Reaction of ethyal α-bromoisobutyrate on quinoline 1-oxide and isoquinoline 2-oxide in the presence of silver perchlorate leads to the corresponding N-alkoxyl salts 1 and 2 . On treatment with potassium cyanide, these salts are converted into 2-cyanoquinoline and 1-cyanoise-quinoline according to mode B of the Katritzky' s classification concerning the reaction of nucliophiles on N-alkoxypyridinium salts. When the reaction of cyanide ions were performed on salt 1 at 0° in aqueous solution the dihydro aromatic 4 was isolated. This result confirms the addition-elimination mechanism of the reaction studied.  相似文献

We know that, in general, an algebra satisfying an Engel's condition is a nilalgebra. But an Engel's condition don't implies necessarily the nilpotency of the algebra. In this paper we show that every Bernstein algebra satisfying the second or the third Engel's condition is genetic, that is, the kernel of his weight fonction is nilpotent. This is also the case for a Bernstein algebra satisfying the second weak Engel's condition.

On sait que, en général, toute algèbre vérifiant une condition d'Engel est une nilalgèbre. Cependant, une condition d'Engel n'entraîne pas nécessairement la nilpotence de l'algèbre. Nous montrons, dans ce papier, que taute algèbre de Bernstein vérifiant la deuxième ou la troisième condition d'Engel est génétique, c'est-à-dire, le noyau de sa pondération est nilpotent. C'est aussi le cas pour la deuxième condition faible d'Engel.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a generalization of the algorithm we developed previously. Along the way, we also develop a theory of quaternionic -symbols whose definition bears some resemblance to the classical -symbols, except for their combinatorial nature. The theory gives a more efficient way to compute Hilbert modular forms over totally real number fields, especially quadratic fields, and we have illustrated it with several examples. Namely, we have computed all the newforms of prime levels of norm less than 100 over the quadratic fields and , and whose Fourier coefficients are rational or are defined over a quadratic field.

This research was undertaken to determine the effectiveness of low-dose gamma-irradiation combined with edible coatings to produce shelf-stable foods. Three types of commercially distributed food products were investigated: precooked shrimps, ready to cook pizzas, and fresh strawberries. Samples were coated with various formulations of protein-based solutions and irradiated at total doses between 0 and 3 kGy. Samples were stored at 4°C and evaluated periodically for microbial growth. Sensorial analysis was also performed using a nine-point hedonic scale to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics (odor, taste and appearance). The results showed significant (p0.05) combined effect of gamma-irradiation and coating on microbial growth (APCs and Pseudomonas putida). The shelf-life extension periods ranged from 3 to 10 days for shrimps and from 7 to 20 days for pizzas, compared to uncoated/unirradiated products. No significant (p>0.05) detrimental effect of gamma-irradiation on sensorial characteristics (odor, taste, appearance) was observed. In strawberries, coating with irradiated protein solutions resulted in significant reduction of the percentage of mold contamination.  相似文献

The current interest in “minimally processed foods” has attracted the attention for combination of mild treatments to improve food safety and shelf-life extention. The present study was conducted to evaluate the combined effect of gamma irradiation and incorporation of naturally occurring antimicrobial compounds on microbial and biochemistry characteristics of ground beef. Ground beef patties (23% fat ) were purchased from a local grocery store (IGA, Laval, Que., Canada) and divided into 3 separate treatment groups: (i) control (ground beef without additive), (ii) ground beef with 0.5% (w/w) ascorbic acid, and (iii) ground beef with 0.5% ascorbic acid and coated with a protein-based coating containing selected spices. Samples were irradiated at 0, 1, 2, and 3 kGy final dose at the CIC. Samples were stored at 4°C and evaluated periodically for microbial growth, total thiobarbituric reactive substances (TBARS) and free sulfydryl content. At the end of the storage period, Enterobacteriaceae, Lactic acid bacteria, Pseudomonas and Brochothrix thermosphacta were enumerated. Regardless of the treatment group, irradiation significantly (p0.05) reduced the total aerobic plate counts (APC). Irradiation doses of 1, 2, and 3 kGy produced immediate reduction of 2, 3, and 4 log units of APCs, respectively. Also, shelf-life periods were higher for ground beef samples containing food additives. Lactic acid bacteria and Brochothrix thermosphacta were more resistant to irradiation than Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonas. Concentration of TBARS and free sulfydryl concentrations were stabilized during post-irradiation storage for samples containing ascorbic acid and coated with the protein-based coating containing spices.  相似文献

Reaction of α-bromoisobutyrophenone on quinoline 1-oxide and isoquinoline 2-oxide in the presence of silver perchlorate leads to N-alkoxyquinolinium and isoquinolinium salts bearing a keto group in their alkoxyl chain. On treatment with secondary amines these salts are quantitatively converted to 2-benzoylquinoline and 1-benzoylisoquinoline. This conversion results from a decomposition analogous to the Katritzky mode A of the intermediate isoxazolo[2,3-a]quinolinium or isoquinolinium salts which are first formed by a Proton Abstraction Ring Closure sequence. These tricyclic intermediates have been isolated when 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine was used.  相似文献

A novel beta-ketoimine, 4-N-(n-butylamino)-3-penten-2-one (1), and beta-enaminoester, Ethyl 3-N-(isopropylamino)-2-butenoate (2), were synthesized by the reaction of the 2,4-pentanedione or ethyl 3-oxo butanoate with the n-butyl and isopropyl amine, respectively. The isolated free ligands 1 and 2 were reacted with diethylzinc to afford Zn(CH3C(NCH2CH2CH2CH3)CHCOCH3)2 (3) and Zn(CH3C(NCH(CH3)2)CHC(O)OCH2CH3)2 (4) respectively. The isolated zinc complexes, 3 and 4, were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR, and MALDI-TOFMS. The molecular structure of 3 and 4 were determined via single crystal X-ray diffraction which revealed both compounds to be four coordinate, monomeric and homoleptic in the solid state. TG analysis showed the air stable compounds to be thermally robust as they both sublimed in a one-step process at atmospheric pressure. The compounds were utilized in the growth of ZnO via AP-MOCVD in the absence of additional oxidant. The carbon content of the film grown from 3 as determined by XPS was 26.2% while that of the film grown by 4 was 8.71%.  相似文献

Abstract

The investigation of the stem essential oil of Laggera pterodonta (DC.) Sch. Bip. ex Oliv. (Asteraceae) from Côte d’Ivoire was carried out, using a combination of chromatographic (GC-RI, CC, pc-GC) and spectroscopic (GC-MS, 13C NMR) techniques. This study led to the identification of fifty constituents of which two new natural compounds 7β,11β-epoxy-eudesman-4α-ol and 7α,11α-epoxy-eudesman-4α-ol. Their structures were elucidated by 1?D and 2?D NMR spectroscopy after pc-GC purifying. Finally, 98.9% of the whole composition of the oil was identified with a high amount of 2,5-dimethoxy-p-cymene (78.9%). The other significant components were α-humulene (6.2%), (E)-β-caryophyllene (1.7%), thymyl methyl oxide (1.7%), α-phellandrene (1.5%), p-cymene (1.2%), (3αH,4βH,6αH,1αMe)-1,6-epoxy-3-hydroxycarvotanacetone angelic acid ester (1.1%) and 10-epi-γ-eudesmol (1.0%).  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the chemical composition of the leaf essential oil from Ivoirian Isolona dewevrei. A combination of chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques (GC(RI), GC-MS and 13C-NMR) was used to analyze two oil samples (S1 and S2). Detailed analysis by repetitive column chromatography (CC) of essential oil sample S2 was performed, leading to the isolation of four compounds. Their structures were elucidated by QTOF-MS, 1D and 2D-NMR as (10βH)-1β,8β-oxido-cadin-4-ene (38), 4-methylene-(7αH)-germacra-1(10),5-dien-8β-ol (cis-germacrene D-8-ol) (52), 4-methylene-(7αH)-germacra-1(10),5-dien-8α-ol (trans-germacrene D-8-ol) (53) and cadina-1(10),4-dien-8β-ol (56). Compounds 38, 52 and 53 are new, whereas NMR data of 56 are reported for the first time. Lastly, 57 constituents accounting for 95.5% (S1) and 97.1% (S2) of the whole compositions were identified. Samples S1 and S2 were dominated by germacrene D (23.6 and 20.5%, respectively), followed by germacrene D-8-one (8.9 and 8.7%), (10βH)-1β,8β-oxido-cadin-4-ene (7.3 and 8.7), 4-methylene-(7αH)-germacra-1(10),5-dien-8β-ol (7.8 and 7.4%) and cadina-1(10),4-dien-8β-ol (7.6 and 7.2%). Leaves from I. dewevrei produced sesquiterpene-rich essential oil with an original chemical composition, involving various compounds reported for the first time among the main components. Integrated analysis by GC(RI), GC-MS and 13C-NMR appeared fruitful for the knowledge of such a complex essential oil.  相似文献

Croton hirtus L’Hér methanol extract was studied by NMR and two different LC-DAD-MSn using electrospray (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) sources to obtain a quali-quantitative fingerprint. Forty different phytochemicals were identified, and twenty of them were quantified, whereas the main constituents were dihydro α ionol-O-[arabinosil(1-6) glucoside] (133 mg/g), dihydro β ionol-O-[arabinosil(1-6) glucoside] (80 mg/g), β-sitosterol (49 mg/g), and isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside (26 mg/g). C. hirtus was extracted with different solvents—namely, water, methanol, dichloromethane, and ethyl acetate—and the extracts were assayed using different in vitro tests. The methanolic extracts presented the highest 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline)-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS), and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) values. All the tested extracts exhibited inhibitory effects on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), with a higher activity observed for dichloromethane (AChE: 5.03 and BChE: 16.41 mgGALAE/g), while the methanolic extract showed highest impact against tyrosinase (49.83 mgKAE/g). Taken together, these findings suggest C. hirtus as a novel source of bioactive phytochemicals with potential for commercial development.  相似文献
