Point-of-care testing (POCT) of clinical biomarkers is critical to health monitoring and timely treatment, yet biosensing assays capable of detecting biomarkers without the need for costly external equipment and reagents are limited. Blood-based assays are, specifically, challenging as blood collection is invasive and follow-upprocessing is required. Here, we report a versatile assay that employs hydrogel microneedles (HMNs) to extract interstitial fluid (ISF), in a minimally invasive manner integrated with graphene oxide-nucleic acid (GO.NA)-based fluorescence biosensor to sense the biomarkers of interest in situ. The HMN-GO.NA assay is supplemented with a portable detector, enabling a complete POCT procedure. Our system could successfully measure four clinically important biomarkers (glucose, uric acid (UA), insulin, and serotonin) ex vivo, in addition, to accurately detecting glucose and UA in vivo.  相似文献

A suitable and efficient method for the synthesis of N‐aryl pyrroles by using 2,5‐dimethoxy tetrahydrofuran and several primary aromatic amines in the presence of the catalytic amount of [H‐NMP][HSO4] under room temperature was described. This method has the advantages such as; easy reaction workup, absolutely separated of catalyst from the reaction mixture and smoothly recyclability of catalyst. In this reaction, N‐substituted pyrroles were obtained as desired products in excellent yields and short reaction times via green and one‐pot procedure.  相似文献

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) can be collected noninvasively and provide a wealth of information about tumor phenotype. For this reason, their specific and sensitive detection is of intense interest. Herein, we report a new, chip‐based strategy for the automated analysis of cancer cells. The nanoparticle‐based, multi‐marker approach exploits the direct electrochemical oxidation of metal nanoparticles (MNPs) to report on the presence of specific surface markers. The electrochemical assay allows simultaneous detection of multiple different biomarkers on the surfaces of cancer cells, enabling discrimination between cancer cells and normal blood cells. Through multiplexing, it further enables differentiation among distinct cancer cell types. We showcase the technology by demonstrating the detection of cancer cells spiked into blood samples.  相似文献

The formation constants of the species formed in the systems H+ + dimethyltin(IV) + 5′‐IMP and 5′‐UMP, H+ + 5′‐IMP and H+ + 5′‐UMP have been determined in aqueous solution in the pH range 1.5–9.5 at constant temperature (25 °C) and constant ionic strength (0.1 mol dm−3 NaClO4), using spectrophotometric and potentiometric techniques. 1H and 31P NMR investigations in aqueous solution confirmed the species formation. The precipitated complexes of IMP and UMP by Me2Sn(IV)2+ at low pH values were characterized by elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy methods, the bonding sites of the ligands were determined and ruled out purine and pyrimidine moieties (N‐7 and N‐1 in IMP and N‐3 in UMP, respectively) while a bidentated coordination of the phosphate group is concluded in both cases. Finally, the experiments revealed the existence of complexes with trigonal bipyramidal structures that is in agreement with similar systems resulted previously.
