A post-processing technique is presented for correcting images undersampled in k-space. The method works by taking advantage of the image's background zeros (dynamically segmented through the application of a threshold) to extrapolate the missing k-space samples. The algorithm can produce good quality images from a small set of k-space frequencies with only a few iterations of simple matrix operations, using the image entropy as the focus criterion. It does not require any special patient preparation, extra pulse sequences, complex gradient programming or specialized hardware. This makes it a good candidate for any application that requires short scan times or where only few frequencies can be sampled. 相似文献

A strategy is presented that enables the quantitative assembly of a heterobimetallic [PdPtL4]4+ cage. The presence of two different metal ions (PdII and PtII) with differing labilities enables the cage to be opened and closed selectively at one end upon treatment with suitable stimuli. Combining an inert PtII tetrapyridylaldehyde complex with a suitably substituted pyridylamine and PdII ions led to the assembly of the cage. 1H and DOSY NMR spectroscopy and ESI mass spectrometry data were consistent with the quantitative formation of the cage, and the heterobimetallic structure was confirmed using single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The structure of the host–guest adduct with a 2,6-diaminoanthraquinone guest molecule was determined. Addition of N,N′-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) resulted in the formation of the open-cage [PtL4]2+ compound and [Pd(DMAP)4]2+ complex. This process could then be reversed, with the reformation of the cage, upon addition of p-toluenesulfonic acid (TsOH). 相似文献

Dipyrone (metamizole sodium) is one of the most consumed drugs in the world. In this work a novel analytical method was developed for dipyrone sensing. This method involves the amperometric detection on a chemically‐reduced graphene‐oxide (CRGO)‐modified glassy carbon electrode. Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy revealed the presence of multilayer graphene layers that contributed to the electrocatalytic oxidation of dipyrone and increase in the electroactive area. Advantages of this sensor include elimination of previous separations, solvent extraction, or sample filtration, low detection limit (0.13 μmol L?1) with a linear range from 48 to 246 μmol L?1 and adequate recovery values (97–103 %). Applied to commercial pharmaceutical samples, this method showed results ranging from 451 to 541 mg of dipyrone per tablet, which agreed with the expected values. The results obtained by amperometry were compared statistically with the official method recommended by the Brazilian Pharmacopoeia (iodometric method), with no significant differences between them at 95 % confidence level. The proposed method is accurate for the monitoring of sodium dipyrone in pharmaceutical formulations, highlighting the lower reagent consumption and interferences in the analytical process. 相似文献
