry (ITC). These studies revealed that the binding of 1-3 to the polynucleotides is driven by three factors, the presence of aliphatic amino groups, the protonation state of the compounds, and the steric properties of the polynucleotide binding site, that is, the shape and structure of their grooves. The results obtained by all applied methods consistently indicated that receptors 1-3 bind to the minor groove of DNA, but, by contrast, to the major groove of RNA. Additionally, it was shown by atomic force microscopy (AFM) imaging that upon interaction of compound 2 with calf thymus (ct) DNA induced aggregation of the DNA occurs, leading to pronounced changes in its secondary structure.  相似文献

A series of novel substituted derivatives related to furyl-phenyl-acrylates and naphthofurans, was synthesized and characterized by UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. Acyclic compounds can undergo photochemical dehydrocyclization by visible light irradiation in order to obtain their cyclic derivatives. The interactions of the prepared compounds with calf thymus DNA was investigated by means of electronic absorption and fluorescence spectra. It is intriguing that addition of ct-DNA induced a fluorescence increase of acyclic derivatives, exactly the opposite of the strong fluorescence quenching observed for cyclic derivatives 10 and 12. Compound 11 showed decreasing fluorescence intensity for lower concentrations of ct-DNA, while increasing of fluorescence is observed for high excess of added ct-DNA. We consider a magnetic impurity coupled to both fermionic quasiparticles with a pseudogap density of states and bosonic spin fluctuations. Using renormalization group and large-N calculations we investigate the phase diagram of the resulting Fermi-Bose Kondo model. We show that the Kondo temperature is strongly reduced by low-energy spin fluctuations, and make connections to experiments in cuprate superconductors. Furthermore, we derive an exact exponent for the critical behavior of the conduction electron T matrix, and propose our findings to be relevant for certain scenarios of local quantum criticality in heavy-fermion metals.  相似文献

The retention behaviour of a number of 16,17-secoestrone derivatives has been studied by LC and HPTLC on a polar cyanopropyl-bonded stationary phase using non-aqueous and aqueous-organic mobile phases. The retention behaviour has been discussed in terms of nature of the solute, eluent and stationary phase. The correlation between retention constants of 16,17-secoestrone derivatives obtained from reversed-phases and commercially available ACD log P software (Advanced Chemistry, Toronto, Canada) has also been examined.
