A simple, selective and reliable method for rapid extraction and determination of trace amounts of Cu (II) ions from aqueous samples using octadecyl-bonded silica membrane disks modified with bis-(3-methoxy salicylaldehyde)-1,6-diaminohexane and flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) is presented. Extraction efficiency, the influence of pH, flow rates, amount of ligand, and type and least amount of eluant were investigated. The linear dynamic range of the proposed method for Cu (II) ions was found in a wide concentration range of 1.0 (± 0.2)–150 (± 2) μg l− 1. The detection limit and preconcentration factor of this method were found 30.0 (± 0.7) ng l− 1 and 100 respectively. The reproducibility of the procedure is at the most 2.0%. The effects of various cationic interferences on the percent recovery of copper ion were studied. The method was used to the recovery of copper ion from different synthetic, alloys and biological samples. 相似文献

In this report, we try to show the importance of incorporation of name reactions in the sequential cascade reaction in which significantly decreasing the number of steps towards an ideal and practical multi-step synthesis of natural products as well showing virtually all the advantages already mentioned for “Click Chemistry”. In addition, since the chiral inductions are desired for most of these sequential name reactions, their asymmetric catalyzed reactions were also described. 相似文献

The aldol reaction is one of the most important carbon–carbon bond formations in synthetic organic chemistry. An enantioselective aldol reaction should provide an enantioenriched product. The organocatalytic asymmetric aldol reaction via an in situ generated enamine intermediate is one of the most powerful synthetic tools to achieve enantiomerically pure products. This approach is often used to obtain chiral β-hydroxycarbonyl compounds with excellent enantioselectivity. In this report, we update our previous review regarding the applications of organocatalysts in asymmetric aldol reactions leading to chiral β-hydroxycarbonyl compounds as versatile synthetic motifs frequently found in pharmaceutically desired intermediates and biologically active naturally occurring compounds. 相似文献

In this work, the phosphorus ylide, [PPh3CHC(O)CH2Cl], was reacted with AgNO3 to give the [Ag{C(H)PPh3C(O)CH2Cl}2]+NO3 ? as the product. Then, it was supported on the modified montmorillonite nanoclay to prepare a new catalyst for the reduction reaction. The structure and morphology of the nanoclay catalyst were characterized by FT-IR, X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis and transmission electron microscopy techniques; also, the content of silver was obtained by inductively coupled plasma analyzer. This composition was exploited to study its catalytic activity in the reduction in aromatic nitro compounds; it displayed the high catalytic activity. Factors such as catalyst amount, solvent, temperature and reaction time were all systematically investigated to elucidate their effects on the yield of catalytic reduction in nitroarenes. This catalytic system exhibited high activity toward aromatic nitro compounds under mild conditions. The catalyst was reused five times without any significant loss in its catalytic activity. 相似文献
