We present results of experimental studies of Cherenkov-type generation of a terahertz (THz)-pulse during propagation of a femtosecond laser pulse in LiNbO3 crystal with a Si-prism output coupler. Application of the Si-prism allows reducing essentially the damping of THz radiation because of shortening of the path of THz pulse in the nonlinear crystal. Results of experimental studies agree sufficiently well with theoretical calculations.  相似文献

The evolution and the steady-state structure of gasdynamic disturbances in a thermodynamically nonequilibrium gas are investigated both analytically and numerically. It is shown that in a medium with negative viscosity steady-state structures different from those in an equilibrium medium can exist. The “frozen” and equilibrium shock adiabats for a gas with sustained steady-state nonequilibrium are constructed accurate to the second order of smallness. With these adiabats, the pattern of and stability conditions for weak shock waves in negative-dispersion nonequilibrium media, where the speed of low-frequency (equilibrium) sound exceeds that of high-frequency (frozen) sound, are considered. On the basis of a model nonlinear equation describing the evolution of gasdynamic perturbations in low-dispersion media, the nonstationary evolution of shock waves at a negative low-frequency nonlinearity coefficient is analyzed. This situation corresponds to a low-frequency adiabat convex upwards. It is shown that a step autowave may arise in this case whose amplitude is entirely specified by the nonequilibrium parameters of the medium and correlates with the point where the low-frequency and high-frequency adiabats intersect. In addition, it is found that the initial unsteady shock wave may split into two steady ones: a step autowave followed by a steady smooth-front expansion shock.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional (2D) heterostructured materials, combining the collective advantages of individual building blocks and synergistic properties, have spurred great interest as a new paradigm in materials science. The family of 2D transition‐metal carbides and nitrides, MXenes, has emerged as an attractive platform to construct functional materials with enhanced performance for diverse applications. Here, we synthesized 2D MoS2‐on‐MXene heterostructures through in situ sulfidation of Mo2TiC2Tx MXene. The computational results show that MoS2‐on‐MXene heterostructures have metallic properties. Moreover, the presence of MXene leads to enhanced Li and Li2S adsorption during the intercalation and conversion reactions. These characteristics render the as‐prepared MoS2‐on‐MXene heterostructures stable Li‐ion storage performance. This work paves the way to use MXene to construct 2D heterostructures for energy storage applications.  相似文献

Generation of terahertz (THz) radiation by nonlinear mixing of laser frequencies in GaAs crystal is considered for the case of free and guided propagation of THz waves. In the first case the strong diffraction of the THz radiation leads to the deviation from the known square-law growth of the generator power with increasing crystal length, In the second case the spatial divergence of the exciting laser beam results in the appearance of a maximum in the generated power dependence on the radius of the nonlinear waveguide. According to estimations, the optimal radius of the laser beam is 18 μm for the waveguide length of 6 mm and the maximal generated THz power is ~27 W at the laser beam power of 10 kW.  相似文献

Methods have been developed for the synthesis of (2E)-1,1-dimethoxyalk-2-en-4-ols and (2E)-4-hydroxyalk-2-enals by reaction of (2E)-4,4-dimethoxybut-2-enals and Grignard compounds. Thermal isomerization of (2E)-4-hydroxyalk-2-enals gave the corresponding 2-alkylfurans.  相似文献

Hydrogenation of terminal β-acetylene alcohols with lithium aluminum hydride in THF has afforded homoallylic alcohols.
