本文报道蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极测定酪氨酸,在0.001mol/L KCl-HCl(pH=2.0)溶液中开路富集,介质交换后微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定,在0.5-2.5μg/ml范围内有线性,检测限为63ng/ml。可避免其他氨基酸,微量元素和常量金属元素的干扰,直接用于氨基酸药物样品的分析,获得了满意的结果,还对酪氨酸在电极上的反应机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

The calculations of clusters modeling the fluorine-doping and oxygen deficiency of YBa2Cu307 have been performed by the method of all-electronab initio Hartree-Fock with self-consistent crystal field. Results show that in CuO planes electric charge significantly increases, the chemical valence of Cu decreases and the covalent bonding of Cu-O greatly weakens owing to oxygen deficiency, while the effect of F restores the local electronic structure of YBa2Cu3O7. The reported opinion that F occupied the oxygen vacancy in Cu-O chains seems disputable according to the calculated bonding characteristics Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.  相似文献

New metal complexes of (Zn(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II)) based on the ligand 2-(thiophen-2-yl)-1-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole] were synthesized, whose structures were determined with the different spectroscopic techniques 1H NMR,13C NMR, FT-IR, UV–Visible and by mass spectrometry. The thermal analysis was performed by TG-DTA. The antioxidant activity of the ligand and its complexes was evaluated by DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method, in comparison with the synthetic antioxidant, ascorbic acid. The results obtained showed that the antioxidant activity of the ligand and its complexes is moderate and that the copper complex has a high activity that exceeds that of ascorbic acid. Antimicrobial activity of the ligand and its metal complexes was studied against two Gram-positive bacteria: Bacillus subtilis ILP1428B, Staphylococcus aureus CIP543154 and two Gram-negative bacteria: Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27653, Escherichia coli CIP5412 (American Type Culture Collection)the activity data show that the metal complexes are more potent than the free ligand.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors consider the problem of which (generalized) moment-angle manifolds admit Ricci positive metrics. For a simple polytope $P$, the authors can cut off one vertex $v$ of $P$ to get another simple polytope $P_{v}$, and prove that if the generalized moment-angle manifold corresponding to $P$ admits a Ricci positive metric, the generalized moment-angle manifold corresponding to $P_{v}$ also admits a Ricci positive metric. For a special class of polytope called Fano polytopes, the authors prove that the moment-angle manifolds corresponding to Fano polytopes admit Ricci positive metrics. We study properties and the structure of non-Abelian groups with minimality condition for non-invariant Abelian pd-subgroups in the case where they do not satisfy the minimality condition for Abelian pd-subgroups.
