In order to find compounds possessing antibacterial activity, a number of new derivatives of N-(pyrimid-4-yl)ethylamine have been synthesized from 5-amino-4, 6-dichloropyrimidine, 2-amino-4, 6-dichloro-pyrimidine, 4, 6-dichloro-2-phenylpyrimidine, and 2,4-dichloro-6-methylpyrimidine and various ethylamines substituted in the -position. Several derivatives of 4-(4-methylpiperazinyl)pyrimidine have also been obtained. Results of a biological study of the compounds obtained are presented.For part II, see ¦1¦. 相似文献

The properties and reactivities of 4-hydroxy- and 2,4-dihydroxy-5-(β-hydroxyethyl)pyrimidines and of the products of their transformations have been studied. 4-Chloro- and 2,4-dichloro-5-(β-chloroethyl)pyrimidines have been obtained. A number of 4-alkyl(aryl)amino-5-(β-chloroethyl)pyrimidines have been synthesized, and they have been converted into derivatives of 5,6-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine. 相似文献

The 2,4,8-trioxo derivative of pyrimido[5,4-d][1,3]oxazine was synthesized, and esters and amides of 5-acetamidoorotic acid were obtained from it. The effects of electrical transport and thermal diffusion in the working medium of a thermoelectric generator (TEG) on its efficiency and maximum useful power are examined. Equations are derived to describe these effects, and dimensionless parameters are found whose values are governed by the thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of the material. Numerical estimates carried out show that it is possible to increase the efficiency and power of a TEG by selecting materials having suitable transport characteristics. Boiling 2-methyl-4-oxo-3,4-dihydrothionaphtheno[3,2-d]-pyrimidine with phosphorus oxychloride gives 2-methyl-4-chlorothionaphtheno [3,2-d]pyrimidine (II), in which the chlorine atom is mobile. Nucleophilic substitution of the mobile chlorine atom in compound II gives the 4-ethoxy,4-(N-piperidino),4-(N4-methyl-N-piperazino), 4-[2-(diethylamino)ethylamino],4-3-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxypropylamino]substituted derivatives. 相似文献

It is shown with 1-ethoxyisoindolenine that the reaction of lactim ethers with -amino--cyanoacetamide also extends to partly aromatized lactim ethers, although these react much less readily. Condensation of 1-ethoxyisoindolenine with -amino-cyanoacetamide gives 4-carbamido-5-aminoimidazo[1, 2-1, 2]isoindoline, from which a new series of purinoisoindioline derivatives is synthesized.For part V see [2]. 相似文献
