The configuration interaction (CI ) method where the efficiency of the generators of the unitary group is most fully exploited is the internally contracted multireference CI method. In the most recent version of this method the semi-internal configurations were kept uncontracted, which means that the number of configurations can still be quite large. In the present study the necessary formulas are derived for the case where the semi-internal states are also contracted. The highest density matrix that appears in these formulas is of order 5, and the computational treatment of this large matrix is discussed in detail.  相似文献

Arylation of 1-(methoxycarbonyl)-2,5-dihydropyrrole under standard Heck reaction conditions produces a mixture of compounds. The olefin undergoes two types of palladium-catalyzed reactions: (a) arylation to provide C-3 arylated derivatives and (b) competing double bond isomerization. Addition of silver carbonate and thallium acetate fully suppressed the isomerization, and good yields of C-3 substituted compounds were achieved after arylation with aryl halides. With regard to aryl triflates as arylating agents, addition of lithium chloride was necessary to promote the Heck reaction. This additive excluded the use of silver and thallium salts, but high regioselectivity and good yields could be obtained by employing tri-2-furylphosphine as ligand. Arylation was rendered both regioselective and enantioselective (58% ee) with 1-naphthyl triflate as substrate utilizing a (R)-BINAP/thallium acetate combination. The C-3 arylated enamides were converted further into the corresponding 3-arylpyrrolidines.  相似文献

Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.) Nakai (IC) is a folk medicinal herb used in Mongolian medical clinics for the treatment of hepatitis and fatty liver diseases even though its pharmacological mechanism has not been well characterized. This study investigated the hepatoprotective mechanism of IC on mice with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by integrating gut microbiota and metabolomic analysis. A high-fat diet (HFD) was used to develop nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, after which the mice were treated with oral IC (0.5, 1.5 and 3.0 g/kg) for 10 weeks. HFD induced NAFLD and the therapeutic effects were characterized by pathological and histological evaluations, and the serum indicators were analyzed by ELISA. The gut microbial and metabolite profiles were studied by 16S rRNA sequencing and untargeted metabolomic analysis, respectively. The results showed that the administration of IC resulted in significant decreases in body weight; liver index; serum biomarkers such as ALT, TG, and LDL-C; and the liver inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α. The 16S rRNA sequencing results showed that administration of IC extract altered both the composition and abundance of the gut microbiota. Untargeted metabolomic analysis of liver samples detected a total of 212 metabolites, of which 128 were differentially expressed between the HFD and IC group. IC was found to significantly alter the levels of metabolites such as L-glutamic acid, pyridoxal, ornithine, L-aspartic acid, D-proline, and N4-acetylaminobutanal, which are involved in the regulation of glutamine and glutamate, Vitamin B6 metabolism, and arginine and proline metabolic pathways. Correlation analysis indicated that the effects of the IC extract on metabolites were associated with alterations in the abundance of Akkermansiaceae, Lachnospiraceae, and Muribaculaceae. Our study revealed that IC has a potential hepatoprotective effect in NAFLD and that its function might be linked to improvements in the composition of gut microbiota and their metabolites.  相似文献

The influence of the planetary boundary layer on the sonic boom received at the ground level is known since the 1960s to be of major importance. Sonic boom propagation in a turbulent medium is characterized by an increase of the mean rise time and a huge variability. An experiment is conducted at a 1:100,000 scale in water to investigate ultrasonic shock wave interaction with a single heterogeneity. The experiment shows a very good scaling with sonic boom, concerning the size of the heterogeneities, the wave amplitude, and the rise time of the incident wave. The wave front folding associated with local focusing, and its link to the increase of the rise time, are evidenced by the experiment. The observed amplification of the peak pressure (by a factor up to 2), and increase of the rise time (by up to about one magnitude order), are in qualitative agreement with sonic boom observations. A nonlinear parabolic model is compared favorably to the experiment on axis, though the paraxial approximation turns out less precise off axis. Simulations are finally used to discriminate between nonlinear and linear propagations, showing nonlinearities affect mostly the higher harmonics that are in the audible range for sonic booms.  相似文献

A flexible electrochromic active matrix addressed display, including 8 × 8 pixels, is demonstrated by using solution processing based on standard printing and coating manufacturing techniques. Each organic electrochromic display (OECD) pixel and its corresponding organic electrochemical transistor (OECT) are located on different sides of the flexible PET substrate. Electronic vias generated through the plastic substrate connects each OECD pixel with one addressing OECT. When comparing this display with actively addressed OECDs with all its components located on the same side, the present approach based on this electronic via substrate provides an enhanced pixel resolution and a relatively more simplified manufacturing process. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Structural and infrared-to-visible upconversion fluorescence properties of Er3+/Yb3+-codoped oxychloride lead-germanium-bismuth glass have been studied. The Raman spectrum investigation indicates that PbCl2 plays an important role in the formation of glass network, and has an important influence on the upconversion luminescence owing to lower phonon energy. Intense green and red emissions centered at 525, 546, and 657 nm, corresponding to the transitions 2H11/24I15/2, 4S3/24I15/2, and 4F9/24I15/2, respectively, were observed at room temperature. The quadratic dependence of the 525, 546, and 657 nm emissions on excitation power indicates that a two-photon absorption process occurs under 975 nm excitation.  相似文献

高阶谐波和随机相移误差是影响条纹分析精度的主要因素。为了同时解决这两个问题,提出了基于频域滤波的迭代相移算法。该算法采用巴特沃斯低通滤波器,从频域上滤除条纹的高阶谐波分量,再运用最小二乘迭代方法从三帧随机相移条纹图像中提取相位信息。数值模拟和实验结果表明,该算法可有效地抑制由高阶谐波和随机相移引入的波纹误差,误差PV值和RMS值分别为0.368 8 rad和0.025 3 rad,其精度高于传统的三步相移算法和Wang算法。该方法适合于高精度干涉测量和三维物体表面轮廓测量。  相似文献

提出了一款具有高隔离度的双陷波超宽带多入多出(UWB MIMO)天线。该天线由两个相同的半切超宽带天线单元倒置构成。通过在天线底板刻蚀栅栏型缺陷地解耦结构,使该MIMO天线的隔离度提高至25 dB。此外,在天线半圆形辐射贴片上刻蚀两个方向相反的“L”型缝隙,实现了双陷波的功能,分别抑制了802.16无线城域网WiMAX(3.2~3.7 GHz)和WLAN(5.15~5.85 GHz)信号对天线系统的干扰。实验结果表明,该天线在3~11 GHz工作带宽内的隔离度大于25 dB,包络相关系数(ECC)小于0.004;第一个陷波频段为3.0~3.7 GHz,第二个陷波频段为5.1~5.85 GHz,有效抑制了WiMAX和WLAN的信号干扰。  相似文献

本文以鸟撞高速飞机风档问题为背景,对国产航空有机玻璃3~#PMMA在从准静载荷的应变率(10~(-4)S~(-1))直到冲击载荷的高应变率(10~3S~(-1))范围,和环境温度从-60℃到+100℃范围内的力学性能进行了系统的实验研究,并建立了相应的非线性热粘弹性本构方程。理论预示与实验结果符合。另外还对3~#PMMA低温及高应变率冲击脆化现象进行了讨论,发现与这一现象相一致,3~#PMMA在高应变率冲击条件下的玻璃化温度有明显的提高。  相似文献
