We present an adaptive method to extract shape-preserving information from a univariate data sample. The behavior of the signal is obtained by interpolating at adaptively selected few data points by a linear combination of multiquadrics with variable scaling parameters. On the theoretical side, we give a sufficient condition for existence of the scaled multiquadric interpolant. On the practical side, we give various examples to show the applicability of the method. 相似文献

The synthesis and application of three examples of a new class of chiral (C(2)) atropisomeric diphosphines characterized by two interconnected five-membered heteroaromatic rings, with hindered rotation around the interanular bond, are described. Optically pure (+)- and (-)-2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-4,4',6,6'-tetramethyl-3,3'-bibenzo[b]thiophene (tetraMe-bitianp) (1a) and the parent unsubstituted system (+)- and (-)-bitianp (1b) were synthesized. They were found to be optically stable at 100 degrees C and were successfully employed as ligands in the Ru(II)-catalyzed hydrogenation of alpha- and beta-oxo esters to the corresponding alpha- and beta-hydroxy esters and in the hydrogenation of olefinic substrates. The optical and chemical yields were comparable with those reported for the same Ru(II)-binap-catalyzed reactions carried out under the same experimental conditions. The 2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-3,3'-bibenzo[b]furan (1c), the oxygenated analogue of bitianp, was found to be configurationally unstable at room temperature. Complete structural X-ray elucidation of the Pd complexes of 1a-c is reported. The advantages of these biheteroaromatic ligands over the classical biaryl systems are discussed. 相似文献

Abstract A field site equipped with suction cup lysimeters was installed at Treviglio (BG) to assess the migration capacity of the herbicides linuron and monolinuron from topsoil to groundwater and to verify the appearance of their relevant transformation products in soil and water samples. A constant hydraulic head was applied in order to develop water saturation conditions in the upper layers. KCl was used as a tracer to evaluate water infiltration velocity through the vertical soil profile. The constant hydraulic head accelerated infiltration rates, while herbicide concentrations reached maximum contamination because soil adsorption capacity was underdeveloped. The results indicated two main processes of pesticide transport: firstly transport due mainly to water infiltration through macropores; secondly the transport driven by matrix flow. Linuron was found to be the most mobile herbicide, while chloroanilines were found to be the major transformation products of the herbicides considered. 相似文献

A gas chromatographic with flame ionization detector (GC-MS FID) method for the identification and quantification of fatty acids based on the extraction of lipids and derivatisation of free acids to form methyl esters was developed and validated. The proposed method was evaluated to a number of standard FAs, and Bronte pistachios samples were used for that purpose and to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method. In this regard, repeatability, mean and standard deviation of the analytical procedure were calculated. The results obtained have demonstrated oleic acid as the main component of Bronte pistachios (72.2%) followed by linoleic acid (13.4%) and showed some differences in composition with respect to Tunisian, Turkish and Iranian pistachios. 相似文献

(1) Background: Metal dithiocarbamate compounds have long been the subject of research due to their ease of formation, excellent properties and potential applications. However, manganese complexes with dithiocarbamates, to our knowledge, have never been used for medical imaging applications. With the aim of developing a new class of mononuclear manganese(II)-based agents for molecular imaging applications, we performed a specific investigation into the synthesis of mononuclear bis-substituted Mn(II) complexes with dithiocarbamate ligands. (2) Methods: Synthesis in either open or inert atmosphere at different Mn(II) to diethyldithiocarbamate molar ratios were performed and the products characterized by IR, EA, ESI-MS and XRD analysis. (3) Results: We found that only under oxygen-free atmospheric conditions the Mn(II) complex MnL2, where L = diethyldithiocarbamate ligand, is obtained, which was further observed to react with dioxygen in the solid state to form the intermediate superoxo Mn(III) complex [MnL2(η2-O2)]. The existence of the superoxo complex was revealed by mass spectroscopy, and this species was interpreted as an intermediate step in the reaction that led the bis-substituted Mn(II) complex, MnL2, to transform into the tris-substituted Mn(III) complex, MnL3. A similar result was found with the ligand L’ (= bis(N-ethoxyethyl)dithiocarbamate). (4) Conclusions: We found that in open atmosphere and in aqueous solution, only manganese(III) diethyldithiocarbamate complexes can be prepared. We report here a new example of a small-molecule Mn(II) complex that efficiently activates dioxygen in the solid state through the formation of an intermediate superoxide adduct. 相似文献

The favorable nuclear properties in combination with the rich coordination chemistry make technetium-99m the radioisotope of choice for the development of myocardial perfusion tracers. In the early 1980s, [99mTc]Tc-Sestamibi, [99mTc]Tc-Tetrofosmin, and [99mTc]Tc-Teboroxime were approved as commercial radiopharmaceuticals for myocardial perfusion imaging in nuclear cardiology. Despite its peculiar properties, the clinical use of [99mTc]Tc-Teboroxime was quickly abandoned due to its rapid myocardial washout. Despite their widespread clinical applications, both [99mTc]Tc-Sestamibi and [99mTc]Tc-Tetrofosmin do not meet the requirements of an ideal perfusion imaging agent due to their relatively low first-pass extraction fraction and high liver absorption. An ideal radiotracer for myocardial perfusion imaging should have a high myocardial uptake; a high and stable target-to-background ratio with low uptake in the lungs, liver, stomach during the image acquisition period; a high first-pass myocardial extraction fraction and very rapid blood clearance; and a linear relationship between radiotracer myocardial uptake and coronary blood flow. Although it is difficult to reconcile all these properties in a single tracer, scientific research in the field has always channeled its efforts in the development of molecules that are able to meet the characteristics of ideality as much as possible. This short review summarizes the developments in 99mTc myocardial perfusion tracers, which are able to fulfill hitherto unmet medical needs and serve a large population of patients with heart disease, and underlines their strengths and weaknesses, the lost and found opportunities thanks to the developments of the new ultrafast SPECT technologies. 相似文献

We report on a new approach for positioning of self-assembled InAs quantum dots on (1 1 0) GaAs with nanometer precision. By combining self-assembly of quantum dots with molecular beam epitaxy on in situ cleaved surfaces (cleaved-edge overgrowth) we have successfully fabricated arrays of long-range ordered InAs quantum dots. Both atomic force microscopy and micro-photoluminescence measurements demonstrate the ability to control position and ordering of the quantum dots with epitaxial precision as well as size and size homogeneity. Furthermore, photoluminescence investigations on dot ensembles and on single dots confirm the high homogeneity and the excellent optical quality of the quantum dots fabricated. 相似文献
