Methylcyanide, CH3CN, is an important interstellar species, and therefore the accurate knowledge of precise rest frequencies for rotational transitions as well as ground-state rotational and hyperfine constants is needed. In this work the hyperfine structure of the millimeter- and submillimeter-wave spectra of CH3CN has been further investigated. In addition, accurate THz measurements have been carried out for the first time. Consequently, the present investigation allowed us to provide the most accurate ground state rotational and hyperfine parameters known at the moment for CH3C14N. To resolve the hyperfine structure of the rotational transitions observed, the Lamb-dip technique has been exploited. Both frequency-modulated and video-type detections have been employed.  相似文献

The determination of vinyl acetate at parts per 109 by volume (ppbv) levels in air by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was achieved by optimizing the GC conditions and choosing specific extraction solvents that are sufficiently pure. The ideal solvent should not give rise to fragment ions at m/z 43, in order to rule out any possible interference during the monitoring of the same vinyl acetate ion. Traces of acetone and butan-2-one in solvents suitable for this GC/MS determination may also mislead the detection of vinyl acetate. A 440 μl volume of a mixture of tetrachloroethylene containing 9% acetonitrile allowed the recovery of more than 90% of the ester with a detection limit of 1.5 ppbv in air together with a good linearity of response.  相似文献

The first synthesis of pyrrolothiadiazine core ring bearing substituents at positions 1, 3 and 6 is described, using a straightforward synthesis from diversely substituted 5-methylthiadiazines. These structures are of interest not only because they can be considered as useful building blocks but also because they can potentially be used as alternative core rings for biologically important molecules bearing xanthine as a central core.  相似文献

The preparation of two η6‐estra‐1, 3, 5(10), 6‐tetraene tricarbonylchromium complexes 4 and 6 are described. In both cases only one stereoisomer can be isolated, in contrast to other estrane‐tricarbonylchromium complexes, where complexations are non‐stereoselective. X‐ray crystal structural analysis of 4 discloses that only the more sterically hindered β‐facial isomer is formed. It is assumed that the 6, 7‐olefinic moiety exerts a directive influence on the complexation.  相似文献

In this third work, we evaluated the degree of conversion (DC) versus depth of dental filling composite named Prodigy Condensable™ using infrared spectroscopy. Confirming previous results, there was a gradual reduction of DC with increasing depth but the composite exhibited extreme values of DC, an upper value (45.9%) on the surface and a lower one (6.1%) at a depth of 5 mm. The composite presented the worst performance among materials studied. The composite formulation was 80% of inorganic fillers and BisfenolA/dimethacrylate (BisGMA) (18%)/triethyleneglycoldimethacrylate (TEGDMA) (2.0%) as monomers. As stated before, type/ratio/viscosity of monomers and type, amount, size and size distribution of fillers all together had an important role in the cure reaction contributing to the final performance of the composite.  相似文献

The ion chemistry of 1-bromo-1-chloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethane (the common anesthetic halothane) in air plasma at atmospheric pressure was investigated by atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (APCI-MS). The major positive ion observed at low declustering (API interface) energies is the ionized dimer, M(+.)M, an unexpectedly abundant species which possibly is stabilized by two H-bonding interactions. At higher energies [M--HF](+.) and [M--Br](+) prevail; the former, corresponding to ionized olefin [ClBrC=CF(2)](+.), appears to originate from M(+.)M and is quite stable towards fragmentation. The latter fragment ion ([M--Br](+)) and its analogue, [M--Cl](+), which is also observed though at much lower abundance, are originally ethyl cations (+)CHX--CF(3) (X = Br, Cl) which, upon collisional activation, rearrange and fragment to CHFX(+) via elimination of CF(2). All of the above described ions are also observed in humid air: in addition, the oxygenated ion [ClBrC=CFOH](+.) also forms in humid air via water addition to [ClBrC=CF(2)](+.) and HF elimination, as observed earlier for ionized trichloroethene. In contrast with similar chloro- and fluoro-substituted ethanes, halothane does not react with H(3)O(+) in the APCI plasma, a result confirmed by selected ion APCI triple-quadrupole (TQ) experiments. Major negative ions formed from halothane in the air plasma are Br(-) and, to a lesser extent, Cl(-), and their complexes with neutral halothane. APCI-TQ experiments indicated that Br(-) and Cl(-) are formed via reaction of halothane with O(2) (-.), O(2) (-.)(H(2)O) and O(3) (-.), possibly via dissociative electron transfer or nucleophilic substitution. Competing proton transfer was also observed in the reaction with O(2) (-.) and, at high halothane pressure, also with O(2) (-.)(H(2)O); at lower pressures the molecular anion M(-.) was observed instead. The other minor anions of the air plasma, NO(2) (-), N(2)O(2) (-.) and NO(3) (-), were found to be unreactive towards halothane.  相似文献

Aldol reactions of titanium enolates of N-acyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-ones with ethyl trifluoropyruvate occurred with low to good stereoselectivity depending on the steric properties of the N-acyl group. Attempts to transform the resulting aldols into peptidomimetics incorporating stereo-defined α-trifluoromethyl (Tfm)-malic units are described.  相似文献

A template-directed strategy to forming a bis(diimide) macrocycle through an intermediate asymmetric [2]catenane is reported. Saponification of the ester linkages within the crown ether component is much slower in the mechanically interlocked structure when compared to the free crown. The predominance of a single translational isomer leads to a dimeric structure, resulting in the generation of infinite channels within the crystal lattice. [structure: see text]  相似文献
