The formation of a covalent, stable, silver-thiolato bond was used to compare the coordination of the silver cation with mercaptopropylsilane molecules grafted on silica and dissolved in organic solvents. The characterization of the homemade ≡SiLH trap, performed by DRIFT, 29Si- and 13C-CP-MAS-n.m.r., showed the presence of a ligand monolayer on the silica surface. This ligand was characterized by its free S—H function. The coordination of Ag+ ions was illustrated by the color change of the surface from white to yellow, the disappearance of the S—H vibration and the downfield shift of the carbon atoms located near the S atom. All these changes were also observed for the silver thiolates synthesized in homogeneous medium. Three molecular complexes were isolated as yellow solids and characterized using physicochemical techniques. Monomeric [HNEt3][Ag(NO3)L2] (1), tetrameric (AgL2)4 (2) and trimeric (AgL3)3 (3) species, each with a linearly coordinated silver cation, were proposed. L2H, (MeO)3Si(CH2)3SH, and L3H, N(C2H4O)3Si(CH2)3SH, are respectively trimethoxysilyl- and silatranyl- propanethiols. The silver salt and the steric hindrance of the ligand influenced the nuclearity of the molecular silver complexes. Optimization of the ≡SiLH trapping conditions with pH and time indicated that the best trapping of the Ag+ cation was performed for pH values 5–7 and 30 min in batch experiments. Safety discharged waters were obtained after percolation through an ≡SiLH filled column. The mercaptopropyl-modified silica gel was regenerated with a 1 M thiourea solution at pH 1.  相似文献

The new 2-{2-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propylthio]ethylamino}ethylamino SNN ligand, has been synthesized and fully characterized. Its donor properties towards zinc(II) and cadmium(II) have been investigated in order to simulate the metal uptake behavior in environmental applications. It reacts with ZnX2 (X = Cl, Br and I) and CdCl2 to form monomeric molecular complexes, MX2(SNN)2. Mass, i.r., 1H- and 13C{1H}-n.m.r. spectroscopies and elemental analyses reveal that, in these complexes, the metal attains its highest coordination number by linking to two nitrogen atoms of the ethylenediamine portion, and to two halogen atoms. The SNN ligand thus behaves as a bidentate four electrons donor, the thioether sulfur atom still remaining available for further coordination.  相似文献

This work focuses on the grafting of transition metal complexes on silica surface nanoparticles. Nanoscale silica particles in aqueous sols are used as starting silicated materials. We have undertaken the synthesis of europium(III) complexes containing organosilyldipyridine ligands, (EtO)3Si(CH2)3NHCH2-bipy (1) and (EtO)(CH3)2Si(CH2) 3NHCH 2-bipy (2), in view of a direct grafting reaction on silica nanoparticles. Reaction of one molar equivalent of 1 and 2 with Eu(tmhd)3 (tmhd= 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionato), as precursor, leads to octacoordinated silylated europium(III) complexes [Eu(tmhd)3(1)] (3) and [Eu(tmhd)3(2)] (4) as white solids in 34-54% yields. Europium complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, FT-IR, UV, and luminescence spectroscopies. These new complexes are reacting in a 1:10 (v/v) water and ethanol mixture with silica nanoparticles colloidal sol. Elemental analysis and thermogravimetric data indicated grafting ratios of 0.41 and 0.26 mmol of europium(III) complexes per gram of silica. Functionalized silica nanoparticles were characterized by DRIFT spectroscopy and TEM microscopy. The first analysis shows that the chemical integrity of the complexes is retained on the silica surface together with the size and the monodispersity of the nanoscale particles. As expected for europium(III) complexes, luminescence is observed under UV irradiation. Emission and excitation spectra indicate that the metal coordination environment is not modified on the silica surface. Moreover, the sharpness of the luminescence bands and the strong antenna effect are maintained when complexes are covalently bonded to silica. New luminescent europium(III) complexes grafted on silica nanoparticles are therefore obtained from our approach.  相似文献

Abstract

Heating of bis[bis(diisopropylamino)phosphanyl]diazomethane 7. in refluxing benzene for 48 hours, quantitatively led to the corresponding 1.2λ3-azaphosphetane 9 as only one diastereoisomer. This result is explained in terms of carbene insertion into a methin-CH bond of an isopropyl substituent. The regiospecificity and the stereospecificity of the ring closure is discussed. Treatment of 9 with elemental sulfur afforded the corresponding 1.2.2λ3-azathiophosphetane 10 which has been characterized b X ray crystallo raphy: C25H56N4P2S2, space group P2(l)/n, a = 13.628 (3) Å, 6 = 19.369 (5) Å, c 112.485 (4) Å, V = 3073 (3) Å3.  相似文献

The stereoselective synthesis of a new amino acid phosphonium salt was described by quaternization of melting triphenylphosphine with the γ-iodo NHBoc-amino ester, derived from l-aspartic acid. The deprotection of the carboxylic acid function to afford the phosphonium salt with a free carboxylic acid group was achieved by a palladium-catalyzed desallylation reaction. This phosphonium salt was used in the Wittig reaction with aromatic or aliphatic aldehydes and trifluoroacetophenone, under solid-liquid phase-transfer conditions in chlorobenzene and in the presence of K(3)PO(4) as weak base, to afford the corresponding unsaturated amino acids without racemization. Thus, the reaction with substituted aldehydes allows to graft various functionalized groups on the lateral chain of the amino acid, such as trifluoromethyl, cyano, nitro, ferrocenyl, boronato, or azido. In addition, the reaction of the amino acid Wittig reagent with α,β-unsaturated aldehydes leads to amino acids bearing a diene on the lateral chain. Finally, this amino acid phosphonium salt appears to be a new powerful tool for the preparation of unsaturated and non-proteinogenic α-amino acids, directly usable for the synthesis of customized peptides.  相似文献

Several approaches for the enantiodivergent synthesis of P-chirogenic mono- and diphosphines are described, using ephedrine methodology and phosphine borane chemistry. Firstly, both enantiomers of a tertiary phosphine can be obtained starting from the same oxazaphospholidine borane complex, prepared from (+)-ephedrine, when changing the order of addition of the organolithium reagents during the synthetic pathway. The second approach is based on the chlorophosphine boranes, which react with an organolithium reagent, to afford the corresponding phosphines with inversion of configuration. In the case where the chlorophosphine borane reacts with the t-butyl lithium reagent, a metal-halogen exchange occurs to afford the corresponding phosphide borane with retention of the configuration. The reaction of the phosphide borane with an alkyl halide leads to the same phosphine, but with the opposite configuration. Another approach depends on the diastereoselective preparation of the starting oxazaphospholidine borane complex from (?)-ephedrine, which leads according the case, to either one or the other enantiomer of a phosphine. Finally, the synthesis of (R,R)- and (S,S)-1,2-bis(methylphenylphosphino)ethane is also demonstrated using both enantiomers of the P-chirogenic diphosphinite diborane, which simultaneously allows the introduction of alkyl- or aryl substituents on the phosphorus atoms. In summary, these approaches show the great efficiency of the “ephedrine methodology” for the enantiodivergent synthesis of P-chirogenic mono- and diphosphines, and bearing alkyl or aryl substituents.  相似文献

In this paper we emphasise the important role of Pluronic F127 on the porosity of mesoporous alumina prepared from boehmite colloids. By focusing on the F127/boehmite interactions we show how the concepts of interface science may help to predict and improve the textural characteristics of mesoporous alumina. By varying the synthetic parameters, in particular the copolymer content, we show that the porosity of γ-Al(2)O(3) can be enhanced by 400% and the average pore diameter can be expanded from 5 to 14 nm. These results are discussed in terms of interactions between the Pluronic F127 and boehmite colloids, and are correlated to the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the copolymer. The textural characteristics of the mesoporous alumina can be further improved either by introducing hydrocarbons in the preformed boehmite/copolymer sols or by concentrating the sols. In comparison with as-synthesised alumina, those prepared with F127 showed improved thermal stability. Furthermore, boehmite/copolymer sols were stable for all surfactant concentrations investigated and can give high quality coatings suitable for catalytic applications.  相似文献

An unprecedented series of titanocene-gold bi- and trimetallic complexes of the general formula [[(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(μ-η(5):κ(1)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(n)PPh(2))TiCl(2)](m)AuCl(x)](q+) (n = 0, 2, or 4; m = 1, x = 1, q = 0 or m = 2, x = 0, q = 1) have been prepared and characterized spectroscopically. The luminescence spectroscopy and photophysics of one of the compounds, [[(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(μ-η(5):κ(1)-C(5)H(4)PPh(2))TiCl(2)](2)Au]PF(6), have been investigated in 2MeTHF solution and in the solid state at 77 and 298 K. Evidence for interfragment interactions based on the comparison of electronic band positions and emission lifetimes, namely, triplet energy transfer (ET) from the Au- to the Ti-containing chromophores, is provided. The cytotoxicity of the complexes was evaluated on A2780 ovarian cancer cells and on their cisplatin-resistant cell line A2780cisR; the compounds showed activity in the low micromolar range that was markedly more active than the corresponding titanocene-phosphine precursors [(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(n)PPh(2))TiCl(2)], cisplatin, and, for some of them, the gold analogue [(PPh(3))AuCl]. In an attempt to draw preliminary structure-activity relationships, cell uptake measurements and interaction studies with plasmid DNA and the model protein ubiquitin (Ub) have been undertaken on some of the compounds.  相似文献
