Basicities of phosphinylalkylamines in water and ethanol

Conclusions The pK_a values of various phosphinylalkylamines in water and ethanol were determined. The inductive effect of phosphinyl groups on the basicities of the investigated amines was demonstrated. Kinetics of hydrolysis of esters of acetylalkyl- and carboxyalkylphosphonic acids

Conclusions An increased reactivity of esters of acetylmethyl- and carboxymethylphosphonic acids in a spontaneous hydrolysis and of esters of acetylalkylphosphonic acids in alkaline hydrolysis as the result of intramolecular catalysis has been established. Effect of substituents on NMR chemical shifts of carboxylic acid esters and nitriles

Effect of carbon modifiers on the structure and wear resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene-based polymer nanocomposites

The structural modification of a polymer matrix during the introduction of polydispersed fillers and their effect on the structure and the wear resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene-based polymer composite materials are studied. It is found that nanosized fillers have a higher structural activity and more efficiently affect structure formation and increase the tribotechnical properties of the composite materials.     

Reaction of amidophosphite s with α-hydroxyalkylphosphonates

Conclusions -Hydroxyalkylphosphonates and -hydroxyalkylphosphinates react with the amides and ester amides of phosphorous and phosphonous acids to give the products of either the partial or complete replacement of the amido groups.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 8, pp. 1869–1871, August, 1976
