The zero field μSR-method has been used to study the magnetism in the disordered magnetic alloy Fe82−xNixCr18 near the three-critical, pointx=25. The dynamic and static local field distributions are analyzed. The difference between spin-glass states obtained either from the paramagnetic or after the double transition is discussed.  相似文献

We retrieve the radius R, real n and imaginary k parts of the refractive index of homogeneous spherical particles using angular distribution of the light-scattering intensity. To solve the inverse light-scattering problem we use a high-order neural-network technique. The effect of network parameters on optimization is examined. The technique is evaluated for noise-corrupted input data at 0.6 μm<R<10.6 μm, 1.02<n<1.38, and 0<k<0.03. The errors of retrieval for nonabsorbing particles do not exceed 0.05 μm for radius and 0.015 for refractive index. The experimental verification is fulfilled by experimental data retrieved by means of a scanning flow cytometer. The light-scattering profiles of polystyrene beads and spherized red blood cells are processed with the high-order neural networks and a non-linear regression at Mie theory. The parameters retrieved by the high-order neural networks correlate well with the parameters retrieved by the least-square method.  相似文献

High-spin states of the 22Ne nucleus in the excitation energy range of 15–30 MeV have been studied. The angular correlation method has been used to determine the spins of excited states. A number of new states with high angular momenta—20.0 MeV (9?), 20.7 MeV (11?), 21.6 MeV (9?), 22.2 MeV (12+), and 25.0 MeV (9?)—have been revealed. They are intensely populated in the reaction 14C(12C, α1)22Ne* → α2 + 18O and correspond to the rotational bands of various structures.  相似文献

The results of NMR studies of film structures in a cobalt-germanium system as a function of the cobalt layer thickness are presented. Two phases of cobalt, one is a face-centered cubic phase and the other is presumably a Co-Ge alloy with a weakly ferromagnetic order, have been found to exist. A “dead” layer no more than 2 nm in thickness is formed at the interface.  相似文献

The supersonic flow of a monatomic gas consisting of hard spherical particles past a flat strip normal to the flow is investigated using the direct simulation Monte-Carlo (DSMC) method. The calculations are performed over the Knudsen and Mach number ranges 0.015–5 and 1.8–15, respectively. The structure of the compressed layer and the aerodynamic characteristics are systematically studied for the Mach number 5 and various Knudsen numbers. The dependences of the compressed-layer thickness in molecular free paths are found. Using the methods of the Markov theory of nonlinear filtering, the problem of optimal estimation in discrete time of the time instant of occurrence of a random impulse disturbance in a signal observed against a background of white noise has been solved. It is shown that the optimal estimate in the mean-square sense for the impulse occurrence can be represented as the sum of two conditional estimates calculated in current time with the help of a system of recurrent equations with a posteriori probability of the impulse occurrence and auxiliary probability densities. A simplified approximate estimation algorithm has been developed using a Gaussian approximation of the auxiliary probability densities.Nizhny Novgorod State University. The influence of the metamorphic buffer design and epitaxial growth conditions on the electrical and structural characteristics of metamorphic In0.38Al0.62As/In0.37Ga0.63As/In0.38Al0.62As high electron mobility transistor (MHEMT) nanoheterostructures has been investigated. The samples were grown on GaAs(100) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. The active regions of the nanoheterostructures are identical, while the metamorphic buffer In x Al1 ? x As is formed with a linear or stepwise (by Δ x = 0.05) increase in the indium content over depth. It is found that MHEMT nanoheterostructures with a step metamorphic buffer have fewer defects and possess higher values of two-dimensional electron gas mobility at T = 77 K. The structures of the active region and metamorphic buffer have been thoroughly studied by transmission electron microscopy. It is shown that the relaxation of metamorphic buffer in the heterostructures under consideration is accompanied by the formation of structural defects of the following types: dislocations, microtwins, stacking faults, and wurtzite phase inclusions several nanometers in size.  相似文献
