Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) buffer layers were deposited on CeO2 buffered biaxially textured Ni-W substrate by reel-to-reel pulsed laser deposition (PLD) for the application of YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) coated conductor and the influence of substrate temperature and laser energy on their crystallinity and microstructure were studied. YSZ thin films were prepared with substrate temperature ranging from 600 to 800 °C and laser energy ranging from 120 to 350 mJ. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to investigate how thin film structure and surface morphology depend on these parameters. It was found that the YSZ films grown at substrate temperature below 600 °C or laser energy above 300 mJ showed amorphous phase, the (0 0 1) preferred orientation and the crystallinity of the YSZ films were improved with increasing the temperature, but the surface roughness increased simultaneously, the SEM images of YSZ films on CeO2/NiW tapes showed surface morphologies without micro-cracks. Based on these results, we developed the epitaxial PLD-YSZ buffer layer process at the tape transfer speed of 3-4 m/h by the reel-to-reel system for 100 m class long YBCO tapes.  相似文献

The poor structure stability of graphene limits its application as radical scavenger under γ-rays environment because of short service life. Hence we applied polyaniline (PANI), a fairly stable material under irradiation, to modify graphene and then obtained the PANI functionalized graphene oxide (PGO). According to TEM and BET data, the structure stability of PGO is much better than GO after 500 kGy irradiation doses. Electron spin spectroscopy data reveal that PGNS0.10 (PGO/PANI coatings, 0.10 wt%) are not almost affected by adverse influence comes from active radicals. Then PGNS0.10 exhibits the excellent corrosion protection performance after 500 kGy irradiation doses.  相似文献

We reported two pressure-induced phase transitions of goethite up to ~35?GPa using a diamond anvil cell in conjunction with ac impendence spectroscopy, Raman spectra at room temperature. The first pressure-induced phase transition at ~7.0?GPa is manifested in noticeable changes in six Raman-active modes, two obvious splitting phenomena for the modes and the variations in the slope of conductivity. The second phase transition at ~20?GPa was characterized by an obviously drop in electrical conductivity and the noticeable changes in the Raman-active modes. The variations in activation energy with increasing pressure were also discussed to reveal the electrical properties of goethite at high pressure.  相似文献

A new cryptology in dual fractional Fourier-wavelet domain is proposed in this paper, which is calculated by discrete fractional Fourier transform and wavelet decomposition. Different random phases are used in different wavelet subbands in encryption. A new color image encoding method is also presented with basic color decomposition and encryption respectively. All the keys, including random phases and fractional orders in R, G and B three channels, should be correctly used in decryption, otherwise people cannot obtain the totally correct information. Some numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the possibility of the method. It would have widely potential applications in digital color image processing and protection.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a multi-species Lotka–Volterra type competitive system with delays and feedback controls. A general criteria on the permanence is established, which is described by integral form and independent of feedback controls. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals, a set of easily verifiable sufficient conditions are derived for global stability of any positive solution to the model.  相似文献

An SIR epidemic model with state dependent pulse vaccination is proposed in this paper. Using the Poincaré map, the differential inequality and the method of qualitative analysis, we prove the existence and the stability of positive order-1 or order-2 periodic solution for this model. Moreover, we show that there is no periodic solution with order larger than or equal to three. Numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the feasibility of our main results and the suitability of state dependent pulse vaccination is also discussed.  相似文献

An dual electronic and architectural engineering strategy is a good way to rationally design earth-abundant and highly efficient electrocatalysts of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) for sustainable hydrogen-based energy devices. Here, a Ce-doped Co9S8 core–shell nanoneedle array (Ce−Co9S8@CC) supported on a carbon cloth has been designed and developed to accelerate the sluggish kinetics of the OER. Profiting from valance alternative Ce doping, a fine core–shell structure and vertically aligned nanoneedle arrayed architecture, Ce−Co9S8@CC integrates modulated electronic structure, highly exposed active sites, and multidimensional mass diffusion channels; together, these afford a favorable catalyzed OER. Ce−Co9S8@CC exhibits remarkable performance in the OER in an alkaline medium, where the overpotential requires only 242 mV to deliver a current density of 10 mA cm−2 for the OER; this is 70 mV superior to that of Ce-free Co9S8 catalyst and other counterparts. Good stability and impressive selectivity (nearly 100 % Faradic efficiency) are also demonstrated. When integrated into a two-electrode OER//HER electrolyzer, the as-prepared Ce−Co9S8@CC displays a low operation potential of 1.54 V at 10 mA cm−2 and long-term stability, thus demonstrating great potential for economical water electrolysis.  相似文献
